First visit at Colley Ford and I am very impressed with the service I received by both my Service Advisor, Kevin and also Kimberly. I had an unfortunate transmission issue with my 2017 Ford Focus, totally a Ford thing and not a dealership problem. The vehicle was taken in on April 2, 2019 and I was given a loaner due to the transmission tech not being able to look at it right away, totally not a problem, I understand these things take time and nobody wants to be rushed and not be able to do a repair correctly. I received a couple status updates and picked up my vehicle today, in and out within 20 minutes. Give the dealership a try and of course be patient, repairs do take time. read more

If you are going to this ford trying to get a deal on cars or trucks, i recommend you to go talk to the sales man Lyndon. I promised that he is amazing and he is one of the best salesman i have ever met! He is patient, funny, and for sure will walk you through all the steps. Also the most important is, he makes sure you can get the best price in colley ford! read more

Super excited for my new Ford Ranger. The entire experience was fun and stress free. Brian our sales guy had a great sense of humor and I can tell he enjoys doing what he does. When it came down to making the deal we were introduced to Mike and even though I made it tough for him, he never lost his composure and we continue to have a good time. After the deal was done we had to sign all the paperwork and that is when we were introduced to Tyson. Tyson did not disappoint and it felt like I was working with a good friend of mine. All three guys made it a great buying experience and I will continue to do business with Colley because of them. Good vibes from beginning to end. read more

Easily the simplest, most hassle free, most pleasant and beyond fair car buying experience I have ever had, and I have purchased a lot of cars. I was looking for one very specific 2021 F150 build that nobody seemed to have locally. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't want like many dealers will try to do, Cory Davis got to work and found the only truck within 350 miles that matched exactly what I wanted. He worked a hard negotiation with the other dealer and had it on his lot within 24 hours of my initial phone call. Could I have taken the drive and bought from the other dealer? Sure, but I was determined to buy from Colley because they have a reputation for standing behind their customers and I wanted that small family feel and customer service from my dealer. Not only did he get me the truck I wanted, but he worked out an incredible deal on the price and even did some real math on the towing and payload capacities with another awesome guy named CJ. Many other dealers will sell you anything and they don't actually care what you tow with it. When I tell you I didn't have to haggle even once, it's because my experience and the deal were that good. Believe me when I say I spent weeks doing my research and nobody else was going to be able to touch that deal. He gave me a number, I was shocked with the deal I was presented and quickly said absolutely yes, let's do it! That is a first for me and I am often a pain in the butt when it comes to negotiations. I was offered max value for my trade in as well; I didn't even have to consider selling private party. He also beat every single interest rate I could find by a landslide. It's like I didn't even have to try with any part of this process! Instead of spending hours upon hours at a dealership sending negotiations back and forth, this deal literally only took a quick phone call and I was signing and driving it off the lot the very next day in no time at all. Epic win. When I got there, a wonderful salesman named Ed made sure he walked me through every single bell and whistle on the truck, took me to drive it, and made sure everything was perfect and I felt comfortable with my new vehicle. I was really happy with how well he knew his vehicles. Stellar customer service all around. It is common for shoppers to leave the car lot wondering if they got a good deal after all is said and done. I didn't even have to wonder about that for a second, and I am so grateful for that. The last thing customers need is added stress in a time like this, and it was completely stress free from start to finish. Who ever thought buying a car could actually be fun? Not me, that's for sure. I am glad they proved me wrong. Colley Ford just made me a lifetime customer. A+! read more

This is a great dealership. This is my 3rd Ford we have owned. This had been the best dealer that I have every dealt with. Our Sales person was Jose Enciso and it was a great pleasure to purchase our FLEX SEL from him. He made the transaction so smooth and we got a great deal on the car. I highly recommend this dealer and especially Jose as your sale person. Also the entire staff Betty-Sales, Finance Dept., Sales Manager were great and I felt so comfortable at the dealership. I would definitely come back to put shade another car here. read more

