BEWARE! they don't tell you when purchasing but you cannot redeem packages at any location, only theirs. Purchased packages & lost about $250-300 worth once being told they could not be redeemed at any location. Also, every time I went in the staff really had no clue on the services they are offering, unable to offer a list of benefits without doing a google search on their phone. I would recommend checking out Restore for a better experience. Also, they do not tell you when purchasing packages that they do not expire, one of the benefits of choosing package over membership but this is proven to be false, as my packages expired. read more

I have tried Cryo twice here. First time was when they just opened. Second time was on Friday with a friend. We both purchased a day pass, each trying 3 services - infrared, cryo and red light . We both enjoyed the experience. Cryo is a bit intimidating at first, but before you know it, 3,minutes are up! Infrared I actually break a sweat which isn't common for me, and I have heard red light is good for you? Not sure. Everyone is friendly at the facility, and I do think the things they offer are definitely good for you. read more

My family and I went and immediately felt like an imposition. I got the red light bed, cryo, and compression done. While I was waiting I watched a man sit after his compression finished for ten minutes trying to get the attention of a blonde girl working there who was scrolling on her phone. When I finished my turn, they left me sitting there without any guidance on what to do and did not help me take off the compression sleeves. They began closing early, and I listened to them chat about wanting to go to happy hour after work. They stopped my brother's compression before his session was even finished - likely to be able to leave earlier and get to happy hour. The entire time it felt like they wanted us to leave. Having heard so much about cryo therapy, I was super impressed with this facility. They have many different treatment options including red light therapy. Where to start? I went in for a cryo session and received the most amazing welcoming customer service. I ended up staying two hours!! Keep in mind cryo only takes about 10 minutes but the staff was so amazing and accommodating. They fit me in for compression therapy, red light therapy and the sauna! Been going to Icryo for over a year i do the red light bed, red light sauna, and cryo min 4 days a week. it has literally changed my life as far as the quality! less back pain, more alert and i sleep like a rock. All the staff at iCRYO are helpful and professional. I get regular IVs due to a chronic health condition. I'm not great with needles, but the nurses are always compassionate, confident, and reassuring. The other staff are also super kind. I've utilized three services at iCRYO Fort Lauderdale including the Glutathione IV, Cryotherapy, and Red Light Therapy. The IV therapy is the same as anywhere but Cryo and Red Light is unique. I'm going to continue investing in doing mostly the red-light therapy and occasionally do the Cryo. Cryo's fun and gives a rush. Definitely works for full body anti inflammation after a workout, but the red/near infrared therapy has so many benefits that are documented and that i've experienced firsthand using laser hair caps for years. This location also just upgraded to the Theralite 360 red light bed. Anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, and many more benefits. Definitely worth checking out. They're packages keep it all relatively affordable. Lastly, I haven't tried the compression therapy, but my wife's a big fan. If you're standing up a lot and get pain/swelling in the lower legs, this can make a difference. read more
