Elizabeth takes great care of me and does a thorough analysis, keeps detailed notes of all my treatments and gets to know your skin before she makes a recommendation. It's a personalized approach. The young lady at the front desk was also super kind and polite in checking us in/out and helping book our next apts. They were even able to make sure we got back to back apts together. She genuinely made us feel confident in our decisions and helped calm any nervousness. She always makes sure we understand the post-peel / post-microneedling procedures to do at home and urges us to reach out with any questions. The overall experience was average at best. The Dead Sea lotion used actually made my feet extremely dry. I have been moisturizing them since the pedicure, as the skin cracked badly.
