For the last 10 years I've had massages at many ME locations - such as Cooper City and 2 different Pembroke Pines locations and can truly say I've only had one or two "average" massages as most ME therapist doing an amazing job. I found at this location that the front desk booking staff quickly learned what my needs were and where able to get the right therapist for me. Crystal was polite, helpful, attentive and very caring when I called in the day before to restart my membership and was all those things and more when I arrived for my appointment. All the young ladies were very warm and made the experience pleasant. While at this spa, I took only a few photos to avoid infringing on other privacy. I can say that the facility is clean and fresh - the initial lobby is quite small - but the interior relaxation room provides a bit more space for stretching out while listening to calm soft music. In that room they offer three types of refreshing water: normal, cucumber and orange water. They additionally offer to sell and use the entire line of Murad skin care products for facials. A very high-end and effective line in my opinion. (I'll review esthetician services at a later time.) Today I enjoyed an incredible 90 minute deep tissue massage by Fred. He was professional and knowledgeable and quickly understood what my needs were. I felt so much better and very relaxed after my massage and immediately booked others for the next two weeks. Upon checking out, Crystal explained the ME rewards program which allows you to earn points towards future facials or treatments. This is a nice up sell for them and a little break on our wallets as it's easy to get motivated by the relaxed vibe of the moment. Definitely look forward to returning!

I went to check out and the front staff tried to sell me packages for nearly 10 minutes after I told them numerous times I was not interested. I was relaxed, and they were doing a hard sell and not accepting no from the client.... Until they ran out of options and I kept saying no. I understand we all need to upsell sometimes, but I will never sign any membership after going to a place 1 time, which I explained several times. I would have come back to this location, but I don't want to be pressured into something, especially after being relaxed. It ruined my experience.
