The rental agent was nice enough but didn't really have a solution for me. Tyler stepped in and offered to check tire, and if it needed patching, would do it immediately. As I waited we chatted and I shared we were moving to area but had rented the car in Charleston. Before I knew it the tire was fixed, and Tyler would not take payment! What a gesture fir someone new! He has our business once we are moved to Beaufort! I was able to hear Tyler on the phone with another customer; he was detailed in response to questions, open to having the customer come in for updates while repairs are being made, and overall expressed care and concern for his customer. Once the regional manager, Austin, got involved, everything turned around. Roof and deck lid as the hood had no issues for some reason. I visited many shops IN PERSON and settled on Atwoods. Mainly because the gut actually took what we wanted seriously and understood out position and took the time to explain that he would go down below the original primer to bare metal and come back with the original factory primer, base coat and clear coat, just like it was originally. No other shop was interested in going to that level. Now, they were also the most expensive by at least $300.00 over the next one but he surely knew what he was doing. Most of the larger shops didn't even want to talk about our needs stating that they only do very large crash work and or insurance work. Atwood did a fantastic job. Came in on time, actually a few days early. Looks like it did the day it was bought. Will certainly go back in the future should there be a need. Nice job guys !

Had a small dent on the front fender of my mew F350. shop told me they would replace the fender…read more Came to pick up my vehicle i could see a lot of sanding marks on the fender. They said oh the clear might have shrunk. i left it there to fix the issue. i went home and looked over the receipt for the insurance company and it had on there that they "fixed" the fender and not replace as they said they did. so they ordered a new fender and new emblem because they messed that up repairing the fender. Came back again to get my vehicle after they said it was done. The fender didn't line up with the headlight my antenna was not on the vehicle they put a deep mark on the passenger rear door when they were buffing the blended clear. They left a large sanding disc in the door jam they ran the buffer into the rubber window trim leaving a mark on it. and yes even more issues. i dropped the truck off 2 more times for them to repair the damage they had done. It's still not right. One employee i spoke to there was rude and very defensive but yet another employee admitted and acknowledged the issues that came from the work that was done on my truck. You would think after i called them out on the first botched repair and not replacing my fender they would make a better effort at getting it right. Nope , they didn't.
