    So happy!!

This would be my second time come back to this location and honestly!!! Love the people, the vibes, pricing and the experience here. And it's extremely kid friendly. The customer service here is exceptional. Definitely coming back and sending recommendations to friends! (Brian is great and Sam is so sweet!!)

Wow , just when I needed to see some OG 1st edition cards at affordable prices, this place had them! Huge nostalgia rush to see cards in a case that I remember ogling and wanting to buy when I was younger. And better yet there was good stock and selection--it rotated daily and stays fresh. I would go out of my way to come back. Brian was really cool

Any kid that grew up in the 80s and 90s remembers the thrill of opening a pack of sports cards and finding players that you new, cool, looking cards, or something that was trade bait for one of your friends! While it's tough to replicate nostalgia, completely, the rise of collectibles again has given those of us in our 30s and 40s the opportunity to relive some of those beautiful, simpler times! Collectors corner is one of the places that helps bring those dreams back. The places run by a number of really nice dudes, who both run a good business, and also work to help customers find stuff that brings back that childhood thrill! They've got a great selection of sports cards, as well as some non-sports cards like Pokémon, and World of Warcraft. The selection is solid in fact, better than most places that you'll find in the area, and the prices are very fair. there are a few things more frustrating than going into a card shop, knowing what someone paid for them online, or what they are available for online from another shop, and finding them 30% more expensive at your shop. These guys do a good job of keeping things priced fairly. They've got a good selection of individual cards as well, both high-end and more affordable. They're also big enthusiast of young collectors. Each time my kids have gone in here, they have talked baseball cards with them, and been very gracious. They've got a leave one/take one wall. If you haven't been here, it's worth going to check out!

Love this corner of their shop for teens and kids!

I came here with my boyfriend as he has recently started to get into collecting the One Piece trading card game. Their website advertised that they sold One Piece cards which we appreciated as other local card shops don't advertise if they do or not. He wanted to check in to see if they had gotten the recently released item. As we entered, both employees were helping two different families. Both families had a child and the employees were doing a great job not only providing superb customer service by answering all questions with professionalism and patience whenever customers were talking. It is always reassuring to see card shop employees speaking with younger customers with the same maturity and quality of speaking with their adult customers as kids are a huge majority of their sales. Their organization is very nice and I love how they had little standees that said new to indicate any new packs that were available. They had a great variety of cards all over the store. My personal favorite piece of the store is the corner where kids 17 and under can leave a card then take card. I wished more stores did this as I think this is a great way to do indirect trading or to find a new card to add to your collection.

Half of the nba card selection

It was amazing the staff was realy helpful and they were amazing in every category they have a big selection in every sport. I m from europe so it was perfect Brian thanks for the amazing experience

This is a great store with amazing customer service. They took their time and explained the different types of cards to my boys. They were patient and kind. We had a great time ripping packs.

Awesome new shop located in downtown bellevue, right down the block from my work at Microsoft. This card shop had an old school vibe reminiscent to the past local card shops I used to frequent back in the 80s and 90s, in my hometown state of Jersey. My former experiences with card shops like this have always been more negative than positive due to the people behind the counter always coming off a bit pretentious and condescending. Atypical experiences have been where if you ask a question or are not knowledgeable in any aspect of sports card culture or memorabilia they regard you with contempt. That was the exact opposite of what I experienced here. The owner was extremely knowledgable and welcoming. What was meant to be a quick pit stop for my friend and I, resulted in a 1+ hr conversation with the owner. Believe me, we asked a lot of very rookie questions, but he took his time and really engaged in the conversation. We learned a ton and can't wait to get back into the hobby. We picked up a couple of boxes, and got some really good hits. I will definitely be back! Highly recommended to anyone interested in the hobby!

From the moment we walked in, the staff completely ignored us. No greeting, no acknowledgment, not even a glance. I watched them welcome and gladly assist every older white couple who came in, but we were treated like we did not belong there. It felt uncomfortable and honestly a little shocking. This is something my son and I truly enjoy together, and I spend thousands of dollars each year on Lionel VisionLine and MTH Premier Line pieces along with other premium train collectibles. I came in ready to support this store, but after the way we were treated, I will not be spending a single dollar here again. No one offered help the entire time we were looking around, and the only interaction we had was at checkout. I am sharing this because people should know what kind of experience they might have here. For me, it was unwelcoming and disappointing, and I will be taking my business to places that treat every customer with respect.

I was informed the tourney would likely go until 9pm. They host both the card game and the switch/video game challenges. I did have a card to trade and the breakdown of the process was the most thorough I've seen yet and I wanted store credit as you get 80% vs 70% if you got cash only. Anywho, the wait to be called did take longer than I'd like but given it was busy and my decision on what to use for store credit took awhile, I wouldn't deduct anything. Avery (sp?) was the main person who helped me and she was very patient. I also bought some playable cards (they have a stash of organized cards in bins near their staff-only area which other employees helped me out with. All-in-all, very spacious and well organized! They have one exclusively for double rares/ex cards, ultra rares/full arts, ace specs, etc. They even have a box for people to drop off ETB boxes in for people to claim for free if they want to take home. I also noticed some instant ramen station which they utilized for food in the store. They have some nice wall art too that was handprints as well. Would revisit if I'm ever back in Seattle, WA!

The staff was also friendlier and helpful. If you're looking for Pokémon cards, this is definitely not the best place to look for them. They at least have a decent amount of sealed products, but everything was above market price. The staff wasn't friendly, nor were they interactive. The place wasn't that organized. And I supported it wholeheartedly despite sometimes finding items slightly cheaper elsewhere. Additionally, as an art educator I always suggested it to my students for their value, as well as excellent and knowledgeable customer service. Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed to say both superb customer service and cost value are gone. Firstly, I learned from my students that student discount was no longer available. Then after my last visit, I was stunned how much the prices have increased. Still, I remained a dedicated patron. After coming home I realized one of the expensive wooden panels had a substantial gouge in the corner - simply too noticeable to try fixing. I confidently returned to the store but was told they would not take back the damaged items - because they couldn't verify it was damaged before my purchase. The associate was unbearably rude and dismissive. One my way out I expressed my profound disappointment with the current direction of this trusted business with another associate, only to have the associate I originally spoke with catch up with us. Now they changed their song, saying they could accept the damage item but I was very lucky because it's not something they always do. What?! The associate appeared to be making up policies as they went along. In the end I kept the damaged wooden panel, as I will keeping my business away from this place.
