I had some problems with my car and I had to go to the service center, and luckily I ended up with Eric. Eric was amazing, professional, and kept me updated at all the time with the situation of my car. He even helped me contacting with Ford regarding some problems in my car, that Ford agreed to take responsibility for it under manufacture defect. I was so happy that I have and extended warranty from Ford, but I was happier with the service that Eric provided to me. I would really want the company to recognize professional people like Eric, and give him the credit he deserves. Thank you Eric, and thanks to Colley Ford for having people like Eric in your team. read more

Purchased a 2016 Explorer at a Chino Hills Ford in October and was told that there was no longer a warranty . Had a mechanical issue just 4 months after purchase!! Due to the distance to take it back to the original dealer, we decided to bring it in to Colley Ford. We are so glad we did!! Mike is our service tech and looked up our warranty, something we had no hopes for. Right away, he told us we WERE under warranty and we can now proceed with the repairs . Turns out the repairs were going to be MAJOR. Mike went above and beyond from looking up our warranty, to getting our repairs done while only paying the copayment. He has been amazing in our major repair journey! Thank you Mike and staff of Colley Ford!! read more

I'm quite disappointed in the service I've have receive recently. I called servicing to see if I can get my key/clicker replace for my 2013 Expedition. Spoke to one of the services guy there ( shall remain nameless). He had quote me a price for replacing the clicker and retrieving my Code number for my car door. He said to come early so it would be done in an hour. Got there as soon as they open. Spoke to the same guy now, he gave me a different cost again. He said it would only be an hour. So, they took my truck to the back to be work on. An hour pass nothing.. I went outside to speak to him, and found out only replacement key they have on site did not work. He said, they had to order from another place, and they are waiting to get it. Which will take another hour. OK, why didn't you communicate with me and let me know when this was happening. Sorry, he just said, if you can't wait you can come back after an hour or two? I live in Orange County..! Now, I have to come back because I have to be somewhere within that hour. He said, if you return before 4 pm we can finish it you. Do I have a choice? No! Let me just say I been very patient considering the whole situation. I one and ONLY reason why I came to this place is because of my late mother in law Harriet Shima and Dr. Boston Shima whom had done business with the owner of place for over 10 years plus. They bought all the vehicles from here and paid in all off in FULL. My mother in law had nothing but good things to say about this place. She even purchase her last vehicle in 2018 a year before her passing. Also, I've been there several time with here whereas we had nothing but the best services here. Now she is no longer with us, it's not the same anymore. I've been misquoted three different prices in cost in the same day. And, to make matters ever worse, the service guy give me 15% discount, but when I took over to the billing I was charged a different price again. So, I ask her why is it different? She turns arounds on me accusing me of calling her a liar!! OK, really?? I said that's not what I am saying. I just needed clarification because I've been quoted so many different costs. Still I should not be treated this way as a customer! So with that being said. I'm tired of her aggravation with me and giving me attitude. Plus, the false costs for serving my truck. I will be taking my business elsewhere where I am appreciated. Sorry, Mom I won't be back in this place where your memories at..most of the time. She loves shopping for all her new cars here too. read more

This is one of the worst dealer when it comes to service, the advisors along with the service manager don't care about the consumer. Once they have your car you are out of luck. They will not keep you updated on the condition of your car. You have to call them just to get updates. Take your car somewhere else. read more

We ordered an Explorer ST & gave a deposit back in December with José Enciso. Mr CJ Colley personally called me when he put the order through to make sure everything was correct. He was very nice & informative. At that time it was expected in about 20-ish weeks. Throughout this entire time José always answered my questions, calls or texts. (Even on his days off!) He was extremely communicative. However, things happen with manufacturing, materials, economy & traveling so it was delayed. We finally got our VIN number & it wasn't even scheduled for production until May 30th! That was such a bummer for us. It's been really hard sharing 1 small vehicle with little kids, school, activities & jobs. So we decided to cancel our order & figure out something else. I realize none of it is Colley Ford & it falls on Ford Manufacturing & their capabilities. I notified José right away with our decision & he let us know the step process for that. We received our deposit back from Colley Ford pretty quickly after cancelling. (Maybe 10 days) So even though we ended up not waiting to get our ordered vehicle I want to thank & give Colley Ford/José 5 stars for communication, effort & ease of all processes. read more

