Great food. Great experience. Our server Monique was great! It was nice to be able to sit inside or outside

Common Craft is such a cool concept! Something for everyone, lots of open space, food, drinks and games. I've been a few times, and it's always fun to hang out in the afternoon, or dinner/drinks into the evening. The service is always welcoming at the door. The different areas (breweries, speakeasy, wine room) are fun to explore. The food is so easy and convenient to order, and everything has been great. We shared the charcuterie board last time, and it was a great selection. My one critique is the cocktails. The speakeasy menu sounds great, but lacks creativity and taste compared to some other restaurants in the area. I've tried a few different drinks, with the hope of really liking them, but have been underwhelmed. Other than that, it's such a fun place for a group of any size. It's 5 star potential! read more

Food was great. We had awesome service from Courtney. She was very pleasant and happy to help!

Tried the fried chicken sandwich and a cocktail at common craft, which I really enjoyed. Very cool spot with loads of potential to be a bustling location with 4 different choices for beverages and solid meal options! Great place to meet with friends! Plenty of parking as this is located within the Burlington Mall. read more

This place was a very interesting concept! They had 3 different bar areas and 1 of them felt like a speakeasy! They had holiday cocktails when I went. I ordered a holiday drink and it was really good, it had a minty kick to it. Moving onto the food I ordered the fried chicken sandwich and it was great! The chicken was moist on the inside and crisp on the outside. I did feel like it was a bit overly greasy. The ordering system is a bit odd there where we have to order food at the bar. Overall this place is fun for a large group with lots of seating. And the decor and ambience is super nice. read more

Great food great drinks. Our server Monique was wonderful. I like how we could either sit inside or outside.

The whole setup is a little odd & how the rooms are broken up with different menus and what not so it's definitely different. The food was so good & I'll definitely be going back! read more

Stopped in on our way up to NH and had a quick bite on the patio. Drinks and food were good

Heard about this place and excited to try. Atmosphere cold inside. Different rooms to eat drink w QR code ordering system. Each decor somewhat strange, odd concept Speakeasy hardly so, weird decor and not traditional speakeasy decor, maybe the dim dark lighting makes them feel they can call it so, uncomfortable seating too. Room was freezing cold. Espresso martini was not good at all, I don't think the bartender knew how to make one...went to sit outside and try self ordering. Not a fan of the QR code ordering system. Our order wasn't going thru so we sat in the full service area. Also Couch outside was being taken by 3 people. They looked to have already eaten and had finished drinks. One was sleeping and the other with bare feet on the couch sitting upside down. Interesting. Our food was overpriced. The 3 way chicken while it was in sauce, chicken had no flavor and was so bland. Better chicken at chick filet. Pretzel appetizer was good not worth the hefty price. Beers were good. Ended our meal, 2 beers, 2 chicken sandwiches and 1 appetizer was almost $80 not including tip. And the 2 nothing special drinks in the speakeasy were $35. Over an hour later, rip van winkles still sleeping on the couch so paying customers cannot enjoy that spot if they wanted to. Will definitely not be going here again. Not a fan of the restaurant layout, food and Boston prices. read more

Common craft is an interesting concept with Idle Hands brewery and Exhibit B brewery located inside the establishment. We are staying at a hotel nearby after moving in my daughter at UMass Lowell and needed a place for Beer and Food. Location is attached to a mall but don't let that dissuade you. While walking up we noticed a good outdoor space and lots of activities, including Cornhole. Inside the place is split in half with both breweries, one on the left and one on the right. Food is ordered by scanning a QR code at a table and pick a brewery. We choose Idle hands for the brewery and sat at the bar. I got the Honey Lager, came extremely cold and refreshing. This was so good! Amanda got the Four Seams and enjoyed it as well. Although, the Farmhouse seemed to the be the pick for her. Food we ordered the Guacamole as an appetizer, Fish tacos and Margarita flatbread as our meals to share. The Fish tacos and Guacamole were sufficient but the Pizza was really good! Bartenders seemed busy with other things besides serving beers. Cleaning up and making sure the glasses were stacked and cleaned. Not much conversation or interaction. Prior to leaving we stopped at Exhibit A, this was more of a coffee shop vibe. We ordered "The Cake" which hit the spot for a good Pumpkin beer. A rimmed glass with brown sugar and cinnamon would probably put this beer over the TOP! Would we come back? Meh, beer was good. read more

I had such a great time here! This place is like a little adventure in one building -- multiple rooms, each with its own atmosphere and drink menu, so you can wander from one bar to another and feel like you're discovering a whole new spot each time. From outdoor picnic tables, to velvet couches in the speakeasy, there's a vibe for everyone. The food was just as impressive as the beverages. Delicious! It's rare to find a place that nails both food and drinks while giving you such a fun, varied experience. read more