This place is incredible, I absolutely love coming here and seeing the entire staff and the Ford team! I get my oil changed here all the time, and sometimes I wait till I hit 3000 miles just to come and visit my friends that I've made over the years. I used to bring my first truck many years ago for maintenance and such. The service team is always reliable, responsive, warm and welcoming, and especially generous when it comes to major repairs. They are very Fair with pricing, and definitely do a great job every single time before I leave the lot. The mechanics in the back work very hard, and the entire team inside the service center also make sure that you are taken care of, and assure you that everything will be OK especially on major issues. I've always had good, and reliable service from Colley Ford of Glendora. They are good people who care about your vehicle, and the mechanics are very passionate about their work. You can tell by their service and their honor. Thank you for always taking care of us, we will always choose you when it comes to service! God bless you all! read more

Review is on repair shop. Our mustang to smoke on the fwy. We were close to Colley Ford so we pulled in and took it into the repair shop because it wasn't safe. Gave me an outrageously high quote, tried charging $1300 for simple work. I declined and had it towed to our city mechanic. Ford still charged us $140 just for quick diagnosis. City mechanic did the job for a quarter of the price. Make sure to get serval quotes before taking your car here. read more

We went late Saturday night...to 'look' at the Explorers. We were greeted by Jose Enciso who quickly took us out to see the models we were interested in buying and gave us an idea of the price. We went home and slept on it but we couldn't resist the ZERO percent interest offer that Ford has right now. So we purchased our car yesterday. I wanted to Thank Jose for his professionalism and patience with all my questions. He took the time to explain all the features the car has. He even hooked up my phone and now I can start my car from inside my house and have a 'cooled' car when I get in. I also wanted to Thank Tyson in finance for processing our loan quickly! This is our 2nd Ford we have purchased at Colley and I would recommend this dealership to everyone. Ask for Jose Enciso and I'm sure he can help you find what you are looking for and get you in your new car. read more

Great experience! Dropped of vehicle the night before, Eric called in the morning to confirm what needed to be done. Alerted me that there was a permanenet fix for the driveshaft coupler issue on my Ford Transit, and scheduled that work too. Very honest about the brake and tire wear, reported just the facts, offered solutions, with no high pressure sales or scare tactics. Will definitely send my vehicle back here for service. read more

I went in to test drive a Ford F150 Supercrew. Eric Groulx and Chris (I don't know his last name) were the sales team that assisted me. They were a fantastic team that didn't come off as pushy hard-sale tactic guys. I needed a truck that could tow my boat and I was uneasy with the V6 Ecoboost engine being able to give me the torque I needed. Eric and Chris didn't push the V6 on me. They modestly promoted the engine, provided me the data, and advised me to do my own research.. They were in tune with my perspective and respected that. I can't say the same for their competitor in West Covina. Those guys sucked so bad that I rushed back to Colley the following day and purchased the Truck from Eric and Chris. Needless to say, I am super satisfied with my purchase. Eric and Chris made the the whole experience pretty painless and I was out the door with my truck in less than 2 hours from the time I walked in. And that's with having to wait 15 minutes before realizing I was going to make the purchase. By the way, the V6 Ecoboost with tow package upgrade is no joke. It produces all the torque I need for hauling and it has plenty of gitty-up when needed!! Thanks Chris and Eric!! read more

Crooks. This place was trying to charge $46,000 for a car with a sticker price of $23,000. I understand a couple grand markup in a market full of demand and short on supply, but a $23,000 markup on a vehicle that only costs $23,000 is absolutely insane. They can all go F themselves. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I scheduled an appointment for an oil change on Monday May 27th, which is a national holiday and the service department was not due to be open. Instead of letting me know of the closure, the scheduler allowed me to schedule service on a day that no one would be able to help me. Another point of contention for me was I was told that if I dropped the car off for my appointment, I would not be given priority over someone who walked in and waited for their car. If I dropped it off, it would be 2 - 3 hours to change the oil and if I waited at the dealership, it would be literally half the time. Not pleased. Luckily, I realized that they might be closed so I took it upon myself to call and see if I needed to reschedule. I did, not them. When I took the car in for my appointment, I was told it would be about 2-3 hours for them to get the oil change. Literally 5 and a half hours later, I was called to pick up my car. 5 and a half hours. When I was finally given the car back, the a gentleman named Michael, handed over the documents and did not go over the findings of the standard inspection they completed during the oil change. When I got home and read the invoice, there was a not that said there was a transmission leak and it needed immediate attention. I was not informed of the leak by the service provider. I could have been given a car that was not safe to drive. I also could have been given something that was an easy repair that could possibly have been done same day. But, I had no way of knowing. I was not informed. When I brought these very concerns to the service manager at Colley Ford, he treated me with disdain. I went with a male relative of mine since he was to be my ride back home and the service manager did not want to address me regarding my own vehicle, he only spoke to my male relative who does not own my car nor need to be told how to care for it. He treated me as though I was a poor woman who didn't know the first thing about cars and that my opinion of the service I received didn't matter to him one bit. I will never do business with this dealership again. The service manager is unkind and dismissive of women. The two people I had the displeasure of interacting with when I initially scheduled my appointment and who gave me my car back with out going over the findings are not people that appear to be doing their jobs well. I am especially disappointed with the behavior of the service manager who should be held to a higher standard as he should exemplify excellent customer service. The only person that was kind to me and wanted to take car of the obvious issues I had there was Sierra. If you choose to visit this unfortunate establishment, I suggest you schedule appointments with her. read more

