They make it very easy when you check in. I've had both the Haddado face lift and a Medical massage by her. I've been into of the treatment rooms, they are both lit in a relaxing manner, the massage beds and chairs are comfortable, and they offer hangers on the back of the door to hang your clothing. The bathroom is accessible, modern and clean. The entrance is slightly difficult to find but stuff makes it easy by coming to get you and guiding you ! Everything was great. My only suggestion would be, during checkout they offer you a tea and glass of water as well as the bill all at the same time. I think I would prefer to be offered the tea before the massage, and for the massage therapist to hand me the water so that it's a separate experience from when you handed the bill. Little touches, but just some things I noticed I have liked at other spas I've visited. For sure, I will be returning and always recommending the center. It was a wonderful experience.

I did extensive research online and settled on Spavia as the place I wanted to have my first experience and I'm really glad I did. Based on the reviews, I chose Luciana and everyone is absolutely right. She is wonderful! She talked me through everything she would do, gently suggested items she thought would help me on my skincare journey but was never pushy at any point, I felt so comfortable throughout the whole session. First, the ladies at the front desk were super welcoming and gave me an iPad to sign in on, that asks a few questions about your skin background, etc. They also ask you what kind of scents you want, what kind of music you want to listen to, and what you want the pressure of your massage to be. The atmosphere was calming, ambient and clean. They give you lockers for your items, a nice fluffy robe and slippers to change into, and free amenities while you wait, like tea, water, weighted neck pillows, etc. While The Retreat room was super nice and relaxing, I didn't have to wait long at all. Luciana came in very quickly afterward, and explained everything to me. We went to a room, where you lay on a table with a little heated blanket and a foam roller for under your knees to support your lower back while you lay. The experience was heavenly. Luciana was gentle with my skin, the massage was so nice. I almost fell asleep on the table! After everything was over, I got changed and headed back to the counter to pay for my experience, Luciana had set out some skincare products that she felt would suit me based on our time together, but again, there's absolutely no pressure to buy them. She didn't stand there and wait for me to make any selections. She simply placed them on a table and walked away. I ended up purchasing one of the two items, a gel cleanser. Whenever purchasing a skincare item you also get to choose a free little gift that they offer which was super nice! As far as what I got, I got the acne purifying facial which comes with a face, neck, shoulder, arm and hand massage and lasts about 60 minutes in total! And it was only $139. For that experience I almost felt like I was stealing! With the skincare product I bought (without the tip) the total came to around $180 (but its a LOT of product). If you want to tip in cash, which I did, they give you a nice little envelope to place it in, with a 'to' and 'from' section to fill out. I've already scheduled my next appt and told friends and family about this place. Can't wait to come back!

Carmen is exceptionally knowledgeable, thorough, and clearly takes tremendous pride in her work. I came to her with a complicated history of back injuries, sciatica, scoliosis, and significant tension and pain throughout my neck, shoulders, lower back, and hips. She listened carefully to that history and actually incorporated it into the way she approached my massage rather than simply giving me a standard, one-size-fits-all treatment. What impressed me most was her precision and attention to detail. She worked incredibly thoroughly, repositioning my arms, legs, and neck throughout the session so she could address muscles and areas of tension from multiple angles. It genuinely felt like she was evaluating and working with my body as a whole rather than simply moving through a routine. There was a purpose behind everything she did. Her decades of experience are immediately apparent. Carmen knows the human body, knows how to find areas that need attention, and isn't afraid to put in the work required to address them properly. I felt completely comfortable in her care and trusted her judgment throughout the entire session. Carmen also runs European Therapeutics entirely on her own, and there is something incredibly special about receiving care from someone who has spent decades building her business and still approaches her work with this level of dedication. She is hardworking, professional, kind, and extraordinarily skilled at what she does. I walked out genuinely amazed by the experience. Had i known i would have gladly rescheduled. 60min later she said that she had to cut it short because she had another appointment. Ummm ok... so i was willing to work this mix up out. Her solution was to use the remainder of the balance for the second 90 min then whatever the balance was to use it as partial payment for another massage. I didn't want to purchase anything else. I also received zero aftercare instructions. I wasn't told whether to wash my face, what to expect regarding irritation, or how to maintain the results. Overall, it felt like a waste of money for a professional treatment.

Arrived on time and waited 25 mins before anyone came to the front. They seemed to have no idea I'd made an appt on their website. Massage was fine but the facial was rushed (30 mins total) and overpriced. I was charged $150 plus a $10 "machine tax". Felt very gimmicky and the tech was far more concerned with recording me for Instagram than doing a facial that would warrant that price. Tried to contact the owner twice to make her aware and received no response. Very unhappy with my experience. I amended my one star review because the owner, Lindete reached out and offered a redo on my facial at no cost. She did a lovely, thorough job. Her energy is very gentle and kind and both treatments I had with her I really enjoyed. My suggestion is to book with Lindete herself so you know you will be cared for properly.