Tried the Common Craft for the first time for lunch. Unfortunately they are in the process of changing some items on the menu so hubby was unable to order a salad with farro. (Budda Bowl). He's vegetarian and ended up with the margarita flat bread. He did say it was good. I had a house burger made with chuck, brisket, and short rib. It was cooked to request-medium rare. Flavor was fabulous. Kudos for toasting the bun. The rosemary fries were great. Crispy on the out side and fluffy on the inside. Service was fine slow day at lunch time. Not many patrons while we were there. We did ask that the music be turned down or changed. He did accommodate our request. We found it loud and incoherent. Maybe hip hop. Later we heard the B 52's and The Bee Gees. I knew the words. I'm sure that it is a younger crowd after 4 or 5 and they would enjoy it. read more

Service was fantastic! Didn't feel rushed or like I was holding up the table too long, just was relaxing with friends and ordering snacks on and off. Plenty of parking and you don't need to go thru the mall to get there! Great beer selection, ok wine selection. read more

Common Craft - Sign with beautiful skyline - Breweries Near Me - Burlington, Massachusetts

This place is bleak, empty and depressing. I know it's "convenient" to have a QR code on the boring wooden slabs of tables with chairs that are way too high - it's infuriating that this excuse for a restaurant is en vogue. It's cold and dark. What if our phones can't hold a charge long? Or they're dead? No one came to greet us. The bartender was rude. The decor is a joke. I used to love The Burlington Mall, but it's clear that barren is in fashion. The menu was a joke. $20 for a burger served with chips? No. Nothing looked appetizing, and it became a process of elimination of what to settle for. I hope this place shuts down and they actually get a restaurant with flair, service and doesn't leave you feeling depressed. read more

We had an event there and everything was seamless from start to finish. Lori was great and professional to work with, the price was totally reasonable, and the event space was perfect. In addition, the roast beef sandwiches were delicious and everyone enjoyed their drinks. We had many friends tell us they couldn't wait to go back! If you're looking for a space for an event, I'd definitely recommend Common Craft. read more

Pest problem. Watch your feet when come in. Don't know what's worse, mice or a rude bartender

I went here after work and met my husband and his friend. They were already loaded on great cocktails and beer smiling and jolly. they had eatens some good dinner options as well. I only had time for 1 beer and a fantastic plant based salad. The menu is great for alll tastes, food preferences and dietary needs. I really appreciate that with 2 vegans in my family. We sat ousite, live music, people playing cornhole, lovely night. Inside was hopping with all the cool bar areas to suit different moods. Very cool spot I hope to come back for an event- looks like the party menus and space is perfect for a fun event. read more

First visit ever ... and I never write reviews ... and am a very picky eater. This place was wonderful! Clever concept with differently themed rooms ... we sat in the full service area but you can get the same food anywhere. I had the crispy pork dumplings and apricot and whipped ricotta toast ... both were delicious!!! My husband had the fish and chips ... he said it was really good with a large piece of fish. This place should be busier at lunchtime ... it's fantastic! read more

Went here for the first time with a friend and what a great place, a little pricey but the service, atmosphere and food were so good! I would definitely recommend and will be going back! read more

Went only to the speakeasy. Bad drinks. Took them about 3 seconds to make because everything was pre-made syrup. Gross. Drinks remind you of a college bar well drinks rather than a speakeasy with anything decent. Will not return read more

Very good cocktails! I asked the bartender to make me something refreshing and she came back with this perfectly made Mai Thai. It was absolutely delicious and she added fresh mint cut right off the plant. It was a really nice touch. I will be back just for this drink, but the outdoor patio was awesome for a nice Sunday afternoon. Great option to get out of the house and enjoy the outdoors. read more

Great ambiance. Brewery like. Great choice of food and many drink options. It's kid friendly.

A nice venue for group outings. Great drink options and a full menu too. Food was typical bar food. Lots of seating options - in and out. Would come back for a team happy hour read more

This review is long overdue as we were there 3 months ago in early December. I made a point to get our bartender's name - Jeremy - because he was awesome and deserved our praise. I just found my receipt with my note about it... My husband and I were there on a Thursday afternoon and it was very busy with company holiday gatherings. It was our first time there and we wanted to check out the Deacon Giles speakeasy room. We loved the vibe and the craft cocktails, but it was Jeremy that really elevated it to the next level. He was bartending alone, and large groups of people kept spilling in from the main room, ordering multiple drinks and being rather demanding. Jeremy never once lost his cool and maintained an upbeat, friendly attitude, very quickly and efficiently making drink after drink, non-stop. All the while that he was with the line of partygoers that kept gathering in front of him, constantly taking their orders and making their drinks with a positive attitude, he was very attentive to those of us seated at the bar, made sure we came first without the line even noticing, and made sure he was getting our reorders and making and filling our drinks right away as he was simultaneously waiting on them. I felt bad for him doing it all alone, as he couldn't even step away to go to the bathroom if he had needed to. He was excellent, kept everyone libated and happy, made excellent drinks, and just didn't miss a single beat. Thanks so much Jeremy, we probably won't be that way for a few more months but when we are we will be back, and hope that you are still there! read more

