    WOW PATRICK IS ALL THAT AND MORE…read more After misplacing a car key which required the vehicle to be towed, I contacted Toyota dealerships in Camp Springs, MD and Alexandria, VA, where I learned there was a major backlog and that the key had been discontinued for select models. Faced with limited options, MOM strongly recommended that my vehicle be towed to Patrick at Ourisman Chantilly Toyota, an advisor she trusts and that recommendation proved invaluable. Over the past year, my experiences with several service representatives at other dealerships had unfortunately been marred by unprofessionalism, unresponsiveness, poor communication, and little to no follow-through, so expectations were guarded. This vehicle holds significant sentimental value for MOM following the loss of Tonya, my sister, on June 28, 2024; Tonya left explicit instructions that the car be taken to Patrick for any care needs, making trust essential. Patrick was prompt, genuine, and immediately put us at ease with his warm, contagious smile; he took ownership of our concern, proactively contacted a locksmith due to the discontinued key, proposed practical solutions, and followed through on every commitment. He also went above and beyond by offering a complimentary ride from my MOM's home to pick up a loaner and ensuring the vehicle was well cared for, including routine maintenance and attention to an intermittent issue. One word to summarize MOM's experience: "WOW!" If you're looking for an advisor who truly shows up for customers, Patrick is the one.

I was referred to this location to pick up parts for 2 vehicles my nephew and I are working on. I went to their site yesterday to get information about this business. This is what I read directly from their site. Product and Services: "We offer Recycled engines, transmissions and Auto parts for all imported and domestic cars such as Honda, Acura, Toyota ,Lexus, infinity, Subaru, Mazda, Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Hyundai, KIA, General Motors, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford Buick, Mercedes Benz, Volvo etc......throughout the GTA and North America" Maybe I am confused but it states auto parts for all import and domestic cars. I went their approximately 130 pm Saturday, January 4, 2019. My nephew was there. The gentleman behind the desk was talking to someone so we waited approximately 15 min, his friend leaves and he asks what do we want? I approached him and stated we are looking for parts for 2 vehicles. He states before he even asks what specifically we needed that they only do full engines and transmissions. As per their website I was a little confused. so I asked about an alternator, he asked me for what type of vehicle than states they do not carry parts just full engines. I then told him we rebuilding a 2007 ford mustang, he repeats very sarcastically that they only do full engines. I proceeded to tell him that is what we are looking for. He asks me what type of engine are you looking for? He tells me we do not have those engines before I even answered? At this point, my nephew just left. The individual was rude and condescending the entire time. It was obvious he did not want to service us. I asked him why he was ostracising us. I wanted to let this go but this behavior is unacceptable. There was no reason for his demeanor. Very aggressive and adversarial. I asked him why he was behaving this way and he looked at me and laughed again very disrespectful for no reason. I feel he stereotyped us walking in the door and just refused to service us. I felt like it was back in the 1950s. What could it have been for him to treat us this way? I do feel we were racially profiled. If that is the case just put a sign on your door we do not service blacks! so we do not need to be exposed to this behavior. I will never patronize this establishment and I will share this experience with as many people as possible.
