When given the car back, I noticed what looked like scratches but it was really residue they didn't even bother cleaning off. someone from another department ended up buffing it out for me. 6. I also informed them that one of my service lights was on and it shouldn't be. they "fixed" it and said if I have any other problems to go somewhere else. 7. My car didn't have electric issues before giving them the car. Now, I have a serivr light that won't turn off, cruise control won't work, the driver assistance that randomly turns on when it thinks I'm going out of the lane which is a hazard and so much other issues. Overall my car doesn't drive the same 8. They entered the carfax wrong and said my airbags was deployed when it wasn't. I have called to try to have this corrected, no one will return my calls once again. So I will have to correct this myself 10. I am now forced to choose if I will pay out of pocket for someone else to fix their mistakes or just trade in my car. I will be moving out of town and don't have time to keep taking my car to them, nor do I have the confidence they will actually do a good job. My suggestion to them is work on their customer service. I was ready to wait a long time, but All Ways towing called me within 10 minutes and they were already on the way. It was a super seamless experience and they took my car to my mechanic of choice.