Don't waste your time here. The service consultants don't really care about the customer. I worked with Gary assistant service manager. I own a Ford expedition 2017- I was concerned as a new Ford owner that I had replaced two struts and a set of tires at 30,000 miles- I was concerned about this. He worked diligently going through my history and current concerns. He road tested the car with me twice and spent time "one on one" to run to ground any suspension issues. He is very customer oriented and strives to ensure you are satisfied with the cars performance and work accomplished. He is very professional and follows through. if you have a difficult issue or concern he will take the time and energy to resolve it. Good man Pamela Brown -Ford Expedition -2017 read more

After six hours of waiting to close this deal I can officially say this baby is mine! I always wanted a Mustang, probably because my father had one. So I guess it's a bit sentimental. I was debating between the red and blue. But then I said to myself, I'll go with the blue one just like my daddy did. This dealership is very clean and friendly. You should try them out. The prices are very reasonable. read more

This is my first time buying a vehicle from this dealership, but my second time buying a Ford vehicle. I am a big Chevy fan and have mainly had Chevy's. After trying the first Ford transit van for our work fleet I couldn't help but want to get another one and stick with the transit because of how convenient and spacey they are. On top of having Awesome vehicles that customer service here was awesome. I walked in and told them what I wanted. They were straightforward and playing no games and didn't give me the runaround. I have to say I'm super happy that I purchased from Colley Ford. I will definitely be coming here for our next work van. I appreciate you guys working with me. This dealer sucks. Nobody picks up the phone and when they finally do pick up and answer the phone nobody is helpful. Girl in service department didn't even know what I was asking and she then transferred me to an adviser named Michael who was even less helpful. He gave me attitude and made me feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. He said they would charge me $199 for a diagnosis after I had given him the code read on my OBD2 Scanner. Disappointed since this is the dealer where I purchased my car. Do better Colley Ford. They were so awesome here from the sales man Ed to the finance department and the manager Lou. Everyone was so helpful and informative. Ed actually took us on a few test drives and knew what every button was for and before we left he made sure everything was synced and that I knew how to work everything. They gave us a great deal and I had 2 little ones with me and they were also very accommodating to them during the process. They had kids toys and snacks. Very friendly dealership! This dealer is by far is the absolute WORST! Me and my fiancé went there looking to purchase a new F150 Lariat. The salesman, Sean, acted as though it was a bother to assist us. Then when we found a truck that we were interested in he didn't want to get us the keys. Customer service and selling cars was obviously not his strong point. When I walked around the show room all the other staff members were eating and no one spoke and they too had the same don't give a shit attitude. Do yourself a favor and never go there. read more

I am updating since the middle of this week. The addition of stars to this review is a reflection of the effort made by Colley to rectify a bad car deal. I think they have responded well and I look forward to seeing the outcome of this deal I'm now referring my review and experience to the service department, in particular, Michael Isip. I went in for my first service appointment to mention that my ac seemed to go out and come on intermittently. He said that if there was no problem he could not diagnose it, not even touching the car. When I went to pick up the car, I was pretty much push to purchase tires because the service department claimed that my tires too bald to rotate. I took my car to a separate place who told me that my tires needed replacing but were not that bad off. They also told me my brakes were fine. Move on to today and the reason I write a yelp review. My ac finally goes out and I call the service department. This is when Isip tells me towards the end of the call to take it up with a yelp review and hangs up after I make him recall my conversation with him about my ac. I'm good with this place now. Especially it's service department. I do not understand how anyone can continue to have problems at one dealership. read more

Add it to the list to why you should buy a vehicle here. We also brought our explore in for its first service and some seat covers, Kimberly was so awesome and had all the paper work printed and ready for a loaner car on a Saturday. Can I do two FIVE STAR reviews? Is that possible? I just had my wifes Ford C-Max serviced and Colley Ford always does a great job so I thought its time for a rating. Everyone at Colley Ford is great. The service reps, the manager, everyone. Will definitely be back. My rep is normally always George and he is a total gentleman... one of a kind. Class act. I am honored & lucky to have him as my rep! The other review for Colley Ford is the car sales department... I was looking for a truck several months back.. I think it was May... my very first stop was Colley as they are knowledgeable and have a decent selection. The sales team was no pressure which I like and they made the whole transaction painless. It was a used truck, not new, but I am very happy with it. Thank you all! read more

