I searched for "FreeTv" and discovered they had changed their name to Stream Wise Solutions. Fortunately, Brian and Bruce were still there. My equipment was so old that Brian recommended a Tablo upgrade. It was pricey, but I was Stream Wise able to get cable to my Xfinity modem brought into the house, something Xfinity and Best Buy didn't do. It was a difficult process. Juan did an outstanding job of bringing it into the house. If you are considering Stream Wise Solutions, ask for Juan. He is awesome. He really knows what he is doing. Needless to say we have switched to a different carrier. There has been no attempt to help trace what happened, no records, no notes of the request and no interest on the company to help.