This review is for the Repair and Maintenance services. I can not believe the run around I have received in this shop. I feel almost as if they have held my car hostage. There would have not been any updates had I not called more than three times each day, to no one answering and having to leave a message. I was not expecting to be without my car for five days, nor did they ever inform me that repairs would take that long. Each day I would wait until the last possible moment to call to allow them the space they needed to work but I wouldn't know if I would get it back in time for my shift. As I do not work remotely and needed to find rides to and from work, I was forced to feel like a hindrance to them and ask for an update on my car. The responses I would get after finally reaching them sounded as if they hadn't even looked at my car, and what hurt the most was one particular response - "Well you wanted service" ... Of course I did! I would not recommend bringing your car for service here as it has become so very clear to me that they do not care about their customers or the complete mess they make of their lives. The ride shares to and from work alone were almost equal to the price of the service itself. They nickled and dimed me and I'm not satisfied in the slightest with any part of this entire interaction. From dropping it off in the service bay and with the men accepting the cars and filing the paperwork up front, the air of superiority and the talk down I received there was unacceptable. I am flabergasted, I am angry, and I will not be returning. If I can help someone who is thinking of bringing their car here, DON'T! I repeat, they do not care about you or how they will inconvenience your life. They want as much money out of you as they can get. Of the three things I brought my car in for, one being an oil change. They completed two, the third they just couldn't figure out in time. I'm sorry Colley Ford, I need my car for work, and I can't afford the ride shares anymore. Five full days is enough, a suspension check and a wiring issue should not take this long. read more

Only got one star because I had to give something (per Yelp) Took my 1997 Ford Explorer Sport in for an oil change and tire rotation (my regular mechanic was on vacation). Waited for my truck and after 2 hours they were finally done. I got in my truck to leave and the check engine light immediately came on, they had to take it back because a filter was put on incorrectly. When my truck was again ready (another 45 minutes later) I was given a laundry list of things that needed to be taken care of (and they all have been by my regular mechanic), nothing was mentioned about the tires (remember that). This was on 3/18/2017, last Saturday April 29, 2017 I discovered a nail in my right rear tire. When I took my truck to Firestone on 5/3/2017 they removed the tire and told me they could not patch it because the inner tread on the tire was completely bald. I called up Colley as soon as I got home and spoke to Lee the Service Manager and asked why this wasn't pointed out to me back on 3/18/2017, his best answer was that it may have happened after they rotated my tires. This is a right rear tire and there is no way possible that the tire went bald for any reason - you align the front of you car/truck not the back (it's an impossible thing to do). I mentioned to Lee that it was a good thing that nothing happened (like a blow out) and wanted to know how this could have happened since it was one of his technicians that physically touched the tire and placed it on the right rear and didn't seem to notice or care that the tire was in this condition. Once again he had no answer - he said it was unfortunate that they missed it and that he would speak to the technician that rotated my tries (yeah right). If you care about your car/truck and most importantly your life or your families, avoid this Dealership like the plague. They don't care about your safety when it should matter the most and will not admit any wrong doing when they do anything that compromises your safety. read more

