As of June 2026, several items reportedly remain unfinished, including portions of the railings, lighting installation, paver corrections, and other outstanding project items. Throughout the process, they experienced repeated delays, missed appointments, and communication issues regarding project completion. The photos and messages I reviewed show multiple promised return dates, ongoing scheduling issues, unfinished work, and concerns that remained unresolved for many months after payment was made. I understand that delays can happen in construction and landscaping projects. However, based on the information and documentation provided to me, this experience appears to have involved significant delays, incomplete work, and ongoing frustration for the homeowner. There are hanging tree branches and bushes and various other annoying obstacles for them to negotiate (bad neighborhood, intruder deterrents), and they do so without complaint. I especially appreciate paying after services are rendered, a pleasant change after I endured Clean Air Stapleton's ridiculous seasonal contract for five years...it demands 100% payment whether the lawn is mowed or not. Rain? They don't mow, you pay. Drought? Same. No more dealing with obnoxious people. Very happy I found LawnTech!
