The pedicure started off good but as soon as it was time to start my nails... I was passed off half way through them because another client came in. The guy doing the tips threw the ring of nails on the table and started yelling in mandarin. So the original women finished them but used the wrong color and didn't shape them correctly. These are not coffin style nails, there are bubbles in the nails and the nail dip is uneven. I wish I hadn't gone here because they didn't even apologize for the guys scary behavior and they aren't what I asked for!

This was my first time visiting and I am so upset with my experience. I was already skeptical about…read moregoing here because the nails of other reviewers don't look that great, but they're five minutes from where I live (my regular nail salon is about twenty minutes) and they have a lot of great reviews so I decided to give them a try. I went to this place for lashes, nails, a pedicure, and multiple facial wax services. For starters, everyone was very nice and there was no wait when I arrived. While I was able to get through the pedicure and wax services, both services were rushed with absolutely no attention to detail. I should mention that it was not busy at all when I arrived. The lashes were terrible. I've gotten my lashes done at many salons for many years so I'm confident when I say the lash tech at this salon has no idea what she's doing. She literally glued the lashes to my eyelid. They also have very limited lash options which I've never experienced at a nail salon. You can either get very thick and long or very wispy and short. And the lash tech doesn't explain that. When I saw that the lashes she put on were way too long and pressing against my eyelids, I asked her to take them off. The tech didn't seem to understand me or maybe she was afraid of how the manager would react to my request, so she got the person who I assume is the manager. I explained to the manager that I didn't like the lashes and wanted to take them off. The manager insisted that I pick one of the two lash options because, even if they removed them, I would still be charged full price for the lashes. I should've left at that point. Next were the nails. I explicitly asked for a square shape, but the nail tech (the same one who ruined my lashes) immediately pulled out almond shape. I told her I wanted square and she stated that she was going to cut the almond nails into a square. That didn't make any sense because the almond nails were already very short so she would've had to cut them down to the nail bed in order to make a square shape. I had to tell her to stop once I saw she didn't even know how to pick out the right nail sizes. To make a bad experience even worse, my total came out to almost $150, which based on the services I actually got, didn't match the prices listed on their website. I'm sure the manager will try to explain how they got that figure to make it look valid. I had to go to another salon in the area immediately after just to fix all of their mistakes and get my nails done the way I wanted. The nail tech at the other salon was shocked when I told her I just got a pedicure about an hour before. She said my pedicure looked three days old! And it took almost an hour to get most of the glue off of my eyelids. This salon does not listen to instructions, and the prices they charge in their salon are not the same as the prices listed on their website. Avoid this place or just be very aware if you take the risk to visit.

The sign on the door says they open at 10 AM, but they were already open at 9:30 when I went in for my mani-pedi. First of all, the place is GORGEOUS. The leather, wood and gold combination makes everything look so classy and upscale, without being too much. Quin did my pedicure followed by my manicure, and I really liked having that individualized attention throughout my visit. I chose one of the specialty pedicures from their pedicure menu, and all the little details made it worth it -- a scrub, a mask, hot towels and a massage that had me in utter bliss. And can we talk about those pedicure chairs?! They have state-of-the-art massage chairs that don't just massage your back -- they massage your legs AND your arms too! Now THAT was a nice little surprise. I could have happily stayed right there for another hour. Quin also paid attention when I explained exactly how I wanted my nails filed. She took her time and did a really good job on both my manicure and pedicure. Overall, I really enjoyed this location. Beautiful space, relaxing atmosphere, great attention to detail and a really nice experience from beginning to end. Also, this is the first nail salon I've been to in a long time that actually allowed me to leave my tip on my credit card. Since I hardly ever carry cash, that was very refreshing and much appreciated! I'll definitely be back!

One suggestion: instead of having the TV stuck on an advertisement channel selling smiles and pain relief products, it might be more enjoyable to have a Netflix show on repeat or some music playing. The salon is family-owned and operated, so the atmosphere is more relaxed, as you'd expect. My mother and I came in without an appointment and were seated right away.
