The complex project was accomplished successfully, on the other hand. More recently, I called them up about troubleshooting a couple flaky GFCI breakers. The owner came out immediately (an hour later!) and I learned a lot from him about breakers. On the other hand, he came out without any spare breakers and had to make a run to Home Depot, so I ended up being charged 1.5 hours at $237 an hour (usually time past the first hour is something like $70 extra), so much more expensive than alternatives. So a solid outfit, but not my first choice.
