Dr. Kusuma is an excellent plastic surgeon, and a highly ethical physician. I went to see Dr…read more Kusuma after an unsuccessful neck and lower face lift performed by another plastic surgeon in the area. I don't know what was done to my face by the first plastic surgeon, although I can deduce what happened, but I looked totally different, and for the worse. Dr. Kusuma was able to give me my face back and a much younger and more beautiful one at that. He performed a full-face lift, upper and lower lid surgeries and neck surgery. I look much younger, and my features were not changed. I wasn't pumped up with fillers either. I have my face back. I feel beautiful. I will forever be indebted to Dr. Kusuma (at Suria Plastic Surgery.) I went through a learning experience with the first physician and with Dr. Kusuma. I would like to share what I learned with those that might be shopping for a plastic surgeon. I have been able to compare two plastic surgeons and how they operate. I hope that what I learned will be useful to other people. The items listed below compare the two surgeons. 1. Dr. Kusuma will not ask you to sign endless documents stating that no matter what happens, he is not responsible for the result. 2. Dr. Kusuma will not use general anesthesia for your surgery. 3. Dr. Kusuma films the complete surgery, and he will give you any films you desire to have. So, you actually know what went on during the surgery. 4. Dr. Kusuma will perform the complete surgery himself. He will not allow a "surgical assistant" who has never attended college to close any incisions, or to perform any procedure. 5. After the surgery, every time you visit Dr. Kusuma, photos are taken. He meticulously compares your progress. 6. Dr. Kusuma will not let you go until he deems the final product to be perfect. He will follow through with various measures to achieve total perfection. 7. If you have any problems, it is easy to make an appointment. You will not be asked to wait weeks before you can see him. 8. Dr. Kusuma is very approachable. You will never feel fearful when presenting a concern. If you want to know what kind of physician Dr. Kusuma is, go to YouTube, and view the many videos he has presented there. In addition, the personnel at Dr. Kusuma's office is professional, friendly, and down-to-earth. You will feel at home immediately.

All the favorites are still there -- sauna, infrared, cold plunge -- all the good, restorative things -- but the expanded backyard creates such a beautiful, elevated vibe. The meditation room is absolutely perfect: cozy, grounding, and so peaceful you genuinely forget you're in the middle of Fort Lauderdale. From the moment I walked in, the team was warm and welcoming. Sasha greeted me with such kindness, setting the tone immediately. My therapist, Esteban, gave me a 90-minute deep tissue massage that was exactly what I needed. I walked in carrying so much stress I'm convinced my shoulders were practically up by my ears -- and he truly worked the muscles and joints with intention. Not a fluffy, oil-and-elbows massage, but real, therapeutic bodywork that made a difference. It felt like a little piece of heaven tucked inside the city. I love that they also host monthly events supporting artists -- such a thoughtful touch. I don't know why I don't come here more often, but I'm officially committed to changing that. Absolutely amazing experience. Can't wait to go back.

I am by NO means comparing it to a 5 Star high end spa** I found Le Belle Spa on Groupon. Mind you, I've been a little skeptical when it comes to Groupon and spas and facials and that sort of thing because usually, you get what you pay for! Crappy location, ok service. That's kind of what I was expecting but it was NOT the case. La Belle Spa is located in a Big Lots plaza, inside the Phoenix salon suites. It's not a massage envy or a relaxing spa with amenities. It is solely a suite rented amongst other suites dedicated to beauty services such as hair, nails, etc. Upon making my same day appointment, Belle was extremely thorough with my questions and concerns and gladly answered them in a professional manner. Once I arrived, about 7 minutes before my appointment, she was ready to take me in and greeted me outside of the suite door. When I went inside the suite it was a small room smelling amazingly clean with aromatherapy oil scents. I immediately felt like I was as inside of a little spa room and forgot about my outside surroundings. She took me in promptly, made me fill out paperwork and started my pampering. From steam to hot towels, scrubs and a mask. My face was feeling relaxed! It was massaged in a way it's never been before, I truly felt RELAXED. Exactly what I had come in for. I left with a very clean, hydrated, brand new face. I purchased the classic facial and it was so worth it. I want to come back and try derma-planning or microdermabrasion. The tools and utensils she used were all sterilized, the room was squeaky clean, she was very very professional and has amazing hands she works with. Her products are high end she uses some Skin Fitness and German products. Absolutely fantastic! I truthfully left there feeling brand new and wished the facial lasted hours! Thank you Belle for pampering my face and making it glow! It's been 3 days and zero breakouts from it :) Bottom line: this is not a spa, there are no lockers, they don't serve you fruited water or drinks, it's exclusively facials and you get your treatment and get out. You will feel amazing, it's clean, and very very professional. Make sure to get your next facial with Belle, you will love it!
