There are also many add-ons you can request such as gua sha, deep tissue cupping, hot stones, eye masks, and scalp massage. I've received massages from a few different therapists at both their Fort Lauderdale location and the one here in Plantation, but what keeps me coming back to this Plantation Walk location is literally the best massage therapist on the planet -- Ace. He is very popular among my friends and quite a few of us see him regularly. His understanding of the human body -- muscles, ligaments, tendons -- how to treat the body, how to stretch the body, and how to work out those pesky knots is honestly incredible. The man massages like it's a work of art, which I truly think it is. If I've been non-compliant with stretching after the gym, I can count on Ace to get me walking again. If my back and neck feel broken after stressful long shifts at work, I know I can count on him to help me regain mobility and stay pain-free. If you ever want to treat yourself, you should absolutely come to this location. The front desk staff are very kind and welcoming. They offer still water as well as citrus-infused water. They also have a bunch of little knick-knacks and creams, aromatherapy items, candles, etc. I used to belong to their membership, but I just can't financially commit to it right now. If I could, I would totally get the membership again. They also are not very pushy about it, and canceling the membership is not difficult. The bathrooms are very clean and aesthetically pleasing. The entire vibe of the studio is calming, pleasant, and relaxing. In the background they play ocean waves, which I personally find very soothing. The lighting is dim and the space smells lightly of essential oils, which really adds to the relaxing atmosphere. As far as the massage spaces themselves, they are not fully private rooms but rather individual areas separated by curtains. There is still plenty of privacy and the lighting is dim so you don't feel like people are looking at you. Of course, guests should still be courteous by silencing their phones and speaking quietly. Before your massage, there is a pre-debrief room where you talk with your therapist about any problem areas, ailments, or what you are hoping to get out of the session. Post-massage you also briefly debrief in that same room to make sure you feel good and everything went well. Ace is extremely popular, so I would definitely recommend booking ahead if you want to see him. Honestly, this place is a little piece of heaven.

It's unacceptable for a business to ignore calls all day and then refuse to help when their lack of communication causes a problem. The receptionist was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely unwilling to assist. Based on this experience alone, I would not recommend this place to anyone. I would also like to clarify that I had no issue paying the cancellation fee if it was required. My concern was that I asked multiple times about the possibility of rescheduling my appointment, but that option was never offered or discussed. Instead, the conversation repeatedly focused on the cancellation policy and fee, without any effort to explore an alternative solution or accommodate a reschedule. There was no availability online, so I called right when they opened at 10 AM and was able to snag an 11 AM appointment. Just something to note when booking: they held 70% of the service charge on my card and automatically added a 22% gratuity. I'm not sure if that's their standard policy or because it was a same-day appointment, but it's helpful to know upfront so there are no surprises. I parked using the Westin valet (it's $5 for 5 hours when you get your ticket validated at the spa desk). Just a heads up: you do have to walk down to street level, and the spa is actually the next building over to the right. It's super close, but if you're expecting it to be inside the main hotel, this will save you a "wait... where am I going?" moment It's next to the Starbucks and there's a secured guest-key access door to enter. If you don't have a key (which you won't unless you're a guest), there's a phone right there that rings directly to the spa desk and they come let you in. Easy once you know. I was shown to the changing area with secure coded lockers where you create your own code. I do wish the front desk attendant had explained how to actually set the locker code (push start enter your code push lock). Even when I asked a second time she kept saying just enter your code on the panel which didn't work for me after she left. I ended up asking the cleaning attendant, who was incredibly kind and helped me right away. The spa amenities themselves are ok -- hot tub, sauna, steam room, and a relaxing lounge area that instantly sets the vibe. That said, the hot tub space is on the smaller side. The tub itself is compact, and with the accessible chair positioned in that area (which I absolutely appreciate -- kudos for prioritizing accessibility), it can feel a bit more crowded than expected. If you're looking for the sauna or steam room, just walk around the corner -- you'll find both the dry sauna and steam room tucked right there. Now let's get to the star of the show Andrea! My masseuse! FIVE STARS. NO NOTES. Andrea came to get me shortly after, and off we went to a spacious treatment room (they have large rooms with double beds for couples, too).
