I'd hired Augustin to lay a concrete pad for my sauna and hot tub about two years ago; two years…read morelater and it's holding up great! I recently purchased a greenhouse that requires a gravel pad under it for drainage, etc. Since I had such a good experience with him last time, I decided to contact him hoping he'd made gravel pads before, and he agreed to do it within a few days of my initial contact. He gave me a price upfront that was very fair, and even threw in the timber frame on thinking about it for free. He and two other guys showed up in the morning on the day we'd scheduled, and they immediately got to work leveling an ~2% grade where the pad would sit. Despite it being a bit hard to access (there's a small gate, then a bit of a trip to get to the site in my backard), they managed to get the area excavated in just a few hours using just wheelbarrows. They worked diligently putting down textile barrier, laying the timber frame, filling it a little with gravel, tamping it with a machine, and then repeating. I was very glad they did it in stages as the greenhouse directions stated, and the angular gravel they used was exactly what was called for and quite attractive besides. The timber frame is staked down in several places along the perimeter with some pretty hefty stakes, and the whole thing feels solid. There was a sprinkler head in the site that they capped off for me for free, too. They would have finished that day if it weren't for an intense storm, and to their credit they even worked a bit in the rain. I was especially impressed that, unasked, they moved a super heavy box of my greenhouse parts under cover that was left out and was going to get drenched. They returned promptly the next morning and finished up the job. Frankly, this would've taken me several weekends and a huge amount of effort to do myself, so having it done in just two days was incredible. Augustin's a great, friendly, no-nonsense guy; I really enjoyed our interaction. The pad's held up great since it was installed a week and a half ago; it's been through several sprinkler runs as well as torrential storms and it's drained beautifully and looks intact. I'd highly recommend Augustin for any hardscape projects like this. I'll definitely be contacting him again should I need more work done.

We called to a few different places, all of which had very positive reviews, Agustin came out to our house immediately after the phone call, looked over our garage and gave us a quote within a few minutes of arriving. It was going into winter and he lowered the cost a couple dollars / sqft. He and his crew arrived right when they said they would, finished a bit earlier than they said estimated and the garage looks great! He was responsive and polite throughout.

Absolutely avoid if you want an honest assessment or technician willing to work. I confirmed in advance that we wanted our sewer line cleaned to comply with our inspection during our home sale. The technician came out and said he was going to scope it first, not the service we asked for, and then told my husband repeatedly it didn't need to be cleaned. I later got an email with a recommendation for a cleaning at $1400 and a bill for $154 for scoping the line. I already have an appointment to have the line scoped after the cleaning tomorrow by the original company who scoped it. Never asked for a scope, asked for a cleaning. I've attached the communication that they could do the cleaning while in site. Really challenging when the technician said no cleaning necessary, no repairs necessary and then sends an estimate for recommended cleaning and repair. Moving on to the next company who can maybe do the work we hire for and not waste hours of our time and now days.

When we finally got a call back, the lender was incredibly rude and tried to defend charging without prior knowledge or notice. The fees are absolutely insane and we're added after the work was done. Also was not given a bill at the time of service and was told the owner would be in touch. The receptionist didn't have an initial record of the work when I reached out directly wondering why there had not been a bill and if additional work needed to be done. This would have zero stars if it was an option. Will be reporting to the regulatory board.

This is a somewhat difficult review I'm writing but I feel it needs to be published nonetheless…read more CMH has some very good concrete finishers working for them. Truly experienced and professional. I will not say anything bad about them. The problems with the company as I see it were that they were busy with a big job up in Greeley and possibly others last year and they were juggling work loads and crews all over and this led to poor supervision and rushed last minute scheduling including very poor communication. I paid the highest amount ever for a back yard patio and felt as if I had to be the on site and behind the scene as a general contractor at my own home. I worked my you know what off getting the job done and frankly, we're still disappointed in the final product! The company did not use Brannan, the concrete supplier's delivery truck for the supply of concrete, CMH rather used their own, which led to a very poor quality color mix to be delivered and upon drying, the finished product color looked horrible! Repeated calls to CMH were a complete hassle and while they finally returned and inspected the patio, twice they attempted to seal the patio with colorized sealant. I had the main concrete supplier, Brannan, come to the house and they agreed that the final product was flawed due to CMH cutting corners to deliver the product themselves. If I were to have more concrete work done, I would use another concrete construction company! I hesitated writing this review for almost a year but after having spent six thousand dollars for a small patio and seeing the time and effort on my part and the finished product, I did not get my money's worth, far from it!
