I complained and they sent a second person to help. However even with the second person it does not appear that they removed all storm windows...there are many streaks and dried water droplet marks still in many of the windows. They are cleanER than they were i will probably call another company to finish the job

Negatives: This particular technician left a large buildup of debris in all 4 drain traps and throughout the system. When the repairman we hired was questioned he said that the duct cleaning technician should have been aware of this possibility, and especially after he came out the second time. In addition, no before and after camera photos were shown to me, and the technician left the furnace filter on the floor. Summary; I gave 3 stars because the company was very responsive in refunding the cost of the duct cleaning, I would not use this company because I believe that training was inadequate.

The amount of dirt he got out of our ducts was shocking, as I keep a spotless home. He also suggested freshening the vents, which is equally nice. I was fine with the extra fee. Unfortunately, the financial conclusion was a disappointment. The owner told me no extra fees. Yet, he added another $20 for a credit card. Does he really think I have hundreds of dollars in cash??? Then he asked if I wanted to give a tip. Of course I did, as this young man worked long and hard for 3+ hours. So I said of course. That was added. I asked this is just for you, right? Oh no - it is split that with the owner. What owners take money out of their employees tip who sweat and work on their hands and knees for hours cleaning duct vents? When I learned that I felt obligated to increase the tip for this young man. In sum, great job! I'd ask for the young man forever if it wasn't for the owner who is unscrupulous - a SHARK to be sure!
