After having…read morean insanely stressful last couple weeks at work I wanted to treat myself and try to decompress and Jordan was absolutely amazing. All of the questions at the beginning to gauge my comfortability and how I wanted the massage to proceed left me feeling so at ease when it actually started. I had had a cheapy chair massage up in the bay area at a different establishment years ago that I hated. I had kept waiting for it to end. But with Jordan I was shocked when it wrapped. It wasn't long enough and my muscles and all the stress I had been carrying had dissipated. Will surely be back to have another session with her! Also the scalp treatment add on is a must! Smelt like cookie butter and for anyone with chronic migraines it's a 10 out of 10!

She takes the time to understand your skin, your goals, and what's actually going on instead of just going through the motions. Every appointment feels really personalized, which I appreciate so much. One thing I love is how she recommends products in a way that feels thoughtful and genuine. There's never any pressure, just helpful guidance that's clearly based on what will actually work for you. The spa itself is in a super convenient spot in Long Beach and parking is easy, which makes a difference. The whole team is always warm and welcoming, and the vibe is calm and relaxing every time I go. Emma is a big reason I keep coming back, and I'd absolutely recommend checking this place out.

The best 90 minutes of my life!…read more As a Yelp Elite, I've had my fair share of massages, and I can confidently say my 90-minute session at GMedical Spa with Mateo was hands-down the best massage I've ever had in my life. From the moment I arrived, Mateo made me feel completely comfortable and welcomed me with the welcome package I booked. I decided to add on myofascial work for my neck, shoulders, and quads, and WOW... best decision ever. He somehow knew exactly where all my problem areas were and went straight to work. No guessing, no wasted time...just pure relief. I will officially no longer be going to those Thai massages where they stomp all over me . Mateo's technique was incredibly effective, but I was also completely relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I left feeling so rested, loose, and relaxed that I honestly didn't want the 90 minutes to end. I'm already excited for my next session because I'll be adding cupping! If you're looking for someone who truly listens to your body and knows exactly how to work out the areas that need attention, book with Mateo. You will not regret it!
