I recalled an O'Reilly store had opened up just up the street so I figured I'd have a look and see if they carried bolts. I walk into the store and I am the single customer. Two people behind the counter; a young lade and man. No greeting, no "can I help you"... they were interested in nothing except chatting to each other. I located the small selection of bolts in the store after a few minutes and I asked the young man if he had a thread gauge for the bolt. He responded with "no" and offered no assistance. I said "well then", set the bolts on the counter and walked out. I definitely wont go back anytime soon, if ever.

I came in and spoke with Dennis about the situation and he saw that there was a discrepancy that the other location made. Needless to say Dennis was quite helpful and knowledgeable about the procedures that Autozone has in place. He came out to take a look at my car and was able to fix the issue quickly and got me back on the road in no time. I'm HUGE on customer service and Dennis definitely went well above and beyond to assist me and my older car. If he wasn't a manager, he fooled me because he displayed himself as a professional employee with confidence in his work. I definitely appreciate the help Dennis, keep providing great service to those in need!

I could not be happier with R&j Auto Shop!…read more I have a 99 Chevy Silverado that has sat for years. I put a charger on it, which read 14.4 volts, but still it would not crank. I reached out to a number of shops, and R&j was the most responsive and reasonable. I am so glad I did. Jorge was very communicative, and texted me to let me know when he would be arriving. He brought all the tools needed to diagnose the problem. Since it was an easy diagnosis, Jorge did not charge a diagnostic fee, which was very reasonable. Jorge let me order the parts I needed, and even suggested I replace the serpentine belt at no additional cost. He replaced the alternator, battery and removed the aftermarket alarm that was draining the electrical system. He even diagnosed the brake issue that we found once the truck was running. R&j Auto Shop is my go to for quality, quick auto repairs. Jorge is a great guy and easy to work with. I highly recommend R&j Auto Repair!!

I had reached out to Jorge when my car failed the Virginia safety inspection due to a faulty…read moreABS/VSA module. Most shops recommended replacing the module at a whopping $3,000. I decided to do the sane thing and look at repair options instead. I had found Circuit Board Medics in South Carolina (these guys are the real deal btw) who would go on to do my repair for a 10th of the replacement price, but almost all of the shops around me were unwilling to remove the module for me to ship it out and then reinstall it once it was shipped back to me. Except Jorge. He gave me a reasonable price and service dates which was a little too close to the reinspection deadline but I had hoped it would be done by then. The first appointment, Tuesday, August 11, went really smoothly, Jorge came to my location and took off the module for me to ship out to the module techs down in SC on express delivery. Unfortunately there was only one day between me shipping it out and Jorge's Thursday appointment to reinstall the part. The techs in SC had a same-day turnaround but they ended up shipping it back out to me on the day of the appointment for it to arrive on Friday. Things had been going superbly up to that point. Because Thursday was the last day of the 15-day grace period, I was anxious to get it done as soon as possible because the fact that the period ended created new complications. Unfortunately, Jorge informed me that he would not be available until the following Monday. I understood his booking situation so I let him know that I might look for someone else to complete the job sooner because of the deadline that passed. He then offered to try to come on Saturday to which I offered to pay extra for him to try to come out on Friday, to which he agreed. Friday comes and I had asked him to let me know if he's likely to come out that day. He tells me that he couldn't make it that day at 7:30PM which was odd but things happen so I hoped he'd be able to come out on Saturday. Saturday comes, he texts later in the afternoon that he's busy and would come on Monday at 12PM. I didn't want to try to get a Sunday appointment at that point so I let it be. Monday comes and he's not here. A little while later he lets me know he's on his way, arrives at 1:30PM, gets the job done, and then we parted ways. Obviously, this was not the kind of service I expected to receive. I felt mistreated because of the following reasons: 1. I could have had someone else come and finish the job by Friday or Saturday. I completely would have understood if Jorge was unable to come but he sold me false hope and I believed it because, 2. I didn't want to rent a vehicle until he could come out but I could have! I thought it would be unnecessary since he'd definitely come today, tomorrow, the next day, when Christ comes back, etc. 3. I have lost earnings for nothing when I could have rented a car out and recouped some of the expenses that I had incurred and will incur because, 4. The car still failed inspection for another reason I didn't think would fail it and had I been working this past weekend, I would have been in a better position to get that new issue fixed. 5. I can't legally drive on public roads because the grace period has passed. Though it was the module techs who delayed the module, I had asked Jorge if he would be able to take off the module one day earlier so we could avoid a situation like this. He said he would try but he never confirmed it. The first appointment took literally 20 minutes and I would have paid extra for him to come the day before at an off hour or something so the inspection window would have less risk of closing. Though fixing this ultimately didn't stop the car from failing inspection again, at least I would have had more time to prepare for the next repair BEFORE the window closes. 6. After all of this grief, he was still late by an hour and 30 minutes on Monday without a single word of acknowledgement of the fact! I am so angry and disappointed in the way this all turned out. What had started off as an exceptional service has ended up costing me what I never expected it to, simply because an edge case scenario could not be handled properly and professionally. I hope Jorge can clarify any wrongdoing on my side and maybe rectify his end. I still reluctantly encourage anyone to give him a chance based on the other reviews written about this business and the factoring of "things happen"-ing, but he has lost my confidence. This is technically a one-star review but I didn't want to be any more blunt.