Once again a dealer that does not keep their word. I had hoped they were different since I was told "we are family owned and provide better customer service". Well that lasted two seconds. We purchased a used Dodge last year and negotiated new tires. They put the tires that by the way are cheap but whatever. Ever since the new tires the steering wheel shook when going over certain MPH but was not consistent. I had been dealing with Adam for a while, which by the way was great. We had been talking for a few months and since it was intermittent and we hardly drove due to COVID, he said to keep on driving and if it continued he would take care of it. The engine light came on and had to take it to Dodge since Ford was not specialized to check a Dodge. Adam told me since I was taking it there to let them diagnose the shaking of the wheel and if it was a tire issue, he would take care of payment. Dodge was communicating with Adam and next thing you know, he no longer worked there. Yes, the issue was the tires were not balanced. I spoke with Gary from service and sent me to the sales guy because his service department did not install the tires. Going back and forth with him, he had the service manager, Craig, call me. Craig pretty much implied that I was lying on what Adam promised and refused to cover the balance. He claimed that they were balanced. How can he know when Ford were not the ones that put on the tires? And if they were balanced, how can they become unbalanced in a few months? Bottom line is that this dealership takes cars to another shop to perform car service and the service department has no idea who their staff is. Beware if you take you car for service to this dealership, You never know if they will be sending it to another shop to get it repaired and if they do, they might not take responsibility if it was not done correctly. Update: I get a message from Sales R from the dealer and asked me to contact them at the main line but no name. Receptionist has no idea where to transfer me. Get a voicemail for someone named Kim and as of this day, no call back. If they really want to fix the issue they would leave a name. read more

