I saw lots of good reviews here [on yelp]. I also had a rare sunday withour son as he was at his grandparents. If you have kids you know how the stars sometimes have to align (no pun intended) in order to take care of yourself. I called and James said I could come and they would have someone. I showed up a short while later. James turned out to be the person giving me the deep tissue massage. It was the first time I received a massage from a man and I have been getting them for 25 years. I didn't have any expectations as it was short notice on my part but he was great. He has pointy elbows and strong knuckles. He found a lot of knots. Most importantly I felt truly relaxed. I really zoned out. The ambiance was quite peaceful. It is in a small commercial property surrounded by auto repair places and near the 22. Since it was Sunday, it was quiet. The air conditioning was perfect as it was over 100 degrees outside. The AC added white noise and whatevee music they played was masked by the air. I heard James to someone else a couple of times but his voice was so low it didn't detract. Towards the end of the massage he used the hot stones. I was surprised as I figured it would probably make more sense at the beginning then the end. However, he told me my back needed it and I went with it. The massage included some light stretching. I felt rejuvenated and pleasantly surprised. The store was covered in "People Love Us On Yelp!" Stickers. I really shouldn't be surprised how good it was. The only thing that bothered me was the face whole in the bed. My chin was sore as if the cushioning at the bottom was less than at the top where my forehead was. This is still an improvement over some places where there is no facial opening in the bed. I payed $72.50 ($70/hour + $2.50 for Credit Card) and $20 for a tip. I considered it a good deal.

The guy I had literally put his entire strength on my shoulders and back and I feel like he hit every knot and I felt super nimble after. I had a lower back injury few years ago and my back feels so much better. I didn't even realize I had that much tension there but they were able to release the knots. My boyfriend and I noticed how strong they were when they were giving us our massage. Compared to some luxury spas who kinda just do the bare minimum , this place definitely released stress in my body and worked through every muscle. Though you're in a room full of other people, I felt very comfortable and relaxed. They do ask you to pay upfront. I paid $30 for the 60 min. And then after your massage you tip your masseuse. Some will ask to take off your tops and they'll provide robes and I noticed some kept their tops on. I guess it's preference? I tipped mine $20 and he looked happy. I liked how they don't chase you down for more as some other places will do. Overall I really like this place and will be going back in the near future!

I got the Premium Package at $105 each, and it was such a pleasant experience from start to finish for 75 minutes. Prices are reasonable compared to the other places I was looking at in LA. You get your hair washed and treated (we both have balayages, so our hair is FRIED), a facial, and a head and neck massage! We're both dentists, so we were wishing the massage was a bit deeper, but that's all we really have to say. It was super relaxing since I was running on 3 hours of sleep. It's nice, quiet, and dark inside, and I felt my stress melt away. Afterwards, my friend and I were amazed at how soft and fluffy our hair was and she expressed that we gotta come back for the VIP experience next! We will definitely be back and were clamoring about making it a birthday tradition for each other from now on. My scalp feels great!

Might just be that I got a newbie or something but she was incredibly bad at her job. She'd never dry my ears properly leaving water and suds sitting in there for the entire time even after the service was finished. While shampooing she'd massage my neck and shoulders while her hands were full of hair product and shampoo suds, WHY?!! Hair products are NOT meant to be used on skin and she kept massaging it in and not washing it off leaving the hair product and suds just SITTING on my neck and shoulders for the majority of the service. Additionally she got water into my eyes MULTIPLE times and didn't even notice, would put a SOPPING wet towel over my eyes then run water right over it making me feel like it was a water boarding punishment, failed to dry me off properly at the end making me sit up resulting in water dripping down my back and getting my clothes wet. Then she gave me cotton swabs for me to clean my ears and when I went to try to throw it away after using it, she roughly pulled it out of my fingers so fast that the dirty cotton swabs touched my fingers leaving my ear wax on my own finger. Cherry on top she then shooed me off the chair after 5 mins of blow drying before my hair was fully dry, didn't even brush my hair until she saw me finger combing it myself. The only reason I gave more than one star is that Maybe the other head spa staff is better but I will never come back because of how bad mine was. Poor attention to detail is an understatement.

I saw the reviews saying that it was dirty and all but it was actually pretty clean for an authentic asian place with people who don't really speak english. The lady up front said that the combo massage came with 10 min foot massage which did not happen, my mom was disappointed. They didn't touch my feet at all aside from the couple presses at the end. The combo massage pressure was very light, and the lady did not understand anything I was saying to her. We had zero communication and it took us a while to even go over the introduction and if we should take off the clothes or not. The massage was subpar in my opinion and did not get any of my knots. I will continue to look for the perfect massage parlor! I hope this honest review doesn't steer anyone away if you're good with light pressure and good price :)

My husband loved how the masseuse didn't talk to each other while working as some places have masseuses that loves to chitchat. Already included in the price and not an add on! They do not soak your feet with warm water first or offer tea at the end. I'm not sure if that could be added. The menu for services only had amount of time wanted. I also had a cough attack during the massage and they went and got water for me right away. The host and masseuse were all so kind. The strangest part was for the foot massage they had us laying down and had us soak our feet in the tubs then they rubbed them. A bit strange but it worked well. The woman I had used the perfect amount of strength, it wasn't too strong nor was it too light. I definitely felt relaxed and refreshed after this and was ready to tackle day 2 of Disneyland. When I arrived, I was asked to pay the full $60 upfront. I thought that was a little unusual, but I paid without making an issue of it. After my massage, I gave my massage therapist a $5 cash tip. After accepting it, she asked me if I had more to give her. I was honestly caught off guard because I've never had a service provider accept a tip and then directly ask me for more. I felt uncomfortable and didn't want to be rude, so I agreed to Zelle her another $10. The Zelle payment wasn't going through right away, so I told her that sometimes it takes a little while. I then left and went to my car. About five minutes later, the massage therapist came out to my car to tell me that she still hadn't received the additional $10. That made me extremely uncomfortable. I had already paid the full $60 price for my massage and had already voluntarily given her a $5 cash tip. I only attempted to send the additional $10 because I felt pressured after being asked for more. I understand that $5 is not a large tip on a $60 service, and customers are certainly welcome to tip 15-20% or more if they choose. However, a gratuity should be voluntary unless a mandatory gratuity or service charge is clearly disclosed beforehand. I don't think a customer should be put on the spot and asked to increase a tip they've already given, much less followed out to their car because an additional tip hasn't gone through yet. I came here hoping to relax and get some relief for my back. Instead, I left feeling pressured and uncomfortable. Unfortunately, the way the tipping situation was handled overshadowed the entire experience for me, and because of that, I don't feel comfortable returning.