You have to pay, and (tip) before your food is even served. - this alone may keep me from ever returning. I am a notorious big tipper too so this was also their loss. We didn't try the craft beers. We sat in the mixed drink section. If you want to get hammered on the cheap, this place is for you. Drinks 100% turpentine. Food, my wife got a bowl that she loved. I went with the steak which came with frys and salad. Steak was awesome and cook perfectly. Frys were average. Salad... no dressing given or offered. Atmosphere was interesting but extremely dark for 3pm lol read more

Great service. Staff was amazing! We had a really bad experience at a restaurant nearby where we had booked a private event. Laurie and the staff at Common Craft accommodated our party of about 40 people last minute and were absolutely wonderful! read more

I walked into Common Craft on a whim. There was no one to greet me. An employee rushed by and said to grab any open table. I did. Then after a while of sitting there, I Googled the place and I found out I was my own waiter so I walked out. read more

Pretty bad food, beer too expensive- not sure the rationale of this place. Totally going to shut down if they do not improve things here. One small glass of beer cost $13. Food is bad- Margarita Pizza was terrible and mushy, Fish tacos had strong fish smell. read more

Expensive and kinda soulless. Very pricey and lacking in ambiance. Feels like it has most of the elements, but something fundamental is missing. Better and less expensive options (Yard House) easily come to mind read more

Great place to gather and share great drinks and food. Only 4 stars because the piped in music was too loud and everyone was yelling to have a conversation with the person sitting right next to you, or to order drinks. We all had hoarse throats the next day. In hind sight, I wish we requested the Music be turned down. read more

Loved this place. A way to get Hermit Thrush on draft without having to hike up to VT everytime? Sign me up. The atmosphere was really nice, the staff were super nice and helpful too. The food came very fast and it was decent. Probably wouldn't get the food again but I would come back for the drinks alone read more

Atmosphere- lively. There was live music outdoors. Inside there was enough noise to keep you entertained but also able to have conversations without struggle of hearing. Also family friendly. Food- good. But long wait. It was pretty busy. Drinks- many choices to choose from but we stuck to the sour beers. Overall experience- fun place. Would attend again! read more

Awesome spot with amazing food and great beers on tap. I highly recommend the North shore beef when it's on special.

Just stopped here for a post shopping lunch with my family and we had a great experience. When you first walk in, it's a little confusing, but a staff member quickly came by to explain. You just grab any open table and seat yourself. Each table comes with a placard and you scan the QR which is how you order food. There are 4 separate bars with different themes and you head there to order alcohol. Food came out very promptly after ordering and the ordering process was super easy. We got our kids the chicken tenders and chips which they scarfed down and we tried bites and everything was very well seasoned and tasty. My husband and I shared the pretzel and poutine. The pretzel was giant but a tad on the dry side. The dipping sauces definitely helped, there was a tasty cheese one and savory mustard. We also got the poutine which came out hot with an excellent gravy. The cheese curds were deep fried which was a pleasant surprise. There is a little station in the restaurant for water, paper towels, and to-go boxes as well that is very convenient. High chairs are available here and the place is very kid friendly. Bathrooms were very clean as well. I thought not having a server would be weird, but it actually made for a very stress free experience. There are staff around the restaurant and of course bartenders at the bar. Would highly recommend, would be ideal for groups and solo diners alike. They also had a great playlist that definitely caters to a millennial crowd . Will definitely be back. read more

Went on a Tuesday night and it was dead - imagine it's more lively on the weekend. Individual themed rooms (wine room, beer hall, and speak easy) each offering different drinks. Liked that you could run a tab at any of the bars, but can buy from all. Also tableside food ordering was very convenient. Food was good. Friendly staff. read more

amazingly unique! Highly recommend for a date night or a gathering. Excellent service

Food was okay. Wierd service model and lack of menu flexibility. Good burger... good chicken sandwich... good chicken strip... good chilli... good parm French fries. Service model sucks... I hate that I need to order on line... all sandwiches come with potato chips... I hate that you can't sub French fries. Or maybe you can but the waitress doesn't take your order, so you are stuck with the on line options. I hate that you have to tip while you are ordering.... BEFORE you receive any service. Total BS!! WHAT AM I TIPPING FOR??? For them to just bring me food? You even have to get your own drink at the bar... so they don't even refill your soda... No one checks on you.... WHAT AM I TIPPING FOR??? Not going back!! Total free for all that is not free... I bet this place is gone within a year... read more
