Mark is a THIEF. Was charged 30% more than quoted with no explanation other than "things are expensive now." Job took only one day to complete. At the time of payment I requested to pay with Debit (not credit card) Mark wanted to bill me an additional 3%. I mentioned that is ILLEGAL. His response was "we are allowed to charge that because our bank charges us". Wrong buddy. Avoid this shop at all costs. B2B Collision Centers business card even boasts Yelp 5 Star Business. Horrible quality control, Took 2 full weeks longer than promised and the vehicle still wasn't technically ready. Vehicle has a lot of over spray. Interior was filthy with dirt and dust as if they left my windows down with the car sitting out side for weeks after stating that the vehicle was going to be detailed prior to picking up the car. I have a 1964 Triumph Spitfire. Has never been painted all original. She runs like a top. I called B2B collision centers, and spoke with Mark and memo. I explained to Mark that I was very impressed by the work on some of the cars that I've seen at their shop. I explain to him that I would like to get my car painted. Mark passed my conversation onto memo. After explaining to memo my situation, I asked for a quote, the conversation went like this. memo explained to me the more work he does the pricier it gets. he also explained to me if I did most of the work myself as far as prep then that would be a big discount on the price. The price he gave me was between $6000-$12,000 (the car is not worth this much, even with a pricey paint job) he also explained to me that it would not be show quality, and that would be with one coat of paint. I was floored. It goes to show you how people take advantage of insurance companies. Quoting large amounts of money for something that you can get done very inexpensively. Be careful with businesses like this always shop around. read more

I met Memo over 10 years ago. He was my neighbor at stereo shop i worked at. One day one of our installers clipped a customers passenger door while moving it. In frantic state i ran over to Memo and told him what happened and asked for his help. We ended up trading services because his camper needed backup camera. He took my car in on Tuesday and I got my car back the following day - literally within 24 hours. They close at 530p and I picked up my car quickly and was on my way. They did a fantastic job removing the scratches from my front bumper and color matched my car. $300 and my bumper was as good as new! I found this company through a Facebook ad. I was looking to paint my trucks fender flares. It's in great overall shape but the paint was fading on the flares so this would be a great way to make it nice again. They first quoted me $400 to do all 4 flares and I thought that was quite reasonable since I didn't want to put too much into an older truck. When I arrived, I spoke with Ryan and he took a look and the price ended up being $850 for $1181, they'd also color sand the whole body so it would look much better overall. I was shocked since i had sent them photos of the fenders when i was originally quoted. But after talking to him, he told me that it was hard to quote it right with just the photos. So not sure why he'd quote it that way. But he seemed honest and genuine so I left to think about. Plus it was a family business (father and son) so I'd rather give them the business. Came back a week later to drop off the truck and we went over everything again and he said he missed something and it was now $1247. Ugh. Maybe I should've rethought this, but decided to go for it since I was already there and had arranged transportation already. I dropped it off and they said to come back at the end of the week (it was Monday). On Friday I call them and see if I can pick it up and Memo (father). He says they had trouble with some of the bolts which were rusty and they hadn't even started to paint yet. So a few more days. Ended up taking 3 weeks. When I got it back, it looked great (overall), but when I got back to my office and I actually took a better look I noticed a lot of issues. First there were a bunch of spots where the paint wasn't smooth looking. Basically issues on 2 if the 4 fenders. Also it looked like they used a razor to get the trim off so you can see cuts on it. Also it wasn't affixed right and was loose. I went back a few days later and talked to Ryan about it, he said no problem, they'll refinish the paint and secure the trim better. He said they wouldn't use a razor to get the trim off, but where did it come from? Picked it up 3 days later and I don't know if they actually did anything except get the trim back on. The paint wasn't refinished. Ugh. Bare in mind, I need to Uber to/from their shop to work, which is $35 round trip plus time. I decided to talk to his father Memo the next time, and shows him the current issues and he apologized. And said it would be done right and they needed new clips as the other ones broke when they removed the trim. So he said he'd take care of it. Meanwhile, Ryan mentioned that they would need to replace the clips the first time we spoke, so they forgot or decided to see if they could do it without replacing them. So now 2 weeks later I pick it up and the paint has been corrected. The trim was secured tight. Memo thanked me for my patience and told me to come back for a "cherry wax" which was nice. I did appreciate that but would've rather waited another day instead of having to drop off/pickup again. So less than a week later the trim almost totally falls off. Now this is ridiculous. I look inside and some of the tabs are broken and some of the clips fell out. I really don't have time to go back a forth time, especially since my office moved. Ended up going to Bumper Docs who told me the tabs were broken and that they actually drilled through my door to try to secure it. They charged me $170 to fix the tabs, buy new clips and secure it properly. They also told me that these guys never installed a rubber trim that goes go on each of the panels and now having to do it after would cost more $$$. Again the paint overall looks good, but they do not have any attention to detail. You figure that after i come back 2 add'l times that you would triple check that everything was good.
