Natasha gave me a tour on my first visit, and explained every piece of equipment they offer. Every room is clean, and the machines look new. I would love to update my review as I try different equipment (salt room, compression therapy, etc). I was very interested in Cryo for its many benefits (anti-aging, metabolism boosting, mood enchanter to name a few). This facility provides all necessary Amenities (mittens, robe, slippers, etc) to make your Cryo experience pleasant .... You can just show up! As a fun bonus, you get to pick a song to listen to as you emerge into -160 degrees of cryotherapy. After 3 minutes, you come out feeling rejuvenated! What's makes Boca Cryo different is that it's not liquid nitrogen gas - - but "cold air" that is FDA approved. After the Cryo chamber, I was led by the lovely staff for my Cryo facial. This pleasant facial stimulates collagen, eliminates fine lines, and helps improve skin texture to say the least. And best part, it's not an invasive procedure!
