While I understand that a new model might be difficult to obtain parts for, I had to call regularly to get updates; in my opinion this is something you should do- customer service? Took over 3 months to repair and when it was finally released, the shop realized they had released it prematurely because the final part had not been installed. 2 weeks later I called to inquire about it and was told if I couldn't come that day, they'd have to get back to me. 10 minutes later, someone else called to say I should when I could. All said it took almost 4 months for my car to be completed and the customer service didn't improve until the end. Thanks to Brady and the lovely receptionist- they are outstanding!

Since the car was brand new, I feared they would try to reuse the existing parts. I wrote my initials on the impact bar as a means to check. When I was inspecting the car, I asked Ruth if the impact bar was replaced and she said yes, it was in the work order. I questioned her futher if she was sure, and she was adamant that it was true. When I showed her my initials, she stuttered and went inside. Additionally, the quality of the paint on the bumper was horrible, they had to repaint it 3 times before taking it to another shop to have the work finished.

A friend picked it up for me, so when I got back in town, I noticed the hood was crooked. I took it back in and they adjusted it. No problem. A month later, I had to jump a friends car and so popped the hood. It was difficult at best to do so, and once I did, found it was very difficult to close. To their credit, they sent a tow truck to pick my car up at work to repair it and returned it that afternoon.
