I asked if they have the ability to remove a facial mole..... yes or no... fairly simple question. I was asked if I was a client.... nothing to do with the question, but no. Ok so cash client you will need to pay $150 for a consultation and blah blah blah. OK so do you remove facial moles? Simple yes or no still. I wasn't asking for a diagnosis or costs. All I was asking for a simple yes or no and couldn't even even get that. I understand that I can't be given costs or if for sure they could remove it, all I was asking if that was a service they have the ability to provide. Not that it really matters to them I am sure, but they just lost a potential client because I couldn't get a simple yes because judging by the long winded response I got they may do them, but she just didn't feel like answering with a yes or no.

I have been coming to Nicole's for over a year for laser hair treatment. The treatments themselves…read morehave been working. I will say that the staff is not very welcoming. The front desk is either empty or the staff sitting there ignore you when you walk in. When Brooke worked here she was my sole laser technician she was amazing so attentive and lively. She made me feel very comfortable and excited to go get laser ( how is that even possible). When Brooke left I have not had the same technician twice. Every time is someone new so you do not get to build a rapport with your technician. They are also not the friendliest. Just a completely different atmosphere now that Brooke is gone. I will also mention they moved offices. This new space has better parking and is easier to leave the office.

This business lacks professionalism. I called to ask a question about laser tattoo removal and the…read morerepresentative who answered put me on hold to get an answer for me. I had the call on speakerphone while I waited doing other things on my phone. Before I knew it, 30+ minutes had passed and no one ever came back to answer my question. I later found out they had closed during the time I was on hold, just leaving me there on the line instead of advising me to call back if an answer wasn't available at that time. I know laser tattoo removal isn't cheap and multiple sessions are required; based on this careless interaction, which reflects on the company culture as a whole, I will be investing my money elsewhere.

11/10! Would recommend to everyone!! My bf had been wanting…read moreto do microneedling, and i wanted to try a chemical peel. We chose 4Ever Young (Fort Lauderdale location) based on the overwhelming positive reviews, and they were not wrong. During our free consultation, we met with Nicole, who was super sweet, and beyond helpful and informative in helping us decide which options were best for us. There was a promotion going on at the time, and even though it was over when I made my apt, they still made sure to honor it! The young lady at the front desk was also super kind and polite in checking us in/out and helping book our next apts. They were even able to make sure we got back to back apts together. Nicole continues to be absolutely wonderful! She is always eager to answer my million questions and is SO informative! She genuinely made us feel confident in our decisions and helped calm any nervousness. She always makes sure we understand the post-peel / post-microneedling procedures to do at home and urges us to reach out with any questions. She even reaches out days later to follow-up and see how everything is progressing I would obviously recommend Nicole to everyone, but I'm willing to bet the other estheticians are just as great, based on our overall experience. And of course, the location was meticulously clean and maintained, everything smells good, and the staff is all kind, knowledgable, and beautiful!

Nope Nope Nope. Silas pulls the same thing and says after the two visits and the blood test they will put me on a "low dose" of semaglutide but the low dose does NOTHING so you waste your money for 2-3 months. You're better off getting it from your Dr. Btw your ARNP is a complete ding-a-ling. Please tell her that if she had looked up in ANY medical dictionary or any medical textbook 2020 or earlier "coronavirus" means Common cold! She could also do some basic MATH as Seasonal flu is 99.6% survival and fake covid is 99.8% survival (or 2/10 of 1% higher survival rate than flu) I guess she doesn't know that all RNA viruses mutate at least every 4 hours making flu, pneumonia and covid shots a complete JOKE.

We are so grateful to Juliano and his staff for the amazing experience. This was so special and important to us. We knew conceptually what we wanted but weren't sure how this could be executed...man, did Juliano nail it. We had done our research and were amazed with his Polynesian style freehand tattoos and the work was stunning. He spoke with us for about an hour...I will speak for myself (as the mama!) and say I was very apprehensive. This was a very big deal ...and I needed to be 100 percent sure that our artist would understand where we were coming from and why. These might be nearly grown men, but to me, they were still my "babies". I can say with absolute certainty that I know I put them (and us) in the right hands. Juliano did beautiful, authentic designs, incorporating what we wanted with his own ideas and we ended up with 4 gorgeous, unique yet unified, tattoos. As if this weren't enough, his other artists (Alexa and Max) were so friendly and pleasant. His wife, Thamy, who does the laser tattoo removal and piercing, was an angel. (Since I was there all day, I spontaneously decided to get some lobe piercings with her. She was patient, gentle, professional, and helped me choose what I wanted to do.). Their two daughters were hanging out in the shop all day and even they added to the experience with their sweet dispositions and amazing behavior. A truly family owned, family run, loving and amazing business. Juliano is a master at his art, and he is sweet, funny, and authentic while doing it. The best energy and vibes ever. Thank you guys!
