Matt and his team are amazing massage therapists and I love that they can handle corporate events too. Something I learned since I work in the tech space, Matt and his team can do 15-30 minutes sessions while your employees are at work working or not. There's been a few major updates to Pro Body Therapy since my last review, but the vast majority of my last review still applies. When making an appointment online at Pro Body Therapy, there is now a dropdown option if you want to let your therapist know if you feel more comfortable with them wearing a mask during the massage or not, or if you'd like to let them decide. Jennifer has left PBT, but they have also hired two new therapists: Elshia and Kyeanna. As of this review I've had one massage from each of them and I asked for Firm Pressure from both of them, with focus on Neck/Traps and Mid-Low Back. A good word to describe Elshia is thorough. After telling her your particular pain points, she will not only work on that exact location but many other areas that are connected to it for a good period of time. She'll use a mix of massaging as well as a decent amount of stretching that will require some deep breathing on your part. As for Kyeanna, she used a good amount of elbow for my tight muscles, and I liked the way she used it. I've always been a fan of usage of elbow in deep tissue and I liked the she both digged deep in the areas that felt tight and even areas around it. At the end of the massage she used a little stretching with I think was one of those elastic stretch bands for my neck. I still quite like Pro Body Therapy, each of their main 5 therapists (Matt, Zack, Sabrina, Elshia, and Kyeanna) are quite good in their own way. You can't really go wrong with any of them, it just depends on the massage style you like most at this point. read more

After working with Matt for a few weeks, I'm extremely happy with my results and would recommend Pro Body Therapy to anyone looking for pain relief. Prior to my appointments, I was experiencing tightness and pain in my neck and upper back. After just one 60-minute session, I could tell my range of motion had significantly improved and the intensity of the pain was noticeably reduced. If I could give this studio 10 stars I would. Zack was my massage therapist and let me tell you, he worked some magic. He assessed my posture before the massage and could tell where I was off. Once we got into it, he was massaging areas that were holding tension that I had no clue about. He was super professional and the music he played was perfection. He truly understood the human body. I have seen ALL the therapists here! Though they are all different in styles, they all have helped me work through some serious hip and shoulder issues in their own beautiful magical way. A little background on me, I come from a desk job for the -past 3 yrs and since covid I wasn't doing anything else accept work in my office and hang out at home. So my body got so tight and used to sitting that my hips hurt to move. Every therapist I've gone to at other places are "gentle" with my lower back and hips but nothing really ever seem to get fixed, even though I was like going to them regularly. But the team here worked around and through the issues. Reminding me to breathe through it and count me down with breath work. (mind blown emoji!!!) Honestly if you're looking for a quick cheap massage, this is probably not your cup of tea. But if you're looking for someone to help work through your issues and hold you accountable with your stretches that they recommend for you to do at home and checkin to see how you're doing, this is you place! read more

I've been seeing Josh for the past 7 months and I feel a world of difference when he works on me! As a avid martial arts enthusiast I'm constantly beat up and sore. When Josh works me, hes able to get into all the tricky spots where trigger points like to hide. For example, I've had issue with knots near my rhomboids, and in past, many massage therapists just weren't able to get to the spots. Only but amazing things to say about Matt!! I've had multiple 90 minutes sessions with him and it has become 100% one of my favorite self care routines. I came to him with pain in my left shoulder so bad I felt like I could barely breathe.
