I went in for laser hair removal and was a bit nervous in the beginning but they were so nice and friendly! They have a laser that cools the area before passing with the laser so it makes it almost completely painless... each time you go in the laser gets stronger so the pain will increase but I found it to be very minimal! If you have this I STRONGLY suggest you do laser hair removal. I tried everything else and this is the only thing that has helped. If you have HS you know how awful and painful it can be, laser is absolutely worth it. Incredible results after just 1 treatment! So i have light skin and dark hair which is ideal so I saw less hair after 1 treatment, even less hair after 2. The staff at Bare Laser Center are very friendly and accommodating! However I was not impressed with my results. It was recommended that I would need between 12-16 sessions for my Brazilian area. I have had 16 sessions and still have quite a fair bit of hair. I would go for sessions weekly and would not recommend this. I was told it would be fine but after some research I feel my results would have been better if they were spaced out every two-three weeks. Angela was very caring in the situation and did not completely ignore my case. However as previously said I still have a fair amount of hair and will need to spend more money regardless. read more

Came here on a living social deal. Office is very small. I'm doing my upper legs, so far one treatment . I can't tell if it worked yet but I'll update my reviews as I finish my treatments. The laser have changed so much since the first time I did it 9 years ago (in Miami). I have a few random hairs on my lower legs that gee back ( like 5-7 only). That time is felt like someone was hitting you with a cold rubberband, it hurt!!! At this location it felt like a hot stone massage but when it goes over the thick hair you feel it, slightly hurts but very doing able. They do put a gel over the treatment area so they recommend bringing a towel from home. Made my next apt for my armpits and upper legs. The staff was really nice to me so here's hoping for great results! read more

Many sessions later I figured it was time to update my review! I can't say enough good things about Bare Laser Center and I can't send enough people through their doors. They are professionally run and everyone you see there strives to take care of you. All of the women are friendly, knowledgeable, and really take care of you. Pearl, is adorable and works hard! Hani is hilarious and knows her stuff like no other. Angela, the owner, is absolutely fabulous. She welcomes everyone like she is welcoming them into her own home, listens to what you want / need, and does everything in her power to take care of it. The actual laser isn't that bad. It feels hot, but they adjust the intensity depending on the area that you are doing to what that type of skin needs. If it is too intense - tell them! The actual appointments do not take that long so it is about 10 times faster than waxing. I could start to see improvements in my hair right away, but it does take time. They laser comes in packages of six, and realistically you are going to need more than six to permanently remove the hair. But 12 sessions later most of my hair is gone. It works if you are consistent with it! If you are interested at all in laser hair removal, absolutely do it! It is completely worth it and I look forward to my sessions with all of these wonderful women. THE SOAP!! Every time I've seen Angela I've wondered what she does that makes her skin glow. Even when I've had an appointment with her at the end of the day her skin has always seemed to be radiating, but one day she finally let me in on her secret - her African Black Soap. Within the first week of using this cleanser I noticed a change in my skin. My once dry and acne prone skin was starting to look brighter, smoother, and all around healthier. Months in I still am in love with this cleanser. I personally use it at the end of the day where I really feel like it pulls all of the dirt, makeup, and excess oil off of my skin to leave me with fantastic results. As I wash the day away from my face I soak in the fresh soothing smell and the fun bubbles that lather my face as I use it.
