Every single time, he has gone over and beyond. He explains everything to me as he works, lol and doesn't seem at all bothered by me asking 100s of questions and following him all around my house while he's trying to work! He's so so knowledgeable, I truly thought he held some type of degree in ecosystems or small animal interest. He's been working on our home for years, and I honestly believe he takes it personally. As if he's protecting us from mice and insects like it's his own house! Us against them! We chose to move out into this deeply wooded area, but had no idea what WILL come in if you don't have a solid comprehensive protection plan in place. Thanks to Luke, we do. I trust him completely and think Ransford is Blessed to have such a stellar, smart, and committed man on their team! I'd gladly pay double for Luke's work!! Lol, but don't charge me double!! Thanks Again Luke!! Katherine Ratcliffe
