    Veggie benny $13
    Ally S.

Got the veggie benny. It was good and more or less worth the price. Not the best benny I've had, but the hash browns were really good. Service was good too. They have a pretty small menu with limited veggie options so I have no reason to go try something else.

Located within the MCC Centre in Abbotsford, BC. This is a Social Enterprise that is run by MCC Staffs & Volunteers. The menu is straight forward cafe type food, honest and no pretence, just good food served by friendly staffs. Highlight Items: Borscht - This is the World Famous MCC Borscht!! Healthy Hearty and full of flavour, add a dollop of sour cream and you may even want second helpings!!! Come in and grab a cup of their Fair Trade Java and relax with your favourite pastries or even better, check in and see if you can volunteer and put in time to help the community!

    French toast ham and eggs

Always fast, cheap and friendly. Like super fast! U get to choose between French toast, pancakes or toast and hash browns

    Pacific Skillet

Came here after apple picking at Willow View Farms. What an awesome find! Food made from scratch, even the kids' chicken tenders. Also had Pacific Skillet, so so good, crispy hash browns, crispy bacon, the right amount of hollandaise sauce. Even the buttered multi-grain bread was excellent and the kids gobbled that up too. And roast beef dip with borscht. Yum. Lots of parking too! Everyone left very satisfied.

We came here for the first time today for brunch and we were impressed. I ordered an omlette that came with a side of fried potatoes and sourdough toast (avocado is extra). The hubster had eggs benedict. The food was hot and tasted great. Service was good and the dining area was clean. We will definitely come here again for brunch.

    Vegetarian Skillet

The place is clean and well oriented. I had the Vegetarian Skillet. It comes with a side of either ( french toast, pancakes, or toast). The plate is stuffing and tasty. The pancakes weren't the best. The staff are great and friendly. I would come again to this place.

Excellent Eggs Benedict. The eggs are beautifully deep yellow and cooked perfectly.

I am not going to talk about the delicious food here, because that part is already well understood…read more Instead, I want to highlight a few things that, as diners, we often take for granted and sometimes overlook. Consistency I have been coming here randomly about six times since they opened, and that consistency is impressive. Portions are steady, service feels genuine, and every dish arriving at the table shows care. Nothing pretentious, just honest food that makes you smile and feel comfortable. Creativity, done right There is a clear respect for classic dishes, and that is not easy to pull off. The kitchen hits the right notes without overcomplicating things. The cioppino stood out in particular, a humble yet elegant seafood broth I have only ever tried in San Francisco, the birthplace of the dish. The resemblance was remarkable, and the quality of the ingredients was outstanding. I felt the same attention in the chowder and even in the cocktails, where every spice and component seems thoughtfully chosen to deliver a specific experience. Care and attention to detail This one is easy to notice. The owner is present, engaged, and clearly invested. You can tell when someone genuinely cares and takes pride in what they are doing, without big fuss or trying to be something they are not. That care carries through the room, the bar, and the overall atmosphere. Comfortable, polished, and welcoming. Point of improvement One small area where the experience could be elevated even further is service etiquette. Simple refinements, such as how drinks are poured or placed on the table, could enhance the customer experience and better match the level of care coming from the kitchen. These are small, easy-to-train details, but they make a noticeable difference. Overall, this is a hidden gem in Abbotsford that deserves to be discovered. A place that earns your trust quietly and keeps you coming back for all the right reasons.

When I went there, however, I was a little disappointed that it was not as extravagant as I was hoping. Their choices in baked goods were very scarce. When I arrived there I found out that they do not serve their breakfast/lunch menu, but instead the daily special advertisement from their indoor sign. I ordered the Mozzarella & Caramelized Onions Focaccia bread and their cappuccino. The focaccia was great with the caramelized onions adding succulence and flavour that stood out. The cappuccino was good, nothing special though. I also had their Almond Butter cake, which was good as well if not a little solid to eat. There was not much to talk about the interior ambiance of the café and there was not much space inside, unless you go to the back of the café. The staff was very courteous in serving me and has a good deal of knowledge about their business. My experience at the Duft & Co Bakehouse was pretty good, and I would like to give them another try. However, it will be a while because of their obscured business hours would be hard for me to come around.

I've been dying to try this bakery for awhile and each time I have failed and it's no one's fault but mine since they were either sold out or I came on a day they were closed. So this day I planned ahead. I got there ten minutes before opening which always makes me feel awkward but a line was already formed outside. Once they opened you go in and are greeted with a wide array of pastries and baked goods. I picked quite a few but will say that I'm biased as I went to pastry school and well this was the best croissant I've ever had. It was flaky on the outside and nice and buttery on the inside. You can tell that they worked hard on these and laminated them perfectly. The coffee was good too but the pastries stole the show and I will be back.
