I would really like to recommend Classic Collision because they did a great job repairing my truck…read more Their communication through text messages and the app was virtually perfect. The problem I have is that there was no mention that if I used a credit card to pay for the repairs that I would be charged a 3% fee. Sure, they offered that if I used a debit card, it would not incur a fee. But I did not have $2000 in my bank account at that moment. If I would've known this prior to driving an hour to pick up my truck, I would've had the money transferred to my Bank so I would not incur the $60 fee. Sure, $60 is not much but the lack of communication will earn this company only two stars out of five in my book. I am posting this review so anyone else who uses classic collision will be aware of these fees because Classic Collision will not inform you of this when you drop off your vehicle. Oh! Maybe it was in the fine print. My bad.

It can be stressful when your vehicle goes into the shop with when you know something is wrong, and they truly made it stress-free. They worked with a third-party warranty company, and let me know immediately what was approved and what wasn't. Not only was the customer service and auto service absolutely awesome, they cleaned my truck, inside and out. Shined the tires. What other company for auto repair do you know that does this?
