As I browsed inside someone was willing to answer a bunch of my beginner questions on grading, how I might go about the process and such and also gave me room to browse around when I thanked them for the info and said I wanted to just look around. The shop is pretty popular, there were about at least 7 people in there with me at all times. I bought a graded 1st gen pokemon card and did so without really price checking because I needed a slab of some sort for my own purposes. When I went home later and checked the prices on it, it was market price which was a pleasant feeling to know I didn't get ripped. Definitely would come back here to make purchases regarding tcg and to do any PSA submissions.

The switches turned out to not be remote, and when I asked to get a store credit, I was told the box had a small tear and that they would not do it. Not a customer friendly environment. Very cool selection for those 2 things. And it happens we WERE there for Japanese models so we were perfectly happy. Large selection of model-making supplies. Definitely would go here before we order supplies online in the future. Yes, the greeting was half-hearted - but both people there did greet us and what do you expect - they were busy talking about hobby stuff :) It's a bit dated in terms of the space, seems a bit tired, but I think "in this economy" they are presenting themselves reasonably. The prices here aren't bad at all either. The employees are very friendly too. In fact, the only reason why i rated 4 stars vs. 5 is because of the time in which you can shop here, being open for only 4hrs a day and closed Sunday-Monday. They host both the card game and the switch/video game challenges. I did have a card to trade and the breakdown of the process was the most thorough I've seen yet and I wanted store credit as you get 80% vs 70% if you got cash only. Anywho, the wait to be called did take longer than I'd like but given it was busy and my decision on what to use for store credit took awhile, I wouldn't deduct anything. Avery (sp?) was the main person who helped me and she was very patient. I also bought some playable cards (they have a stash of organized cards in bins near their staff-only area which other employees helped me out with. All-in-all, very spacious and well organized! They have one exclusively for double rares/ex cards, ultra rares/full arts, ace specs, etc. They even have a box for people to drop off ETB boxes in for people to claim for free if they want to take home. I also noticed some instant ramen station which they utilized for food in the store. They have some nice wall art too that was handprints as well. Would revisit if I'm ever back in Seattle, WA!

The staff was also friendlier and helpful. If you're looking for Pokémon cards, this is definitely not the best place to look for them. They had a bunch of single cards displayed and it looks pretty randomized. Not a good variety and honestly looks disorganized. They at least have a decent amount of sealed products, but everything was above market price. The staff wasn't friendly, nor were they interactive. The place wasn't that organized. There's a decent amount of table with you want to play card games with your friends.

I recently got into the Gundam hobby and thought it was time to check this store out. The interior is small but packed with stock, and a few very impressive display cases containing some great scale models. There were several other customers in the store and the owner/operator had a good report with all of them. He took time to talk with me and answer my questions and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciated his tips and advice. Hike the store is small it has a very good selection of model lines and models. It even had a few premium boxes which I was excited to see. Beyond the models there was also a very good selection of hobby tools paints and supplies. I will absolutely be coming back here and can't recommend it highly enough.
