Being new here from Atlanta I still don't have a "neighborhood " auto repair shop so I had no idea where else to go except for a Honda dealership. In route I decided to Yelp auto repair centers and this shop came up with 5 stars. Because it was on the way I said what the hell and stopped to check it out. Thank the good Lord I did because it was a home run. They had my vehicle in the garage before they even knew my name and I was on my way back home in less than an hour. Total cost $145 plus $9 for a part and that included flushing out the freon and recharging the system. Both Firestone and Honda wanted around $99 just to evaluate and wanted me to leave car the afternoon. It would have taken longer just to get the paper work done in the amount of time it took to get me on my way at Jimmy's! Don't be fooled by the cosmetics of the building or the area they are located, truly a wonderful experience and there is a auto parts shop right next door. Thank you so much. I'm now a customer for life!

2/26/26- I just reported a great visit on Monday but there's a little more to add…read more Sadly, it's not good. When I brought that car in a specifically said that I had brand new lug nuts on it and that I did want an impact wrench used on the car at all. Well, that didn't happen. I've now got some lug nuts that need replacement. When you look at the pics you'll see the damage. The fact that the paint at the top of the lug nuts has been scraped off also tells me that a shallow socket was used. A deep socket would never even come close to touching the top of the lug nut. Also, no attempt was made to keep the wheels clean. There are very big grease marks from someone's hands. That should have been wiped away. I'd use them again, but I'll also be sure to explain to them that this happened and that I wanted to be 100% sure it didn't happen again. And I'm dropping the stars from 5 to 3

He crawled under it looking for any imperfections with the repairs and found that it was truely repaired as it was never in an accident at all.They replaced all bad parts with OEM parts. They did exceptional work on my Jeep and truely can't tell anything ever happened. Struggling with the other insurance party was a real pain. But dealing with Platinum was a real treat and these guys here know exactly what they are doing. Hands down. Not ideal but fine. 4 and a half hours later, my girlfriend and I are calling them to ask for updates every 15 mins because it is getting dark and the map is showing that the driver we were assigned is only driving FURTHER AWAY. Then our calls started going straight to voicemail so I assume the dispatcher or office worker was fed up and was intentionally screening our calls. In the end they NEVER came, we were forced to abandon the car on the side of the road until the next morning when we submitted a new request to a different company who was there in 45 minutes. In spite of this, the manager told the guy at the front desk to charge me for patching the tire. I paid more than I ever paid not to patch my tire than I ever paid before. That doesn't seem very honest to me, so I will not be returning.
