This was an extremely disappointing service from Trish. She basically did what she wanted and was the easiest for her. When I told her that the tail of my brows were significantly darker then the start of my brow, she said that's because she was going for the ombre look. I stated that was not what I wanted and that it looked completely unnatural, her reply was that she was the professional and knows what is best. Said she wouldn't fix it. So I now have no color at all on the beginning of the brow and must pencil that section in everyday. I found her to be rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. Would not recommend her at all. Amazing! An Artist in the truest form. Trish goes over the process and explains what to expect during the procedure. Trish recommended I do powder brows and explained the reasons why. A lot has to do with your skin. I followed her advice because she is the Professional. Trish only wants the best outcome for you. You are her walking canvas. If you are happy with her work on you, and you will be, you will recommend her. I will say when she draws on the brows it is very hard to see what the final result will be because how it is colored on. Trish explained this only reflects the shape but I immediately became concerned. It is a scary moment to consent to BUT I chose her because of her talent. I did a lot of research and it averaged 1 out of every 3 people had their brows done by Trish. They were all natural, beautiful, youthful and everything I wanted on my face. I decided I had to trust her and moved forward with the shape she drew on. Trish is a perfectionist! I was very excited to get my brows done by Trish because her work is so beautiful. But as I walked in, I introduced myself and she looked at me as if she wasn't expecting me and said "what's up?" I said "...I have an appointment?" I've had my brows done by someone else previously and just needed a touch up because it has faded. She looked at my brows and was laughing in my face. Then she told me that because I already have hairs, I don't need anything done. But I like to get them filled in and shaped up so that I don't have to draw them in every day. She continued to laugh at me. And at that point I felt very uncomfortable. I can't believe how unprofessional she was acting and how uncomfortable I felt with our interaction. Don't even bother. They're not worth the $700. And she does whatever she wants, not what the client asks for. I wouldn't recommend her at all. She's also extremely rude and egotistical. I'm not happy at all with the results so now I have to go to someone else to fix them after I paid her $700 whereas other people charge $250 and $500. There are other talented artists out there who don't mistreat their clients and actually listen to what the client wants, and are not as expensive. So let me start of with how insecure I was with my eyebrows. When I was a baby, I had to remove a cyst that was growing on top of my right brows.. Because of the surgery, it left a mark on my brow and unfortunately no hair was growing anymore. I then had a scar and it looked unpleasing to see every morning. With no hesitation I booked an appointment to see her. I went to see her and see if she is still able to do it regarding the scar. She said yes, and immediately she did her magic. I was so pleased to seeing how she covered my scar. She kept reminding me if I was okay during the procedure, because I am a baby when it comes to pain. lol She reassured me and I felt comfortable after. When she finished, I couldn't be more happy! I was excited to get my brows done based on a misleading number of stellar online reviews on google. I should have read the negative reviews on Yelp regarding her abrasive/self righteous attitude (see the 1-2 star reviews). I left feeling so demoralized and dressed down by this nasty mean spirited woman. Here is a summary: *told me to go somewhere else to get my microblading just because I asked her if it was possible to make brows thicker. I was so shocked because I just made a suggestion and not even stating strongly. I gave you a deposit in advance--how are you going to basically tell me I have to get the tattoo your way and keep my money? *And then I said can you make the arch softer? She curtly responds "No it's already soft." *After I was asking a few questions after looking at her outline on my face, she rudely interjects "may I continue now with the procedure? Like what kind of jerk doesn't want you to ask questions--you are putting a tattoo on face that I am paying for. *proceeded to video tape and film me for 3-5 minutes after she even showed me a mirror of the final result. I told her I didn't want my photos on Instagram and online and proceeded to argue with me about it. It's pictures of me --Why you can't respect my personal choices I have no idea. She didn't even ask me if I was happy with the result. -she didn't even once ask me how I was doing during the procedure. -Stopped responding to texts after I put down the deposit. I'm not even getting the touch up by her. Even If could look past her disgusting attitude, I am not confident she will do a good job knowing I don't want my photos online and how nasty she was to me previously. I have heard nothing but wonderful things about Trish and her Microblading work. When I was due for a touch up, and sadly, my girl moved out of state, I decided to go for a consultation with Trish. I originally had an appointment for 4:45, but she asked me to move it up to 4:15 with an hour's notice. Not a big deal, and I accommodated her and showed up to her studio suite on time. She was still working on a client and asked me to sit down. At around 4:25 she stopped working on her client, walked over to me (I was sitting on the corner of her couch in the suite) and scrutinized my brows. She made a couple of comments on what she would do for a touch up, and just went back to her client. The "consultation" was less than 4 minutes and she didn't bother to tell me a price. I had to ask her several follow up questions, (including price) she then gives me a price of $380 (apparently the touch up is 300 and doing brows that was someone else's work is another $80??). I then asked about her availability and she rattled off availability on a random Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Like most people, I work, and all she could do was ask what time I got off work. Keep in mind, my office is a good 40 minutes away from her. The time I get off work did not work for her. I then asked about a weekend and she just shrugged her shoulders and said she was booked all month and threw a few days randomly at me in February. I thanked her for her time and walked out. If you want to be just a number, then by all means, go see her. Her ego, lack of manners and professionalism, and overall impression of caring about a potential client leaves very little to be desired. Bottom line: There are a ton of other great Microblading artists around - I highly recommend you go check them out instead. read more
