I took my daughter's car here for some front end damage, which entailed replacing both headlights , bumper, and a quarter panel. It took them over three weeks to finish the job. Part of that wasn't their problem because most parts are on back order. But, communication is very poor there. They gave my daughter an interim headlamp and got one replaced. My Tahoe was damaged in a car accident... Front and rear. They repaired it on time without issues. Staff was pleasant and professional.

If I could give this place a 0 star, I would. They have had my mom's vehicle over 15 weeks, told her they were waiting on one part that was on back order and had to be shipped from overseas. She finally went to a local dealership where she got the car, and the part was ordered and to Caliber in 2 days. But somehow...they then lost another part to her car and had to order a replacement without even looking for the missing part. Now they are telling her the part will not be in for ANOTHER month. They had not done anything to compensate her for her time without her car even though she is still making monthly payments, did not help her with a rental, did not check other places locally like she did for the part...and DID NOT LOOK FOR THE MISSING PIECE! Next...our attorney will be paying them a visit. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!! You may never see it again. For all we know...someone is out driving it around instead since conveniently missing are not available. And don't try to get a hold of corporate. They will not answer or call you back! read more

Do not take your vehicle here for repairs! (Caliber Collision on Ladson Road) I went there. Was told I had to make a appointment for an estimate. Did so and returned three days later. Upon entering there was no one at the desk. Ten minutes later a Gal showed up. She proceeded to tell me the repairs were approved and to leave my car. I explained that the estimate hasn't been done yet. She says it wasn't needed as State Farm already approved the repairs. (WTF?????? ) I asked to see her boss. She responded with "NO". Then told me to leave or she would call the police. I left and called State Farm. They told me they did not approve repairs yet and would not without an estimate first. read more

If they could get half a star that would be great! The associate had an attitude all morning. When I dropped my car off and asked for complimentary service, she acted like she didn't want to assist. I told her my rental was at Enterprise on Rivers Ave. and she acted like that was an issue. The shuttle came but it came from Old Trolley so when we drove off I said where are we going because my rental is at the Enterprise on Rivers, she said she couldn't take me to that location and had to drop me back off to Caliber. Got back to Caliber and told the lady what was going on and she's huffing and puffing with an attitude and said well let me go talk to someone. She went to the back room and came back and said since my car is already reserved and I signed the contract, they can't give me complimentary shuttle and that I would have to find a ride to Enterprise. IF I AM ASKING FOR COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE THAT MEANS I DONT HAVE A RIDE. IF I AM PAYING YOU TO FIX MY CAR AND YOU OFFER COMPLIMENTARY SHUTTLE SERVICE WHY YOU CANT TAKE ME TO ENTERPIRSE TO PICK UP THE CAR I ALREADY SIGNED THE CONTRACT FOR?? If I would've waited until after I dropped my car off to Caliber to go to Enterprise and handle everything there last, how if something would've happen there to where I couldnt have gotten the rental??