I have nothing but nice things to say about this dealership. So here is my story I went into dealer looking at the new explore. We test drove a 2021 used one and it was great and was happy. We told them we wanted 4 wheel drive and they had a brand new one. The sales person was Benjamin was fantastic as well and he found one that was brand-new and I thought I wasn't able to get it but they made it happen the finance manager Tyson was super nice and helpful. I truly believe they are a family run business they did exactly what they said they would do I got approved for for credit which I never thought was possible so again I appreciate them for working so hard to making things happen thank you again. One start for trying. I took my car with a 8:30am appointment on a Friday (computer system issues) , never got a status on my car , Have in mind their Service Dept is closed on the weekends, made multiple calls before they close at 6, leaving 2 VM, nothing , they kept my car for 3 days , it felt liked they kidnapped my car, very unacceptable, I called Saturday morning demanding to speak to ANY manager on site even that was a hassle, The start goes to Eric Sales Mgr for being empathetic and hearing me out, even though nothing can be done , left a msg on Lee Cook's VM (Service MGR) to call me on Monday expressing my fustrations. Received a call from Rita svc rep like around 8:30am to advise me she had had left a message and that their phones where acting up, never did I received a call or a message, she asks me what's going on with the car , (Lady I told you this when I dropped the car) but i told her again, she tells me that they did not find nothing wrong and that they will check it out again, And that she would throw in a 15% discount for the inconvenience (Really , thats like a slap the face for 3days of inconvenience to top it off had to find a ride to make it to work on Monday) so unacceptable, called Mr. Cook again asked him if he had listened to the message I left him , "no. I've been in meetings all morning " here I go with explaining the situation again! He tells he's going to look in to it , calls me back and tells me , Based on the notes Rita called you once and left you a message , I said thats not the case , and he's like what would you like me to do , I said nothing leave the car as is I don't want nothing to be done, he's like ok. You can come and pick up , Really thats all you can do and say! Wow! This place lost my business, I do not recommend this place at all, unless management is changed and their service people are trained with customer service and how to get back to their clients! Not just once! read more

Aside from a great salesperson, who should really find a new employer, I have nothing positive to say about my experience at Colley Ford. From financing to management to service, I experienced nothing but delays and broken promises. This is my first Ford since I buying my first new car and Colley nearly made me swear off the brand altogether. I'm legitimately surprised that this dealership is still in business. I could write a lengthy review detailing all of the times where their incompetence and lack of respect for their customers bit me in the behind, but I'll show you the respect they didn't show me and just tell you that there are better options out there. Despite the 20 minute drive for me, I now frequent Puente Hills Ford since they value my time, conduct themselves in a professional manner, and keep their commitments. Not perfect, but WAY better than Colley Ford. Update to address Kim F.'s reply: From the response that I received from CJ Colley, it was crystal clear that there was ZERO disappointment felt by anyone at Colley with how I was treated by your organization. And thank you, Kim, I am very much enjoying being a valued customer at Puente Hills Ford. read more

In June I went in for routine service and they told me the battery should be replaced. I had not been having problems with it so no "at this time". A week later I did replace the battery as I was going on a 5,000 mile trip. I came in 9-9-21 for routine service after the trip and was informed my battery needed to be replaced as it only registered 692 cold cranking amps ( should be 850 cca). I told the service writer the battery was only 3 months old. She looked at me and said "OK", then mentioned it was now "bad". I said I would look into the matter. I went to the service representative and mentioned to her that I had been told twice in 3 months that my battery was bad. She said she would look into it and call. I then took my car (still operating with the "bad" battery) to Sam's club right across the street where I purchased the battery in June. I asked the technician to check my battery. I stood next to him and watched him check the battery with his tester. The tester indicated there were 827 cca and he said while it was down a little from 850 cca there was nothing wrong with the battery. I then called the service rep and got her voice mail. I explained the battery tested at 827 cca at Sam's club less than an hour after being told the battery was bad and needed to be replaced. About 2 hours later I received a call from her and she informed me they had two battery testers and they both were checked and found to be in good working order. I then told her "you didn't listen to my voice mail did you". She said no and I told her about the test at Sam's club and and difference of 135 cca from their equipment and the tester at Sam's. I then informed her the battery was only 3 months old and I believed the information from Sam's and found their claim of a "bad" battery to be false. She had nothing to say and I then informed her I would never do business with them again. I would advise anyone doing business with their service department to question anything they suggest as their dealing with me was less than honest. read more

Terrible experience here. Did not answer phone call when I inquired about my car serviced.

