He's been going for years and the owner was great., So I called and right away he said yes bring your car over so I had my car towed by a great towing company and the owner was amazing. He took care of my car. It was fast reliable. He even offered to come pick me up so I didn't have to Uber to pick up my car he went above and beyond , he was kind, very professional, he did the work in a fast amount of time not to charge so much labor like everywhere else does, his pricing was more reasonable than anywhere I've ever been. I would highly recommend anybody to go there. I'm a woman and I think the big places take advantage of that because I'm not knowledgeable. He definitely did not do that. I'm driving my Honda Civic Natural Gas on the freeway in Fullerton, CA and the Check Engine light comes on along with the rough engine performance. I get the car off the freeway and make the tow truck call. I instruct the car to be towed to the dealer. After 10 years of service history at the dealer, I'm told by the dealer that Natural Gas cars will not be accepted for service anymore. Victor from Orange Towing waited patiently for me to end the call. Then he suggests Armando at Collins Auto Care. "He works on anything", Victor says. I speak to Armando who asked me what the engine did before quitting. He calmly says, "It's probably just a misfire. Bring it in." I confirm he works on Natural Gas cars and off I went to work in another car. I come home from work and the Honda is sitting in the driveway. I thought Armando could not fix it because it's a CNG car. Not only was I wrong, but my wife confirmed that Armando had all four coil packs sourced and replaced within 2 hours of receiving a vehicle that he has never worked on. Who fixes a car in two hours??? I can't even get an oil change at most places in that amount of time! Collins Auto Care will be recommended to whoever needs a place to take their vehicles. Seriously. My car has had bad tie rod ends (whatever those are) for 2 years and I've driven it to Vegas twice in that condition. Got a last minute chance to go to Laughlin last week and knew I just couldn't take the risk again. Plus, I needed an oil change BAD. A couple friends recommended Armando, so I call him Wednesday night and ask if he can do the work the next day. He says sure. I say cool, see ya at 8am. At 8:30am I casually mention to Armando that I want to leave for Laughlin by 1pm. Most mechanics would at least laugh. Some would cuss. A few would throw you out. Armando called me at 11:40 and said my car was done. Seriously. He even sent it out for an alignment. And for a totally reasonable price. read more

Highly recommended. Armando and the team here are great. I have a 2005 Mazda3 that has been a pain since I bought it. A serious wiring/intake issue came up that I was not able to fix myself. I brought the car in on a Friday, and had it back by Tuesday even though they had to order a part. 2 weeks after the fact the check engine light came back on and the car was acting similar to the first time I brought it in.
