They scammed me! I'm extremely frustrated with my experience at LaserAway and feel like I need to warn others. I paid around $10,000 for tattoo removal and was under the impression I had a full treatment plan (10 rounds across 3 areas). I have only completed 8 rounds, so I KNOW I still have sessions left. Out of nowhere, I was told I had no remaining sessions. This isn't even the first time this has happened--previously, they told me the same thing, then later admitted it was a mistake and that I did in fact have sessions left. This time, they said they needed to "review my account" and would get back to me... and they never did. Now I'm stuck with a partially faded tattoo that isn't fully removed, after investing a significant amount of money and time. The lack of organization, accountability, and follow-through is honestly unacceptable for a company at this price point. If you're considering LaserAway, I would strongly recommend keeping detailed records of every session and communication, because clearly their internal tracking system is unreliable. EDIT: Their response below asking me to email them appears to be just for show. I reached out again through the email they suggested and got NO RESPONSE (not surprised). I had used LaserAway before for laser hair removal with decent results, but my experience with their Weight Management program has been a complete nightmare. When they were selling me the program, I was explicitly told I could expect to lose around 10 lbs per month. And honestly, at first it was going well. I lost about 20 lbs in two months, just like they said I would. When I reached a weight I felt good at, I asked one of the nurses who gave me the injections what I should do next. Taper off? Quit "cold-turkey"? She told me I could just stop completely, no mention of maintenance dosing or anything like that. So I did what I was told. And guess what? I gained all the weight back!!! When I came back to restart my treatment, they had switched my medication to a different compound. When I asked about it, I was told it was "the same thing, just a different brand name". IT WAS NOT the same thing. I was barely losing any weight anymore, even though I was doing everything exactly the same as I was before. I brought up my concerns early on and instead of helping me, they told me to inject MORE FREQUENTLY, every four days instead of every seven. Since the program is sold in injection packages, using them up faster obviously benefited them, not me. And eventhough I did it, it still wasn't working! After that, I was just being passed around between different staff members thru endless emails threads and long phone calls, with nothing ever getting resolved. No apology, no refund, no credit, nothing! The promises they made when selling me the program were completely misleading and the medical guidance was flat out irresponsible. More than $3,500 and months of long drives to their facility and restricted eating completely wasted. STAY AWAY!!! read more

I love Johana! She is quiet and all about her work which is exactly what one should expect from someone who cares more about their work than a sales pitch. I moved out of state and considered trying another location, hoping for the same results. Instead, I was met with nothing but a sales pitch, gossip I didn't care for, and some fake Botox that cost me twice as much while giving me less than half of what I was used to. No one else has come close to Johana's skill. I love this location because she's the only one who has truly mastered my face. I went in for laser hair removal on my underarms. After 8 sessions I saw no results. I was only told after that between the ages of 18-23 the hormones may interfere with treatment and it may not be effective. I have seen zero results what so ever! Prior to LaserAway, I neglected serious moisturizing products and sun protection products, I now have a morning and nightly routine which includes Aquaphor and Vaseline. I only had 2 sessions out of the 10, have already paid over $2000 for those 2 sessions alone and they are refusing to close my loan account because "I owe more money for the two services Al a cart" ... you're kidding right? The reason I stopped rendering treatment from them after two sessions is simply because of the OFFICE STAFF. I have never felt so judged and uncomfortable in an environment in my entire life. The staff has the "better than thou" attitude and demeanor and made me feel as if I wasn't worth their time. Money hungry company who does a shit job and doesn't think twice about it. Please.. save your time, energy and money and find someone who will actually take you into consideration. Laseraway Horror Story! On September 27, 2022, my boyfriend negotiated a 10-package for 5 tattoos to be laser removed. He was physically Inside the Fort Lauderdale office and wanted this for me. He completely approved the transaction and was supportive of the procedure. He paid in full for the package and my first session was scheduled for September 29th & 30th. My boyfriend attended and stayed with me on both days while the first laser tattoo procedure happened. The next session was scheduled for November 28th. During those 2 months, my boyfriend and I broke up and approximately Nov 14th, I was called and told my package session was canceled because he disputed the entire charge. They assured me it would work out because it states non-refundable cancellation policy. However, after weeks I didn't hear anything so my attorney got involved. Their legal team disregarded my contact and my attorneys contact. On December 13th, I was alerted funds were returned and I received a bill for the entire amount of 10 sessions (even though 1 is already done...). Laseraway has left my tattoos blurry after the 1st session and now I am forced to go to another place because of their very unprofessional handling. Tattoo removal is not a process you start and drop! They received payment and should honor what they started. But it's not their skin with blurry illegible tattoos - what do they care? When you walk in, they take your temperature, hand sanitizer is provided, and masks in case you forget yours! I would NOT recommend this place for an IPL facial. The laser intensity is only a fraction of what you would receive at a dermatologist's office. It was almost as if I never received the treatment at all! It seems as though it's designed this way to get you to come back more frequently. I asked to turn it up but that was not their protocol. A dermatologist's IPL felt so much stronger and I immediately saw all of my freckles turn dark and eventually come off, and there was a drastic effect on fine lines. This one was just a waste of time and money. I asked multiple times about their upcoming "spring it on party" and no followed up to tell me about it or other sales on services. I was also promised a gift bag on the phone but did not receive one. When booking the appointment they tell you that the consultation cannot be on the same day as your treatment, which seems like such a waste of an added trip, but I was happy to see that they fit me in for the treatment when I came in for the consult. read more

I literally had 8 hairs on my chin, after 2 years , which came to around $1800+ I am left with now 8 hairs.
