Pull apart was lighter than I expected. Other place's pull apart was so buttery, cheesy, however, this one was flaky and buttery, so, if you prefer light texture pull apart, you will like it. Cream cheese filling was nice accent. Pistachio loaf was more dense than I expected. It had pistachio whipped cream on top, so, cream helped loaf texture more smooth. Loaf had strong pistachio flavor. I liked whipped cream and loaf combination. Pesto and mozzalera swirl was a bit too salty for me. Dough was super flaky and buttery, I liked the dough texture so much, but filling could be more minder. Unfortunately, I did not have ferrero rocher danish. I heard that this one was the best. Mousse was so delicious and dough was very flaky and buttery. Overall, I think their pastries are always outstanding and good quality. The place was extremely busy and could not get a table. Next time, I wish I could dine-in.

The Smoked salmon eggs Benedict? Fuhgeddaboutit! The best eggs Benny I've ever had, no question. The side salad was delicious - I love the radish and the dressing was my favorite - even my husband was stealing salad from my plate and he's not a veggie-guy! The smoked salmon was perfect and fresh, and the bread was croissant toast and it was perfect and not too crispy. Absolutely heavenly. There's a seasoning or herbs in the hollandaise I really enjoy - particularly the thyme!!! A must try, in my opinion, if you enjoy smoked salmon. My husband had the chorizo hash, also recommended! A very deep flavor - almost reminiscent of a shakshouka. The poached eggs were beautiful - runny yolk! Great toast. The sausage was more of a mild chorizo. The draft IPA was really great and a nice surprise to see. They also have coffee and a wide range of pastries that look incredible. I can't wait to try the pan au chocolate we bought, but I'm really looking forward to the bread pudding!! Very kind and patient staff. Self seating, which can get chaotic but they manage it well. The kitchen was definitely busy bringing over dishes and baked goods. The food was good and the chocolate chip cookie was the fan favourite amongst my group. The sandwich was good and came with chips. Scramble was also good but nothing particular to write home about, would be nice if it came with a piece of toast! I didn't like their cinnamon twist pastry though, very little cinnamon sugar and it wasn't really flaky. Staff were friendly and decently quick on service. Bustle cafe at 9:30am on a Sunday. We then tried to order a salad, and were told that oh also that wasn't available. honestly felt like they just didn't feel like making anything. The only real option left was smoothies and açaí bowls. We ended up ordering three açaí bowls for the kids and a smoothie. At around $15 per bowl, the portions were shockingly small--only about a quarter full with five banana slice and three strawberries. one bowl was missing almond butter. The protein* smoothie couldn't be made properly because they were out of the protein powder. They offered to substitute collagen instead - not the same thing but ok. no discount. no acknowledgement. I understand that restaurants run out of items occasionally, but between most of the menu being unavailable, the outrageous price for the quality of the output, missing ingredients, and the complete lack of an apology or acknowledgment, this was a very disappointing experience.
