Very disappointing experience. I did not feel that my concerns and preferences were properly listened to, especially when it came to cosmetic injections. With Botox, communication and trust are extremely important, and a patient should never feel pressured into more treatment than they are comfortable with. *Newbies to Botox, please be careful.* I am new to facial injections and went to see the Nurse Practitioner who works here, Michal Kitai. I expressed my history with dysport, saying I really liked what was done before, I couldn't remember how many units we used the last time so we (myself and the NP) even called my old dermatologist to see, it was 21 units of dysport. After almost an hour of consultation, explicitly expressing to Michal how I wanted to do as minimal as possible and not have the "freeze" effect, she continued to tell me that she does not recommend dysport, strongly encourages people to not use dysport and to use Botox instead due to it being more "localized" so it won't spread out through your face (which sounds reasonable so I trusted her to switch to botox). Then, she tells me I need a minimum of 24 units. I said, "wait, don't they compare 3 units of dysport to 1 unit of Botox?" (Botox is stronger or something), and she assured me that, no, this will achieve the very subtle effect that I am looking for "trust me". I did not feel right about it, considering we literally heard my old dermatologist say 21 units of dysport, and now this lady is pushing me to get 24 of a stronger substance, but I said "okay, I'm trusting you, just know I do NOT want frozen facial expressions, this is very important to me". Well guess what happened..... can't move my eyebrows for 3 months. I was so upset and felt stupid because I knew she was trying to push a certain amount and despite my rebuttals, I went with her suggestion, against my gut. Never again, please anyone reading, don't let people push you into altering your face more than you are comfortable with. I really hope this lady will consider my words and treat the next customer with a little more understanding and prioritize THEIR wishes over monetary gains. read more

The treatment room is very comfortable and full of light which I loved. Michal, the owner, and ARNP is magnificent. She has this wonderful, friendly, honest personality that as soon as you meet her you know you're in great hands. She very patiently explains any procedure to you, and recommends you other treatments without being pushy or anything. She is very patient and professional. I had a great experience yesterday at the MedSpa! I had just flown in from LA to visit my grandmother. I had a grueling full day of travel and was feeling a little sluggish. I decided I needed a little something to get me going and had heard about this place from a friend. I stopped in to get a vitamin B shot. The place was very stylish, clean and relaxing. The staff was friendly and helpful. The lady who administered the shot, Michal, was incredibly gentle. I've received vitamin B shots before and this time was shockingly painless. So much so that I decided to "explore the menu". They offer a test that analyzes your DNA to determine specifically what food and exercise choices are best and worst for you. It tells you if you have a predisposition to certain ailments and many other things. I'm excited to get my results and walk through them with the consultants. They can sample your DNA using saliva or blood. I opted for them to take blood since the shot was not invasive or uncomfortable. Drawing blood was quick and painless too. I'm looking forward to coming back at the end of my trip for the results and consultation. I will definitely be coming back on my next visit. read more
