Their communication is great, and the work was done on budget and on time. I would recommend using them and I certainly will again.

It was a busy day so I was in there for about 2 hours. From what I was told in my first visit, they operate on a first come first served basis. The wait wasn't an issue for me because it was semi expected. Although it's an auto shop, dirt & grease spots are expected; It's in need of a gooooood deep clean in the waiting area. The Staff seem kind. I didn't think to check my wipers before I left the lot but the next day when I did, it was still empty. That made me think if they did not top off the fluids did they do the oil change. I lifted the hood and to my surprise the coolant hose was not inside the reservoir. The oil had been changed thankfully but they were moving too fast. This could have went so far left if I did not lift the hood up in time! I surely don't want or need any issues with a car I've had only for a year.

I took my car to this shop because it was approved under my CarMax warranty, and I truly wish it…read morewasn't. This was one of the most frustrating service experiences I've ever had. Within one week, I had to go to the shop four separate times due to poor communication and constant changes. On my first visit, I was told over the phone I would need to drive the car for a week after a dye test. When I arrived, I was told something completely different--that I needed to bring it back within a few days. After following their instructions and returning the car, they completed the evaluation and got the work approved. I then tried to schedule a time that worked with my job and confirmed a Wednesday drop-off. However, I was pressured multiple times to bring the car in on Saturday instead. At one point, I was even told I "wasn't supposed to drive off" with my car--only to then be told they couldn't actually do the work that day. Eventually, I agreed to Saturday just to move things forward. I dropped my car off at 9am on Saturday and was told it would take 3-4 hours and that my car was next in line. After sitting there for about 6 hours untouched, my mother received a call (not even me) saying the work could not be completed and I would need to come back again on Wednesday. When I returned Wednesday, the experience got even worse. The staff was noticeably disrespectful, and any sense of customer service that may have existed before was gone. I was again told the work would take 3-4 hours after dropping it off at 9am. By 4pm, I hadn't heard anything, so I called--only to be told they had been trying to reach me. When I asked them to confirm the phone number, it had been written down incorrectly. They also had my name recorded wrong and continued using my middle name. What's most frustrating is that they somehow managed to call my mother previously, yet claimed they didn't have another number on file. This entire process was disorganized, unprofessional, and disrespectful of my time. I would not recommend this shop to anyone and will not be returning.

Reasonable price, great owner, and nice location…read more Came in for an oil change and to track down the cause of a recurring stall issue with my Volkswagen Tiguan. The mechanic listened, asked good follow-up questions, made sure he understood the problem before drawing any conclusions, and then diagnosed it cleanly. The part arrived within the window he quoted (2-3 hours), was installed without fuss, and the final bill was reasonable. What stood out as much as the technical work: he flagged a slow coolant leak and a minor oil leak -- this is an older car, so neither was a shock -- but there was no pressure to pile on services. He showed me rough estimates so I'd have them when I'm ready and left the decisions to me. That kind of straightforward, no-upsell approach is rarer than it should be. The waiting area is a genuine plus: free wifi, a table big enough to work at, and a small fridge with complimentary drinks, large TV. My one suggestion would be to add a coffee in the AM. Also, the door to the reception currently reads "B". Might want to avoid any confusion with better signage. That said, I am a big fan of this establishment and will be using them for repairs in the future (apparently sooner than I want :) Bonus: he pointed me to a wonderful Indian place across the street, Biryani, which I'd highly recommend if you have time to kill while your car is being worked on.

I brought the car to the Ford service center to have the electrical system looked at ( for a $125 fee!). The service tech said "you need a new battery it tests "recharge and test"". I told them that I didn't believe it was the battery. The ford service tech said "computer isn't showing any codes" and refused to do any other diagnostic tests. He said they could only sell me a new battery (at $155!!!) but that was it. I picked it up decided I wasn't going to spend any more money Ford "Service Center". I took my Cmax back to my Morgan Auto mechanic and showed him what Ford said and he laughed. He said, he would test the electrical system and see if he could figure it about. 1 HOUR later the Morgan mechanic called me and said he found an electrical ground and fixed it and believed that was the draw on battery. Ford Service center is a JOKE. Their service people are no better than tech support. Morgan employs actual mechanics and actual repair your vehicle. I have used Morgan for simply repairs - oil change, tire replacement, battery replacement for year. I now know I can and WILL take all my automobile repair business to them.

I hate to call BS on the car repair suggestions because each shop may be more or less preventative,…read morebut on my third trip in to this shop I was handed a quote for $3000 of repairs. I know every shop handles things differently, but I know this number too well. So, I drove 30 miles to my favorite country car place and was told my brakes had 15-20k miles left on them(I drive about 6k/yr). That's three oil changes, not an "urgent action item". My shop told me one of the "dirty" fluids was clean without anything in it or being burnt. One other fluid needed changed. So my $3000 bill is looking to be $1100 with all that and some other things. This is a great shop for convenience, but I would suggest a second opinion if they give you a fishy report. Again, each shop is different. One might say " you need to fix one so replace all four" or sometimes a wire and some careful fixing can save you a $300 part replacement. But, my $4k car just needs to be well maintained to last me until I'm ready to replace it.

Constantly having to yell TOW TOW TOW to the infuriating recording which then texts a link for you to FILL OUT and SUBMIT that doesn't work. The person who provided the tow was great-- I know it was not his fault but AAA is too greedy now. They take your money but don't have sufficient staff to provide service in a timely fashion.
