Mathew completed my project to my satisfaction, on time and on budget as promised. He and his wife even offered to go pick up parts I had ordered ahead of my arrival in a nearby town they would be near the night before, to save me time. I accepted that offer and trusted a man I did not know. Matthew did not let me down, has he had my parts at his shop the next morning and was ready to get the job done, with a good attitude, despite blistering heat. Roof and deck lid as the hood had no issues for some reason. I visited many shops IN PERSON and settled on Atwoods. Mainly because the gut actually took what we wanted seriously and understood out position and took the time to explain that he would go down below the original primer to bare metal and come back with the original factory primer, base coat and clear coat, just like it was originally. No other shop was interested in going to that level. Now, they were also the most expensive by at least $300.00 over the next one but he surely knew what he was doing. Most of the larger shops didn't even want to talk about our needs stating that they only do very large crash work and or insurance work. Atwood did a fantastic job. Came in on time, actually a few days early. Looks like it did the day it was bought. Will certainly go back in the future should there be a need. Nice job guys !

Had a small dent on the front fender of my mew F350. shop told me they would replace the fender…read more Came to pick up my vehicle i could see a lot of sanding marks on the fender. They said oh the clear might have shrunk. i left it there to fix the issue. i went home and looked over the receipt for the insurance company and it had on there that they "fixed" the fender and not replace as they said they did. so they ordered a new fender and new emblem because they messed that up repairing the fender. Came back again to get my vehicle after they said it was done. The fender didn't line up with the headlight my antenna was not on the vehicle they put a deep mark on the passenger rear door when they were buffing the blended clear. They left a large sanding disc in the door jam they ran the buffer into the rubber window trim leaving a mark on it. and yes even more issues. i dropped the truck off 2 more times for them to repair the damage they had done. It's still not right. One employee i spoke to there was rude and very defensive but yet another employee admitted and acknowledged the issues that came from the work that was done on my truck. You would think after i called them out on the first botched repair and not replacing my fender they would make a better effort at getting it right. Nope , they didn't.