So I brought my SUV in two weeks ago for two things, one the sensor to the air bags needed to be calibrated. Done no issues, the 2nd item was radiator fan is load and needed attention. In two days that it was there they did not have time to see it. Made an appointment last Friday for today at 7a.m. told the tech that I needed the car back the same day. No word or call from the tech. I called at 1:30, the tech said they had not seen the car yet. Not happy I left a message for the serviceI manager. He was prompt to call and listened to my concern. He said he'll called in a few minutes and he did. He said that the Fan Clutch was bad and the tech would call with price. All that being said, the part needs to be ordered and it will take 4 days for it to get here. It would have been nice to know that 2 weeks and having to call them 6 hours later is not what I call good service. I paid their diagnostic test but they did not provide a copy. We encouraged my 19 year old daughter to educate herself and haggle when dealing with vehicle purchasing. My husband and I are both in the medical field, I'm a nurse and he's an EMT. We gave her the skills needed to car shop alone. Well Mike the finance guy yesterday was a total BULLY!! What kind of grown man raises his voice and gets angry at two kids trying to be responsible!? The more information she proved she had the angrier her got. He even mocked her when she said that her dad is helping her but he just can't be here. He said "well maybe he should sell you a car!". This was age discrimination to the max. Trying to take advantage of young person who just wants to make the most of their dollar while working a fast food job as an essential employee this entire time! Mike I bet you have some freeloading kids at home and we're hating on my kids for being responsible and independent. And it's Memorial Day weekend, my 19 year old was discharged from the USAF for medical reasons! Way to go Mike, truly winning on ethics! NO ONE SHOULD GIVE COLLEY THEIR BUSINESS!! Each time during the purchase they made sure our children were taken care of with drinks and snacks. Also the process didn't drag out and went quick about an hour to do all the paper work. We have always purchased the extended warranty on both vehicles so when I took in my 2013 for alarm issue I have always had a great experience with serviceman Larry. His manager John also helped me in a situation when I rented a vehicle while they were working on my flex. CUSTOM-ER SERVICE! [ If you want a car your way, and at the right price - Cory and Tony in Internet Sales - hands down!] Read on, for the epic, and a bit long, story :) Few months ago, I discovered the existence of the Ford Fiesta ST. A tiny, hot hatch, with a spark up its arse. I test drove one such hatch at Colley, as well as the Focus ST, because the salesperson insisted :) I liked the approach of the staff, so I kept Colley in mind. I'd played with the idea of buying, but only after a couple months of contemplation, did I pull the trigger. Now when I finally dedicated to the Fiesta, I decided I wouldn't settle for anything less than EXACTLY what I wanted. And that was - White exterior, cloth interior [cuz the Recaros are a little snug for a guy my size], and the smoke painted premium wheel package, with red brake calipers. It turns out that this such build is friggin impossible to find - one in all of Cali, and it was a day's drive north. Ouch. I originally visited Buerge Ford, in Santa Monica, trying for a Recaro bearing, white Fiesta, since cloth was nill. I asked if they'd at least dealer trade for one with the dark rims, and was met with a flatout NO. Gross. I also placed a call to Colley, and was transferred to their internet sales, where Tony tried to track the perfect Fiesta - way up north. Unfortunately, though Tony, and dept manager Cory were able to lock it down, and arrange for its delivery, the up-north dealer had slapped so much crap on the thing, that the sticker had rocketed to $31k. During this time, I was awaiting financing conformation from an outside bank, so while Tony and Cory tried to affirm the delivery, I awaited a check, and explored other, more affordable options. Nothing in its class remotely touched the Fiesta ST. And after visiting a couple other dealerships, with runaround customer service, I was almost ready to call it quits on the new car. The next day, Cory called me back, and urged me to come in, insisting he'd get MY car, the way I wanted it, and at the price I desired. Heard that before...but I was in the area, and went in anyhow. Upon arrival, Tony and Cory beckoned me to the office, where Cory told me about the car up north being ready to go on my command. But, with a huge price hike, and immovable dealer options, we couldn't get it to the price I wanted. In one last effort, I asked if they could just find me cloth seats, with silver rims, and switch them for dark ones - a prospect which every other Ford dealer scoffed at. What happened next, blew my mind. Cory one upped me, and suggested I buy the car, silver rims, and they'd have them powder coated ANY COLOR I WANTED, and roll the cost into the car. WHAT?! SHUT UP! He didn't stop there. The car they dealer traded, had a sunroof, and Sony premium sound system, and even with that package, the Lojack, etching, and powder coating, they got me out the door for 90 dollars less than my ideal price. Shut your face, right the ef now! Yes that happened! That night, they took my trade in, which they'd over valued, to bring the cost of the Fiesta down [thanks guys], and gave me a loaner [another Fiesta, to get used to], until my car was delivered. Two days later, I drove it off the lot, and sh*t am I happy with the thing. Today, I brought it back to the service dept. They had to finalize the financing before sending the rims out for powder coat - understandable. I had originally thought I'd only have the option of black or dark gray on the rims, but upon talking to Jim in service, was able to directly contact the outsourced powder coater, and request a specific color [dark bronze], and even shoot him a picture for color match. I get my beautiful white, bronze shoe-wearing baby back in four days. AND they gave me another loaner, a nicely appointed Ford Fusion, until the car is ready. To sum it up - Off the lot, I'm going to have a one of a kind, dealer custom - tailored directly by me! If you want a car your way, and at the price you want, talk to Tony and Cory in internet sales. They will make sure you drive home happy! ...just don't come asking for a white Fiesta ST with bronze wheels!!! read more

