This store is almost always crowded and has lines. From what I've seen, there are lots of displays, but the Labubus are usually marked as "sold out." But I still managed to get one of my Labubus here through Store Pickup! The sales associates were friendly and handed it to me quickly and efficiently. Overall, a good pickup experience.

Consistently unfriendly service from one cashier -- even my friend noticed it months ago -- management really needs to address this.

I usually enjoy shopping at the Pop Mart in Bellevue, but there's one middle-aged cashier who is consistently unfriendly. Even my friend mentioned the same experience back in June and sent me a photo from her visit. This past weekend, the store was busy and she left the register for several minutes without saying anything, leaving customers waiting. When she returned, her attitude was still cold and unwelcoming. Management really needs to address this. Customers shouldn't have to deal with such poor service.

Nice to see a specialty store like this inside an indoor mall, doing so well. We were in town for my daughter's birthday, along with her Tita and her 7 year old cousin who traveled all the way from Chicago. Her cousin got to see the figurine collection, resulting in a request to go Pop Mart at Bellevue square. So after our early Saturday morning trip to the Skagit Valley Tulip festival, we stopped in, before heading back to the apartment. There was a significant line in front of the store, waiting for autographs and face time with a figurine artist. If you wanted to buy, one can just walk inside the store. My daughter and her cousin randomly chose the three boxes (all around $20) they wanted, and paid through the one register. One does not know which particular character is in each box...so they opened them at home. They seemed pretty happy with their random selection.

    Toys in the store

Visited Pop Mart for the first time and loved the vibrant, nostalgic atmosphere it brought back childhood memories. The Labubu dolls caught my eye, though I'm still not sure what the hype is about. The toys felt a bit pricey, maybe due to their collectible nature, but I'm not familiar enough to say. One downside was that the employees seemed pretty unattentive during my visit. Still, it's a fun and quirky stop if you're into designer toys or just exploring something new. JY review

i love pop mart stores! i wish there were more on the east coast. i visited when i was in town for work! i was hoping to find some plush charms but when i asked they said they were out. i think they get that question a lot because they told me as soon as i approached an employee before i even asked my question lol. i got a crybaby and a sweet bean figure!! they were cute ! pop mart blind boxes are pricey but the quality is really great compared to other brands like sonny angels (which i also collect).

I've slowed down and discovered this amazing store because like many people, I ran out of space and had to consolidate my Legos. With this came the risk of pieces breaking off and pieces being misplaced. Bricks and wheels staff was knowledgeable and I could find some hard to find pieces to complete existing builds. There's something satisfying when I can find a specific piece that is discontinued. Whoever came up with this concept of a store 5 stars

As with most kids born in the 80s, Legos were a staple growing up. Now that we have three boys, they are an absolute mess! I remember legos being awesome in the past, but didn't remember them being as cool as they are now! The selection they have here is solid. They have both older and newer sets, many of which are prebuilt, but also many of which I've never been assembled. The owner has everything arranged by set category, and of all the sets we've ever bought here, we've never found one that didn't have everything that was expected. They have tons of individual pieces if you're looking for specific stuff. One of my boys needed a bunch of wall pieces recently, so we came in and it ends up. They have a bin of just wall pieces. That made it a lot easier! They also have tons of mini figs that are all sorted by type in price. If you're looking for animals, dinosaurs, cartoon figures, storm troopers, figurines from specific sets, doesn't matter, he's got them! The prices are very fair and they do take trades. Next time you're in the area, it is absolutely worth stopping in! We do literally almost every time we drive-by.

I know this place is going to change its name to Marymoore Games, but hopefully they keep these…read morereviews, because this place, and the people who work here, are good honest people. I went to visit Redmond for the weekend and I just so happened to come across this store at the Town Square plaza, in which they had a new restock of various Pokemon cards. There were quite a few people waiting outside for the store to open. Eventually, an employee unlocks the front door and comes out with a box filled with random numbers. Instead of just running in the store and buying everything, the employees have a number system. You pull a number out of a box and that is your place in line. The numbers range from 1-45 or so. Once in the shop, each person is only allowed to purchase one Pokemon pack, bundle, or ETB a day. If someone wanted more, then they'd have to come back the next day. That means you must choose your product wisely. I can't tell you enough how much I love that system. In a world full of scalpers, I totally respect this place for not allowing that sort of garbage happening in their shop. I would also like to praise them for their amazing prices. For the most part, they sell Pokemon cards at close to MSRP prices. It's a little over, but not by much. If you want a First Partner pack, it'll usually cost you $50, but I got mine at Uncle's for $25. That was such a great deal because I got my Bulbasaur, Charmander, and Squirtle set, and an SIR Mega Kangaskhan ex. If I'm ever in the area again, I will definitely come support this place. Best of luck as Marymoore Games!
