I had a great experience here and Dwight was super nice and helpful! I had hit my antenna cover on the garage door because I didn't wait long enough for it to open. I ended up denting the roof a bit so that the replacement cover couldn't sit properly. Dwight was able to repair all the damages no problem! I did an online quote, but it was hard to see the true damage in the pictures so I took it in for him to check since I didn't live too far. He then scheduled me the following week for him to fix it. I actually contacted all the paintless dent removers in my area and sent pics and asked for estimates. In every response back the words "Body Shop" came up ( it was fairly large dent). However unlike the others, DentXpress stated that while the damage was pretty substantial and things would never be truly perfect without a body shop they would be willing to try. They gave me a cap on how high the price would go if it came to that and stated that if it took less effort the price would reflect that. They must of been pretty in demand because it was hard to schedule me in, so we decided on a day late into the next week. I was doing this for my father's birthday present and while they had no knowledge of this they got to me as quickly as they were able. When Dwight showed-up, he had everything he needed. I'm not just talking about tools and things required to do the job. I mean I offered him a water, a snack bar, a fan, even a chair. Dude came with all of it and politely declined everything, so I left him to it. He got here around 10AM and by 12PM he was finished. The dent looked substantially different from before he came. It looked quite perfect until you were maybe 2 inches away from it. He even retouched the scratch that happened with the dent. My father came out to witness and was really happy with the visual improvement. Dwight even knocked the price down for me in the spirit of this being a part of the birthday present. To sum things up, my father is bit hard of hearing at his age and so he speaks at louder volumes than your average person. He was on the phone that night speaking with my Aunt and I heard "Yeah, son #2 scored some real points with me today". My brand new 2016 Mustang GT was delivered from the factory with a couple of small imperfections, and the guys at Jones Ford went to the trouble to set me up with Madison and his guys at DentXpress for the repair. I met with Madison and his repair tech, Dwight, and they repaired four small dings on my vehicle, three on the door, and one on the roof, all within a half hour. I watched the process they went through, and it truly is non-invasive. As an engineer, I was extremely impressed with the methods they used to extract the dents and level the surface, and the professionalism that they exhibit is far superior to any body shop I've dealt with in the Low Country. Bottom line is, I take the care of my cars extremely seriously, and I don't trust just anyone to touch my vehicles. I'd trust Madison and Dwight any day of the week. He was honest about what he thought he could do and gave an estimate, which was below what a collision center gave me. I took it in the following week and, when I went to pick it up, I was very impressed! You couldn't even tell the dents were there. I can't give Dwight and DentXpress enough high marks for his professionalism and skill with my Subaru WRX. Hurricane Dorian landed an oak limb on the hood of my car, resulting in three divots, one of which was rather deep. Dwight was referred to me by a local body shop, and he was extremely responsive when I contacted him and sent him photos of my car. The day we were supposed to meet turned out to be rainy, but instead of rescheduling or making an excuse, he had me meet him at a convenient location that allowed him to work in a garage so that I could get my car repaired. Dwight has amazing skill. He is exceptionally caring with the vehicle and has a lot of experience and the right tools. He has worked in automotive manufacturing (I asked how he got into this before he worked on my car), and was the dent guy for a large manufacturer in another state for many years. So he's the person they used when something needed to be worked on before it could be sold on the dealership lot. If I ever need something like this again, I will 100% go to these guys. I recently traded in my car, and I know that he preserved the value and made the transaction much easier. I also won't be parking under any trees during a hurricane. read more

I had purchased a new Jeep and it was delivered with two dents in the rounded part of the front hood. This rounded part is one of the most difficult to repair due to the hardness of the metal since it was rounded at the factory.