Service department: So I scheduled an "appointment" with Kimberly in order to "activate" my svr (stolen vehicle recovery) which was a "requirement" when I purchased my 2018 Ford Explorer Sport. My appointment was for 5-16-18 at 0830. I showed up at 0835 due to traffic. I parked in the appointment only line which there was one car ahead of me. I exited my car and waited 15 minutes while service employees were in the little office adjacent to the service line where my vehicle was parked. I could see employees inside of the office and two employees peeked their heads out, saw me and went back into the office. After 15 minutes, a female service representative greeted me and I told her the reason for my visit. She then walked me to Kimberly's assistant (female). I told the female I was here for the svr and a due bill I had which was given to me when I purchased my vehicle. The assistant told me she had no knowledge of the due bill and was positive Kimberly did not mention it to her. I looked over the svr paperwork and located a due bill which was attached behind the svr paperwork. I asked the assistant if she was sure there was no due bill and she said, "yes." I then showed her the due bill and she suddenly remembered the conversation between her and Kimberly. I then told the female I'm going to leave my car and Kimberly told me I would get a car while I left my vehicle. The assistant abruptly told me they only had "Focus's" and I told here that's not going to work I drive an suv for a reason (I'm 6'3 240 pounds). She said sorry that's all we have. I told her that's funny because when I purchased my car it came from another location and they gave me one off the lot (Explorer) to use while my car arrived. The assistant said we can reschedule and I said no I was forced to pay for a service and it's not active on my vehicle. I asked the assistant to call a manager and she told me the manager and Kimberly were at a meeting together. I said how convenient. I then spoke to the assistant manager (Greg). Greg was nice and heard my complaints, but he also told me he could not assist me with obtaining an suv. I told him that's a lie and told him the previous example. Greg told me he had to "reserve" and suv. I told him how ridiculous the situation was and I would reschedule because I wouldn't waste any more time. I contacted Ford and they told me to take my vehicle back and take the Focus and they would handle the situation and accommodate me. Disappointing because I had an appointment, and I was assured the process would be simple and easy. When I purchased the vehicle one of my concerns was the service department because as we all know service departments have the worst reputation for dishonesty and penny pinching. Colley is no different. 5-17-18 I picked up my car yesterday and after it was "Detailed" I had to take it to the car wash because there were water spots everywhere and it was dripping water. Kimberly I saw you several times when I went to pick up my car and you made no effort to approach me or apologize. You chose to save face and not rectify or acknowledge your mistakes. Your unprofessionalism has been taken up to Ford and they aren't pleased with your customer service or lack thereof. I hope people take the time to read this honest review because I took time out of my professional day to inform future customers of Colley. It's all about the sale and after that they tell you to "Take your business somewhere else" -Lee service manager I was sent here as a referral and I won't be referring anyone here after my nightmare. Just for your information Kimberly, ask Gary about the two other customers who left the service department because of the wait time and lies. read more

I had my car in for service and one of the items that needed to be fixed was probably a software problem. When I went to pick up my car they said the problem was caused by a bad battery. I didn't believe that because the car was not very old and the problem had been there since the beginning. They offered to sell me a new battery and when I asked for the price they said $400. I never heard of a four hundred dollar battery and when I asked why it was so much they said $200 for the battery and $200 for installation. Nobody charges for installation when you buy a new battery and if they did it would not be more than ten bucks for the ten minute job. I took the battery to two places to have it tested and they both found nothing wrong with the battery. This is not the first time I felt they were trying to put something over on me, and I suspect it is because I am elderly. read more

I had a great experience here with John Reid. I found an F-150 on True Car and sent in an email. He called me back and we negotiated via text. The initial price was pretty good, and I was pleased with the number we ended up at. He's an easy dude to work with and was very responsive which I appreciate. I don't like negotiating in person, I like having my deal all lined up before I show up. That's what we did here. When I arrived the truck was washed and parked in front, the deal was what we ultimately agreed upon and the process was quick and easy. I'd buy from them again and refer them to anyone I am updating my review. Post purchase, I had an issue with the truck that needed to be addressed. This dealership is pretty far from me, and having a service performed there (even for free and under warranty) isn't exactly convenient. Kim Feathers made this follow up process much more palatable. Lining up a quick drop off, courtesy vehicle (literally a brand new explorer) and turning around the truck quickly. Their service manager George was outstanding and super easy to work with. He's quite a character and is making jokes the whole time. If you have an issue you can call and he picks up and advises you how the process is going. Sometimes you can call a dealership and enter into a situation where you just get bounced around or no one answers. Not the case here, folks answer and address the issue. Once my truck was done, and a due bill item was completed, the truck was portered back to me the following day to my work. Top notch service from this dealer. read more

We searched for a vehicle and tried to make a deal with Axel. He was a good salesman but we couldn't get a deal together with his Sales Manager. Then we put out online inquiries and Jose Enciso called me and we set up a deal and he gave me what I asked for and was very helpful without all the typical Car salesman BS. When I shop for a car I have my research done and go in loaded for bear but Jose was thorough and new how to make a deal without all the the backing and forthing stuff that salesmen try and pull. Thank you Jose for the excellent service and great deal. read more
