This place used to be great. But miss was upset that I only tipped her $20 and so she gave me the worst Massage I've ever had in my life. And then Serena took over and it was not much better. It's all about the quality of the massage therapist, right??? It's been a few months since my last visit, and I was told Iris, my regular massage therapist no longer works there. Wendy, was a bad draw....demanded payment in advance, uninspired, going through the motion kinda massage...no different than sitting on some massage chair in the mall. On top of the $45 hr. massage, she suddenly became fluent in English, and said, $5.00 too small of a tip. Wow....not a great customer experience moment. It was ok. This is an affordable place to get a decent massage. My masseuse didn't speak almost any English, but she didn't demand a tip or anything like what I read in other reviews. There isn't much personalization available due to the language barrier. You tell them how long (30, 60, or 90 min), and then can specify medium or hard pressure. I would have liked more pressure, and I asked for hard pressure. The hot stone thing was good, and overall, it was worth the money, but the face cradle was uncomfortable, and the place is not at all fancy. I probably wouldn't go there again. read more

One of them tried to force me to pay a $20 tip on a $40 30 minute massage because I was 20 years old and she thought they could take advantage of me. Well she thought wrong. I told her I refused to pay half of the massage for a tip and she's lucky I even gave her $10 as a tip when it could've been $5. She acted so entitled and had a big attitude. Wife and I have been coming here for years and have always had a good experience. We were concerned when new owners took over a few months ago but our concerns were soon eased as we continue to receive good quality massage in a safe and clean environment. The new owners have made nice upgrades including new carpet and larger/sturdier tables. Definately pleased and will continue to support. read more

After my very long search to find a good massage spot I came across this convenient spot where I met this sweet and talented masseuse who's name I can't seem :/.. after just three appointments with her she decided to move to China :( which is why I'm not giving 5 stars. I gave another masseuse a try and sadly she wasn't as good as the other lady. Upset. I was told that this place takes walk ins, so I came in, and they asked me to take a seat and waited 10 minutes. Turns out they only had 2 people on staff, and they were waiting to see if their scheduled appointments would come. Had a very good shiatsu massage here last night. The place is not fancy, but the massage therapist knew her stuff and the price was very reasonable. I've never had the hot rocks treatment before...that was amazing!! After my one hour, I felt terrific, and a hip problem I was having all but disappeared just from working mostly on my back!! I am so glad that I found this place. I've been looking for a good massage place for a while now that's both clean and relaxing. The masseuse that helped me put in a lot of effort to really help me clear up the knots in my neck and shoulder areas. The prices here were rather inexpensive as well, only $45 for a one hour massage and $70 for a 90 minute massage. I will be back soon. read more

Great place. Clean, relaxing environment and great customer service. I have been here twice and my BF has been to Comfort Massage about 4 times. We both have enjoyed all the massage therapists. I was able to ask for face massage rather then head. We always tip well because they work hard and this is a good price for a deep tissue massage.
