Amazing! Incredible! Fabulous! Wonderful! There are not enough positive words to describe Sandra and her spa!!! I had a variety of services and loved each one. This will definitely be on my monthly regimen of pampering myself! Plus, she is SO knowledgeable so I got an nutritional education at the same time. I cannot wait to back. WHEN, not if, you go, definitely do the ionic foot detox. You will be surprised at the results. Thank you, Sandra, for an amazing and relaxing morning. read more

I read the Yelp reviews and then purchased a Groupon as a Valentine's gift to self. A few weeks later, I scheduled my to Sandra's Spa that included a Nutritional Facial, foot relaxation treatment, and Swedish massage. Tranquil energy filled the space as I entered and was welcomed in by Sandra. Soon I was laying in a soft massage bed with salt lamps and spa music easing the tensions of the week. The facial was awesome! Sandra spoke with me about my diet and exercise routines, and the impact that these factors have on our overall skin health. After this facial my face was glowing and felt so fresh I refused to put on makeup for days after. From the facial you are given a robe and walked to the relaxation room to enjoy some coconut water, green tea, or water as you await your massage. Beanca was my masseuse and she applied the medium pressure in all of the right spots, elongating the muscles and soothing the soreness that engulfed my body. I also had my eyebrows waxed by Haley, who did a lovely job and took the time to teach me how to apply brow filler in order to build some shape into my brows after some slacking on my part. Located on a side street off A1A just north of Oakland Park Blvd, I found a spot and paid the meter. My appointment was scheduled in a 2 hour block... my appmt ran a bit late but only because they take the time to understand your needs and especially the need to flow at a relaxed and unrushed pace - the way a spa day should feel. Five stars for service, value, and overall quality of this experience. Sandra offers her clients a pure, revitalizing experience along with an ambiance that provides a true retreat from the craziness of everyday life. Thank you Sandra Topel and staff - see you again very soon! read more

So rude after I asked if I would have an issue using the Groupon, she wouldn't honor because Groupon stated "may be used every 30 days". I was there in 2016 and January 2020 but won't ever be going back. Wasted my time and never been treated so poorly. She literally argued with me and said she's "not in the Groupon business" when clearly she is and for obvious reasons, treating people poorly as if her issues with Groupon are my problem; no. It won't let anyone post anything unless 5 stars? read more

I never would have heard of this hidden gem in East Fort Lauderdale had it not been for a groupon I bought for $90. I got a 60 minute Swedish massage (usually $60) with hot stones ($10 extra) with 40 minutes of reflexology (usually $40) and a nutritional facial (usually $65). This was a great deal, but of course, a deal is not really great unless the product or service is great too! Sandra Topel's Health and Wellness Spa did not disappoint. It is small, but not tiny. It is large enough to have a few treatment rooms and a small relaxing room. The whole place is very tranquil and serene. Herbal teas and water are offered. The treatment rooms themselves have low lighting and very comfy tables and linen. Bianca, my masseuse did an excellent job. She used all sorts of apparatus to enhance the experience including scents, a scalp tingler, and even a tuning fork during the reflexology! I usually like a stronger touch during my toxicology, but it certainly was different. I was totally in a "coma" but not sleeping. Sandra herself did my facial. Sandra is a very interesting, enterprising, and caring lady. Her facial, like her spa, was somewhat low tech compared to some of the facial treatments available today, but it was excellent. Sometimes I feel that these high tech treatments can be very rough on skin. Sandra was gentle but thorough. She covered all the bases and gave the most relaxing shoulder and upper chest massage as well. I was in la la land. Most importantly, my skin was glowing! I really like how accommodating this Spa was with the groupon too. I rarely buy groupons for these types of services now because in the past I have found them to be very difficult to use (i.e it can take months to schedule an appointment). When I called to schedule just a day before I wanted to come in, they could not schedule the entire day spa package but they gladly offered to split up the services between two days. Many groupons would not split up a day spa package so I greatly appreciated this. Even without a groupon, Sandra's prices (noted above) are fairly reasonable (especially for a place right off of A1A in Fort Lauderdale!). I truly wish this relaxing spa was closer to my house so I could be a more frequent customer! read more

Sandra was able to squeeze me in last minute. The spa itself is quaint, clean and comfortable. Divine gave me the best massage. Everyone was really pleasant. Im looking forward to returning for a facial with Sandra and another massage. Im always on the search for good massages. This was the place. Highly recommended. read more

Walking inside there's a nice serene setting and I was warmly greeted by Mia at the front. I filled out a very short spec sheet about myself and then I met Sandra and was shown into my room. I changed and Sandra came in to begin. I opted for the nutritional facial since my gf referred me. Only $65! As she was starting she was asking me questions about my eating, drinking and sleeping habits among a couple other questions. All factors that weigh in heavily on your skin. Not only did I feel I was getting a proper and wonderful feeling facial, I was also learning a lot thru my conversation with her. I especially like the fact that she is holistic and her methods are simple but very effective. As my last step (vitamin c mask - hydrates and repairs) was sitting I received the most relaxing neck and foot massage. To end I was shown into another more private sitting area where she handed me a hot cup of green tea. After 1.5 hours I left with a wonderful tight and shining skin. For this service and location (half a mile from my home) how can you not make it a habit? I booked for next month and am excited to go again! Definitely recommend her to all. read more

