Needless to say Dennis was quite helpful and knowledgeable about the procedures that Autozone has in place. He brought all the tools needed to diagnose the problem. Since it was an easy diagnosis, Jorge did not charge a diagnostic fee, which was very reasonable. Jorge let me order the parts I needed, and even suggested I replace the serpentine belt at no additional cost. He replaced the alternator, battery and removed the aftermarket alarm that was draining the electrical system. He even diagnosed the brake issue that we found once the truck was running.