I have to say did Colley Ford disappoint again. I made an appointment for a recall airbag. I called to make sure all necessary parts were in stock. They confirmed YES. I dropped of 645 Saturday morning got picked up . I get a call at 9:30 that they do not have they part. We own 4 Fords in our family. It only makes sense to go to your local dealership to get necessary repairs. NOT here. Always bad service. The only reason I gave 1 star is because it wouldn't leave none. I do have to exclude Kevin Tolar service advisor he was very polite and kind. As I went back to pick up my car I was informed 5 people were there for the same service and no parts. So. Sure I'm not the only one upset! Time is $$$ and I don't have time for poor management! This is why I bought my mustang at Alhambra Ford. I guess I need to go there instead of Colley read more

Walked around the sales lot for 20 minutes one Thursday night around 8:30pm without seeing one salesperson. Finally I got the attention of one of the two gentlemen sitting in the step up office, and they acted like they were surprised that there were any customers in the dealership to buy a car. This dealership doesn't not seem to have good night management, and the customer service seems to be lacking. Furthermore, the dealership does not have a friendly, upbeat vibe. When I walked into the showroom it was very dark, old and there didn't not seem to be any life. I'm hoping that there is more life during the day because I can't see how this dealership can be successful based upon my night visit. Unfortunately, they lost my business because I can only shop for a car at night and based upon my experience it is unlikely that I would ever go back to buy a car. read more

This review is only based on the service department. I bought my truck from Colley Ford. That purchase experience was pretty good. I received a card in the mail for a free oil change and tire rotation. Made an appointment and said I would wait for my truck. When I arrived the day of my appointment, I was told that it would be about an hour. I said I would wait. 2.5 hours later, still no sign of my truck. Asked the service writer for a status and he said they were doing paperwork and it would be up shortly. 30 minutes later, it was finally done. Here are some other issues that I had.. 1) Saw the truck parked for more than 30 minutes while paperwork was being done. 2) Now that I have had it for a few weeks, here is the other issues. A- Tire pressure was not checked. Even though the paperwork said it was and listed the PSI levels, it was way off from the factory requirements and what the paperwork said. B - Today the TPMS system indicates a low tire. Check tire levels and they are fine. Read owners manual and it states once you rotate tires on a vehicle with different front and rear tire pressures, you need to reset the TPMS for each tire. This was not done either when the tires were rotated. Honestly, I'm not even sure the oil was changed, based on all the other things that were not done. I will not be returning my vehicle for service at this dealership. Response to Kim F. Comments - Thanks for your concern regarding my issues. I have already discussed my original issues with the service manager. Unfortunately, As time goes by I find more items that were not done correctly or not completed as part of the service you were suppose to provide and I will find another dealership that will provide the service for my truck. read more

So fast here and nice!!! Took my car here for a recall and had it washed and ready in 3 hours

Got a 2018 Ford 150 less than 3 years ago now. Like clock work. The display for my radio, Apple car play, back up camera, etc. goes out. Called Colley Ford and because I drive my truck is over mileage for the warranty. Not even 3 years yet and the trucks failing me. Came to Colley because I was getting screwed with at West Covina Ford. Seems like the same thing over here now. A couple hundred dollars just to look at my truck to see what's wrong with it. Who knows how much to fix when they find the problem. Truck was not even scheduled to be paid off yet and it's breaking down. I paid off and was thinking about getting another F 150 with a full size back seat since my family it growing. Wife needs a bigger vehicle as well for our growing family. Guess we will have to go somewhere els now because rather than fix what should not break on a truck that is not even paid off and not even 3 years old. They want to charge us hundreds of dollars. In times like these as well. SMH... disappointed in this place read more

