I've gotten food from here in the past and thought it was fine and nothing to write home about…read more However, with the surge of popularity, I wanted to try it again. Everyone on social media is raving about it, so I decided to give them another shot. I've noticed that some bad reviews are related to service but still have positives about the food. For me, service was great and the food was even better. The first time I tried to order, I had everything set up in my cart and by the time I was ready, I was no longer able to submit my order, so I assumed it was too close to closing and I'd missed the window. Tried calling a few times and didn't get an answer, so I gave up. All good, that's on me. So when I tried again for a second time a week later, I made sure I ordered nice and early to ensure there were no issues. I was quoted 30 mins for a pizza and two subs. The shop had a few small tables to stop and eat, but it's clearly mostly take-out. The person taking orders at the front was efficient, sweet, and friendly. -Pizza Pasquale: This was delicious and might be the best pizza in Boston. I am in NY almost every month and while the pizza styles are different, I personally thought this was superior. The pizza had plenty of pepperoni and mushrooms with a fantastic crust and dough. Some doughs are bland, but this one was perfect and had the amazing balance of crunchy and soft. There was a short line, and the person at the front of the line was taking forever, so my pizza had been sitting in the warmer for at least a few minutes, and then it took me 10-15 minutes to get home, but the pizza was still incredibly tasty. I can only imagine the texture and taste if the pizza was eaten right away. My only complaint is that there were whole basil leaves on the pizza so getting basil in every bite wasn't totally possible. Having the leaves torn up would've been nice since the basil really adds a great flavor to the pizza, but all in all, I'm looking forward to more pizzas from this place. -Paisano Sandwich: This was also very tasty. The seeded roll was very good, the chicken cutlets were crispy, well seasoned and plentiful, and the sandwich was also very balanced. There wasn't a ton of prosciutto though, the tomatoes were chopped, so they were kind of lost in the sandwich, and I didn't taste much balsamic, but even so, it was still a good sandwich. -Steak and Cheese: Also fantastic. Also selected the seeded roll. The sandwich had a good amount of steak which was very well covered in melty, gooey cheese. It was so so good and the steak seemed like good quality to me. Not much to say; it was incredibly well executed and delivered exactly what we were looking for. The hype is definitely real.

Italian Sub: $20 for a foot long, the meat was so plentiful it's almost overflowing, enough for two meals. The prisciutto was tender and juicy; the salami was firm and savory with a strong smokiness. Both are thinly sliced, so despite the thick stack, it was relatively easy for a bite. The provolone cheese was also generously portioned, with a robust yet not spicy flavor and a subtle nutty aroma, perfectly complementing the two meats. The olive oil and balsamic vinegar were particularly outstanding: mellow, tangy, and with a fruity aroma of grapes, key to the complex flavor profile. The lettuce, tomatoes, and onions were all fresh, especially the onions were refreshing and a little zingy, perfect for removing the greasiness. Unfortunately, I was worried about not being able to roll it back up properly and making it inconvenient to carry (which it actually happened), so I took it away and ate it at the office. After about 40 minutes, the bread had become somewhat dry and hard.

The sandwiches themselves are massive and freshly made. The bread is the right amount of soft to crust. All in all I wouldn't change a thing it's definitely a must go.

Yes, does remind me of places in Italy, where qualityof ingredients is paramount, bread important, etc. It's a fast paced place, and the line moves quickly... they have it down. I wanted to love fall in love with it, but have to say, the two I tried did not blow me away. I liked LA SUMMER Proscuitto, Mozzerella, Tomato, Basil better than their top selling FAVOLOSA made with salame toscana, pecorino cream, artichoke cream, and spicy eggplant. Think next time I will try the VENICE BEACH Turkey, tomato, mozzarella. The sandwiches are huge, more like 2 sandwiches, so pricing is fine. RECOMMENDED

I thought everything was quite balanced. The sandwich was about $21. Which I thought was reasonable because it was big enough to feed two people. There werent much of a wait when I was there, so service was quick. You order at the counter and they make your sandwich. Just tell them what you want and Bada Bing, Bada boom: you got your sandwich in a couple of minutes. They have seating inside and out. It was a nice day so my gf and I decided to do a picnic outside on the grass at the Boston Common. Nothing like enjoying a nice sandwich and watching all the sketchy weirdos walking around.

I've eaten here before (it's a small area, but does have a lot of seating) but normally I get it as take out. The cafe itself is super casual, it's the perfect place to pop into during lunch or after a walk. My food is always ready on time which is nice, and when I've eaten there I'm usually able to find a seat. The spinach tortellini with the pesto cream sauce is my absolute favorite- it's a HUGE portion and so delicious. It usually lasts me at least 2 meals. The bread they include is also great! I like to dip it in the sauce. The past time I got Dino's I accidentally ordered spinach ravioli instead of tortellini...that was my bad. HOWEVER I think I might have found my new favorite? The raviolis are huge and so fat. I'm talking like 1/2 inch - 3/4 inch thick. There is so much stuffing and the spinach ricotta mix tastes so fresh and delicious...it's a must try. I've also gotten the eggplant parm before, and the fettuccini Alfredo. Both were also delicious. I've never had any of the sandwiches, but if they are anything like their pastas then I'm sure they are great! The bang for your buck here is also great which is nice. Highly recommend! Dinos is awesome! And the staff is very kind too (Note that the pic is taken from a train, I like to treat myself to Dino's before catching the Amtrak)

Baked gnocchi is a must-have. The fresh basil on top of everything was a nice flavorful touch. Generous cheese, generous portions, and quick and personable service. We were treated very nicely as soon as we walked in. Very well staffed and everyone had a smile on their face. My son ordered chicken parm and I got a grilled chicken. The sub size is amazing. You will not believe how big the rolls are. They are the equivalent of 2 subs but the price is relatively cheap! As we waited, we both noticed how busy they were. The phone was ringing and the there was a ton of foot traffic picking up and placing orders. The lady who is in charge was so sweet. She makes everyone feel right at home and welcome! What a nice touch! Our food was ready rather quickly. We got 2 cans of soda and a brownie. The price was very reasonable! Considering how big the roll is, we got a 2 for 1 deal! How did it take me this long to eat here? I found the location on social media. We will definitely be back! Price: cheap considering how much we got Parking: easy....Eastern Ave or side streets Vibe: inviting/welcome Will I be back? For sure....if they were open tomorrow, I would go back tomorrow! Looking forward to trying a few different things and possibly sitting at the bar! 5 stars!!