WOW PATRICK IS ALL THAT AND MORE…read more After misplacing a car key which required the vehicle to be towed, I contacted Toyota dealerships in Camp Springs, MD and Alexandria, VA, where I learned there was a major backlog and that the key had been discontinued for select models. Faced with limited options, MOM strongly recommended that my vehicle be towed to Patrick at Ourisman Chantilly Toyota, an advisor she trusts and that recommendation proved invaluable. Over the past year, my experiences with several service representatives at other dealerships had unfortunately been marred by unprofessionalism, unresponsiveness, poor communication, and little to no follow-through, so expectations were guarded. This vehicle holds significant sentimental value for MOM following the loss of Tonya, my sister, on June 28, 2024; Tonya left explicit instructions that the car be taken to Patrick for any care needs, making trust essential. Patrick was prompt, genuine, and immediately put us at ease with his warm, contagious smile; he took ownership of our concern, proactively contacted a locksmith due to the discontinued key, proposed practical solutions, and followed through on every commitment. He also went above and beyond by offering a complimentary ride from my MOM's home to pick up a loaner and ensuring the vehicle was well cared for, including routine maintenance and attention to an intermittent issue. One word to summarize MOM's experience: "WOW!" If you're looking for an advisor who truly shows up for customers, Patrick is the one.

Back three years ago I had a back up camera on order. Never heard anything and still haven't yet koons in Woodbridge managed to get the camera from ourisman ford in Manassas. This meant they had my camera but never called and in fact told me after two months they didn't have any. Funny because like I said ourisman had it the entire time. Now my car has been here for a water pump and radiator repair for going on 3 weeks. I was told today it may be late this week possibly next week before all is said and done. My advisor who I'm sparring his name at the moment told me last week once the repair was approved by CarShield he would look into a loaner. I've left him several messages with no return call. Today he isn't at work. I spoke to the manager and he told me they have no loaners and I can be put on a list. To my knowledge per my advisor I was already on the list. I've been paying out-of-pocket for a rental car now for two weeks. Only seven days of that is reimbursable.. I had mentioned to the advisor last week around 8/28/26 go ahead and order parts because regardless of what CarShield was or wasn't going to pay I'd have to pay. The repair was approved on Saturday the 30th of August. I was told by the advisor per the approval that my car should be done by mid week which would be 9/3 to 9/4 Funny because 9/1/26 I was told the parts haven't come in yet to even start the repair which I was told could take 2 days. This is the WORST customer service experience from ourisman ford. I'm so over all this and I will NEVER use ourisman ford service in Manassas again! Also I think more training for employees is needed in the customer service engagement area. Stop answering the phone making huffing noises as if you're being inconvenienced! I'm pretty sure you're supposed to answer the phone by saying Ourisman Ford service department can I help you?