Man, I hate to feel taken advantage of by a neighborhood company. Especially one that has such a public presence. Colley Ford bought my Ford F450 from me over a week ago. 4/4/10/14. They gave me a partial payment and said they wanted to wait to pay the balance to me until they could verify that my name was on the title as the owner. On Monday, the KSR showed my name as the owner. CJ said he would pay me all but $1,000 until he could get the paper title. I agreed and was supposed to pick up a check yesterday. 4/18/14. In the meantime, they had me jump through all kinds of hoops, sign a Notarized Lien Release & kept stringing me along, dragging out the sale for over a week. Now, CJ won't call me back, but sent me a text yesterday telling me that we can cancel the deal on Monday. What??? A text? I just spoke with the sales manager, Daniel, and he was condescending, rude, & obstinate telling me to "return their check and come get my keys." What??? Bait and switch much? Who does business like this? I'm concerned that these are unethical business practices. Colley Ford has had the truck over a week. I don't know what has happened to it in that week, not to mention, I've turned away other buyers in the interim. Smh. I'd like to avoid escalating this and seeking legal redress, but I have a Bill of Sale so I'm confused as to what is going on here. read more

Being a small business owner who has been unfairly dinged on yelp it is with great hesitancy that I write this 1-star review. Unfortunately it is well earned by the service department @ Colley Ford of Glendora. Incident #1: We brought in our 2015 Ford Edge Platinum 1 week after purchasing it for a rattling hood. Nothing like buying a new car and watching the hood rattle as you roll down the 210. Simple adjustment on the closing mechanism and latches should have fixed it which they did end up repairing. Unfortunately the car also got it's first ding on the vehicle from the technician slamming the hood closed and getting it to latch. Right on the center of the hood where you would use the palm of your hand to slam the hood closed. It was extra frustrating because the service guy was very slow to admit they did it and it was something they needed to get repaired. Not wanting a hood repaint we asked for a paintless repair and they did their best but that dumb dent still catches my eye every time I get in the vehicle. Incident #2: December 2016 It finally rains in Southern California and the driver's side floor is SOAKED obviously due to a leak into the vehicle from the outside. We take it to Colley and the service manager thinks it's a good idea to assign it to the the service representative who is out with the flu and btw nobody can look at it until the next day. The 1 technician who can work on interior issues looks at the vehicle the following day and decides that since the service rep is out (day 2) with the flu, nobody needs to be updated as to the vehicle status. I call for a status at the end of day 2 and the tech has gone home and nobody on duty has any idea of the status of the vehicle. This is consistent with our experience in the service department. If you drop your car off for service you have to stay on the service rep like a cheap suit. Our experience is they will not call you with any type of status update, you must call them. Apologies all around and a promise to get to the bottom of my leak by day 3. Day 3 they put the car in their wash area and can't find the leak. We push for a rental car and they reluctantly say ok. We head off to Enterprise and they tell us Ford will only let them rent us a Ford vehicle and they don't have any in stock right now and by the way we have to pay the taxes on the vehicle! At this point we decided to cut our loses and pull the car and take it to Ford of Upland. I will be giving them a 5-star review so you can read our experience there. The one positive thing I will say is they were never rude but Colley seems to need help in the management of their service department. Someone please help them out and apply today. Tell them Yelp sent you! read more

Absolutely terrible customer service! No one came out to greet me I had to walk inside and wait several minutes before someone said one word to me. The salesmen sit at their desks looking bored out of their mind because no customers are there which makes sense now. Now onto the car. I was looking to either lease or buy a Mustang GT 5.0. I was interested in the black one that they had in the show room. Sticker price was $42,000 and they had $5,000 worth of options on the car such as LoJack, antitheft and some sort of sealer. The salesman told me they put those on every single car so you can't get it without spending an extra $5,000 right off the bat. I told the salesman that I would prefer to lease the car because I didn't want to put a whole lot of cash down. It was as if he didn't hear me because he pushed financing it over and over again. I finally told him that I will give him $5,000 down on the lowest mileage lease he has and whatever length of lease that would be the cheapest and I would like to get it for around $400 a month. Pretty reasonable for a car in the 40 thousands if you ask me. He said he would see what he could do. By the way I should mention that my credit is 650. It's not great but also not terrible. He came back 15 minutes later and his offer was $5,000 down for $867 a month. I was very frustrated and he said that he couldn't go any lower. I recently looked at a BMW and a corvette that were both $66,000 and offered them both $5,000 down on a lease. The BMW came out to $575 a month and the corvette $675. I told the salesman this and all he said was we don't have lease incentives. He wanted me to purchase the car and that is why he came back with such an outrageous offer for the $45,000 car. That offer would be something you would see on an $80,000 car. So I got a ding on my credit for no reason at all now. I then walked out and told them I would never work with them. The salesman called me the next day and asked if I was interested in getting the car at that rate or purchasing it and again I told him I would NEVER work with them and I suggest that no one else does either. Not the first time I have had problems with these guys and my buddy Jeff M. who also recently posted a bad review on here had major problems with Colley Ford. These guys are crooks and have the worst customer service of any dealership I've ever been to. Do not go here!!! read more

