I had some surface level info from a diagnostic I got at a dealership and even before they had my business, they patiently gave me my options and quotes for everything, answered all of my anxious questions, and gave a great price. I talked to maybe 5 other repair shops and that showed less care and quoted me higher prices. When I finally towed my car in, I never felt more confident. They were very thorough, identifying other issues as it went, and when I got my car back it felt like new. Ran better than before the problems started and I was so thankful that i brought it to this shop, it was worth it even being 30 miles away from me. There's no shop I'd trust more than this one and it's easy to see how much pride they take in their work.

After the repair, I noticed my emergency brake wasn't working properly, so I brought the car back. The team immediately took the time to inspect it and corrected the issue without any hesitation. It turned out to be a minor adjustment to the brake pads, and they handled it quickly and professionally. A special thanks to Mark for getting everything taken care of and making sure my car was working perfectly. Their pricing was competitive compared to other quotes I received, and while the job wasn't completed especially quickly, the turnaround time was reasonable and within what I expected. The main reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that several of my gloss black lug nuts were heavily marred during the installation and will likely need to be replaced. My wheels and tires had been installed just two days earlier, and I specifically paid extra for those lug nuts, so it was frustrating to see them damaged almost immediately. The suspension work appears to have been done well, but I wish more care had been taken to protect the wheels and hardware during the process. Other than that, the experience was positive and I'd consider using them again.