Best Groupon purchase ever! While planning for my vacation in Ft. Lauderdale/ Miami area, I came across this groupon and decided to take a chance with Sandra Topel Health & Wellness Spa. The place is small, but spacious enough for the essentials. The receptionist was very sweet and offered me herbal organic teas while I filled out paperwork and waited for my therapist. My groupon included a facial, Swedish massage, and reflexology. The entire package was a heavenly 3 1/2 hours of a relaxation induced coma. Not once did I feel rushed or pressured into purchasing more products or add on services ( although I wish I would've!) My face is still glowing from my much needed facial and I will NOT wait as long as I did in between a spa day ever again! If you are located anywhere near Sandra off the A1A you NEED to try this place out. Treat yo self! Ps- I earned the 'Glamorama' badge for this place ;) oh yeah! read more

3/23/19 was a good day at Sandra Tropel's Wellness Spa! It was my first visit and the service was excellent! While visiting STWS, the staff (Isabelle, Clara, & Sandra) was very friendly and polite. My body felt AMAZING after the treatments. The Deep Tissue Massage, Chocolate Facial, & Rose Oil Petal Scrub is HEAVEN SENT! I recommend this spa to anyone. read more

There is a reason this spa has 5 star reviews.... I was visiting from New York and booked the oxygenating facial with Sandra. Wow! I was so happy with the results, the products she used definitely penetrated my skin and did their job. Sandra has gentle expert hands of an esthetician that truly enhance your relaxation. Also Sandra's knowledge and experience makes it easy to understand what you should be doing to maintain beautiful skin. Thank you so much for the great facial : ) read more

This was my second time at the spa and Sandra and her staff wow'd me yet again. The first time I had the Swedish massage (best I ever had) and a nutritional facial which was so relaxing. I had another nutritional facial with my friend yesterday and we both enjoyed them very much. The ambiance is relaxing, and the staff are all very knowledgeable about health which I appreciated because some places try to sell you bogus information as someone in the medical field, I appreciated their high level of integrity in the quality of information they share with clients. I didn't use a groupon the second time and I was happy to pay full price. I will be returning soon for another massage and facial. read more

The anti-aging nutritional facial was awesome!!!! I even got a nice upper body massage while the mask was on.

Lovely massage and facial. Friendly owner and staff. They shared many "beauty" and health tips when I brother and I visited last month. Nice variety of items to buy, from cosmetics to purses, essential oils, and more. Planning a trip back soon for the same experience,, hope to make it a quarterly treat! read more

I received a spa day package from my husband for Christmas and went to finally redeem it today. This place is like no other. The staff is warm, friendly and professional and the services are superior. The spa itself is pristine while not feeling cold or antiseptic. My massage was heavenly and perfect in every way. The facial was exceptional and I left feeling beautiful from the inside out. read more

Thought it'd be fun to have a girl's day with my bestie, and I'm really glad I came across Sandra's spa. It was super easy to book an appointment and Sandra was very warm and welcoming when we arrived. Her team (Christine & Amanda that day) were very professional and took their time to make sure we were very comfortable and taken care of. For example, they'd ask if the massage pressure is OK / if the steam machine for the facial feels OK / if the heated towels were too warm / etc. throughout our treatments. Little details that make the whole experience feel more customized and comfortable. They also surprised my bestie with a birthday cake at the end of the session because they noticed that her birthday was next week. Overall just a fantastic experience, thank you ladies for making us feel so special on our day off! :) read more

Best facial ever & very relaxing massage. The oils they use smell amazing. I'm 33 weeks pregnant and there was an up charge for pregnancy but was worth it. My husband really enjoyed both the massage and facial. I would recommend coming here! read more

I've been to a few spa's in my day but Sandra Topel Spa sets the standard on top notch service. Went there today as a relaxing pre- birthday gift to myself and I was not disappointed. I had an awesome massage with Ashley and a wonderful chocolate facial and foot scrub with Erin. Both, were kind and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. They were both genuine in their desire to serve. I met the owner Sandra and she is a lovely woman. I will definitely be back and recommend you give them a visit! read more

I was very pleasantly surprised with my services at this spa. My massage was done by Rhea who does and amazing job. I highly recommend the hot stones they were a nice touch. My facial was incredible and it was done by Lina. Overall, I was greatly satisfied by my services. The reason I can't rate this place 5 stars is because the area where I was given my massage is the room behind the receptionist. I could hear the phone ring and I could hear a speakerphone conversation. My therapist quickly told the person out front and things were quieter. Also, staff walking past the door were talking in full voice and not speaking quietly like in most spas. I would suggest an air machine or something to create white noise so the client can truly relax. Also, they should have a phone that lights up or beeps lightly so the phone is never heard. This spa is in a new location and I think they still have some things to learn to create a true spa environment. I would certainly go back again. read more

Love love love this place! Me and my girlfriend came for a spa day and it was flipping awesome! My facial made my skin feel like a babies butt. Now about to go get my man! If they really really really went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we were comfortable, that we had a great time and that we were super relaxed. I'm definitely going to come back again! Thanks Sandra! read more

I purchased the chocolate facial, massage, and foot scrub for two. This is by far the most wonderful spa in the area. It is a hidden gem. Sandra is not only extremely knowledgeable, but has a wonderful touch. Her products are organic and she is well informed about health and wellness. My massage was so relaxing and very therapeutic. The spa is intimate, has all the lovely necessities at your fingertips, and is a keeper for sure. I have already passed the word that I was rejuvenated and my skin was glowing. Imagine going out to lunch with no makeup and being self-assured! I can't wait to go back. read more

I have been going to Sandra's Spa for several years. As women, we give so much of ourselves daily to others. That's why I enjoy going to Sandra's Spa because I am giving back to me! I feel at home when I am there and I know, I am going to leave feeling pampered, refresh and rejuvenated. I relocated a few hours away from Fort Lauderdale seven months ago and I still, go back to Sandra for my skin care needs. I will not let anyone else touch my skin! read more