Colley Ford - DO NOT GO TO Colley Ford in Glendora Ca. - Auto Repair Near Me - Glendora, California

I too had a horrible experience with service. I worked in customer service at a high end jewelry store before and I couldn't help but compare. I was always told the customer is everything! Especially when you know they are there to spend thousands of dollars. I did NOT get that experience at colley ford. I gave a two star instead of a one because after my rants he did try to accommodate my needs. First off, the sales person flat out lied to me! Said that I couldn't use their finance unless I purchased the extra warranties. Not only that, but prior to asking about it, they automatically included the extra warranties into a monthy payment calculation without my knowledge. I finally asked for an itemized break down and that's when I had to figure it out. Then when it came down to getting the car, they said it would be at the dealership by 12pm. That turned into 9:30pm!!! I could go on and on but not only were they liars, but I got the attitude from them. I ended up telling them to drop the car off the next morning because I was so pissed and felt it should be on my time, not theirs. Sure, to make up for the lack of service the vehicle was dropped off at my house... DIRTY! It didn't even get cleaned! He gave me a one free car wash on his business card. I could NOT believe that happened to me. read more

I came here yesterday afternoon (3:30) to get a key and was told to come back tomorrow at an earlier time. I came back today but was scared to death reading all the one star reviews as I was waiting for a spare electronic key to be made for my Edge. I had conversations with at least 4 employees and they were all polite and courteous. I even had one employee enter the waiting room to check to see if he could be of any assistance. My key service was completed in 50 minutes (they told me it would take 60-90 minutes). $235 for a key seems pretty ridiculous but I called a locksmith and was quoted $260. Nothing spectacular either way relative to their service as far as I'm concerned; however, with reviews like the negative ones listed here, I'd be bending over BACKWARDS and going OVERBOARD to make my customer's rave about their experience. I wonder wonder if management reads YELP. read more

We bought a used Fusion here in May after a near month long search. We are from Bakersfield so it was a bit of a drive. When we arrived the ladies in the internet sales department were extremely friendly and had the car pulled aside and ready for us to test drive. My one star rating goes out to them! However that is where the outstanding service ended. We walked in knowing exactly what we wanted with a preapproved lending offer from our bank. When drawing up the numbers, our salesman and the loan guy kept trying to sell us on various upgrades including a lo jack system which had been previously installed on the car as it was used as rental. When we signed our contracts it was late at night and the service/parts department was closed. However Colley Ford agreed to replace the rear air vent as one of the toggles was broken, as well as replacing the floor mats that were not in the vehicle. We were told a service tech would call us the next business day to confirm the ordering however after several days we did not receive a call. When my husband called them to remind them, they threw a tantrum about replacing the parts and insisted that said parts did not exist. My husband had to research and provide the part numbers to them in order for Colley Ford to order them for us. One of the main reasons we purchased a vehicle here was because of the dealer warranty. We were told that their cars go through an extensive 72 point check before being sold including fixing any outstanding recalls. However, after a few weeks of owning the car it started to over heat and I took it into my local dealership to be fixed. It turned out that there was a hole in one of the hoses that most likely was there when we bought the car and progressively got worse as time went on. There were also 3 recalls that had not been previously fixed. So much for the extensive checks Colley Ford said they performed! In addition, I was told there was a $100 deductable for each time I brought the car in to be serviced. I was never made aware of this when I purchased the car. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle and have another option other than this place, use it! read more

Thank you. I had a dead battery and it turned out it was under warranty! The gentleman in charge of the service desk was very cordial and did this job with a very quick turnaround. I'd like to thank all the mechanics here for helping make the world go around. Without mechanics, we'd all be stuck on the road. Many thanks for your quick service today on a Saturday. read more
