I think a lot of their newer tabletop books are kind of expensive, and they look up online prices for old books that they probably got for 2-3 bucks at the thrift store, so that is -1 star. The free play tables however, are great. Fun commander magic games and enjoyed a few sessions from dnd here. The dnd minitures that they sell here are pretty cheap, for the lower end minis at least. And they have interesting and large selections of those. I like their minor tabletop card game collections, some are really cheap and look awesome, so that's great. read more

A huge variety of card sleeves, packs, playing mats, chess sets, mini figures, and assorted table top board games! More than half the store was playing tables and theres a tiny bit of BO stank, but that's to be expected with card playing spaces unfortunately. Wish it wasn't so, but I felt very unsafe in there. Bought nothing. Took a lap around the store and had to leave fast. They have a consistent group of people going in for tournaments (lorcana, magic, Pokemon, but not as much yugioh) Won't be back. read more

I've given Wizard's multiple chances and each time has been a disappointment. The customer service has always been horrible. It seems like customers are always an inconvenience regardless of what they're there for. I've come for board games, Pokemon, and One Piece; but each time I've gone, the employees have a snarky attitude. Their prices are market if not higher and they rip the seal on new tcg products. I'm not exactly sure how they stay in business when this is the consensus I've received from other customers. They must only treat their regulars with respect. read more

Swung by with a friend who drove from Duvall looking for ONE PIECE cards. The employee treated us like we were inconveniencing him. He was lazy, snarky and condescending who couldn't be bothered. What a horrific experience. My friend still bought a card, but I wish he didn't give them his business. read more

Called this place asking if they had any booster boxes for purchases left, and they said they had plenty. Drove 40 minutes to get there and they were only selling singles. They clearly had several booster boxes but are milking the hype purely for money. Way to be clear and not waste several people's time. read more

Never been in a store location for games like this place before, but they look like they have an extremely large collection of products & have an open area for anyone to play any of the games of their choosing. Staff was not what I expected when I first talked to them, but after talking with them more, they are easy to talk to and learn from. I'm sure they receive a lot of feedback from customers, but they're prepared, professional & knowledgeable staff who will always point you in the right direction. read more

Stopped by to see what they had, and the "staff" member, or owner, begrudgingly stopped playing long enough to inquire if I "got any questions?" No. I'm ready to pay and leave. Really cool shop. Big open play space. Tons of inventory. Good pricing. They have a lot of really good magic cards on display and ready for purchase and they have a huge warhammer inventory. We are moving out of state and had a bunch of stuff that we had no interest in taking with us like old D&D, Warhammer books, Dragon Magazines from the 1990s and some small boxes of Magic cards from my stepson. The manager, Otto, was great. Very laid back and even though I knew the value of some of my stuff, I never felt like he took advantage of the stuff I admitted I knew nothing about. He sorted through all of it and totaled it up. He explained the difference in the pricing (MTG cards are bought for 50% of value, the mags and books at 25%) and why. I walked out with a great experience and nearly $200 in my pocket. We are bringing a few more things in today that we ran across and have an idea of the value but have no doubt we will be treated fairly. There were 3 or 4 groups playing when I was there and Otto was happy to answer questions they had about individual instances and even suggest WHY you might want to do one move versus another. I primarily went to check out their miniatures and hobby supplies and was not disappointed. I particularly enjoyed pawing through a variety of 2nd hand minis that were pretty well organized in labeled zip lock bags - as well as a good-sized collection of bits and sprues. It's definitely GW-centric but that's understandable - but there were some Reaper blister packs on a wall and hobby products from other companies as well. There wasn't much gaming going on, but I blame COVID19 for that as there were a bunch of tables with terrain. The staff was quietly listening to some tasteful metal (which seemed fitting for the store) and left me alone until I was ready to check out, at which point they made some small talk asking about what I was painting and then I left. What a great place!! My son hit the jackpot with their extensive collection of pulled Pokémon cards. Cards in display, open boxes, and they have more boxes upon boxes of pulled cards!!! It is a Pokémon dream. It is very welcoming and they are patient and not pushy. The store has many tables set up for play and you can tell the atmosphere is very laid back and friendly. 5 STARS ALL THE WAY!! I saw the the review saying this place purchased and sold stolen items. I wanted to defend there character on this matter. For starters, any company who buys used items from people, no matter how careful, run the risk of purchasing an item that was possibly stolen. The fact they purchase trading cards, unless the card is graded. It's nearly impossible to know and/or prove, as well as research, whether an item could have possibly been stolen somewhere along the line.This goes the same for the person suspecting. It's nearly impossible to prove or know this for sure, so it's wrong to make accusations based on a hunch. Finally, in reference to hiking up there prices on used items, of course they do. Why wouldn't they..? Although this service can be a huge help to those people who are in need of an extra buck, the whole reason a company purchases used items is to make a profit, without sacrificing product quality and competitive pricing. I can say for sure, from experience, they pay people very well for there used items. Some may say they are too picky or have hligh of standards when it comes to what they will purchase or how much they pay for certain items. This is only to assure they keep there reputation for selling authentic product in top quality condition, and to be careful as they can be not to purchase anything that they suspect could be stolen. Wizard's Keep has a great selction, very competitive prices, and there staff are very knowledgable, honest, professional, helpful, and polite! In conclusion, the fact this company came out of the pandemic, with there doors still open, is an amazing accomplishment. If that wasn't enough, they continue to expand there inventory, and most important of all, they remain relevent, competitive, and knowledgable in the ever expanding worlds of Magic and Pokemon. I was absolutely amazed at how excellent this new store is!! The owner is hospitable and extremely knowledgeable. He's building a safe, welcoming environment for community positive game play! He spent time introducing my teenage girl and boy to game that excite them! He even took the time and set us a table to sample one of the new games! The kids and I had a fantastic day at Wizards Keep and walked away with not only a couple new games to take home, but also a memorable experience! If you love magic cards, this is the place for you. I've been waiting for a gaming store to open near me for the last 14 yrs. The owner is awesome and he's all about building a community through gaming. If you're a MTG fan this is the place for you plus it doesn't hurt that Wizards of the Coast is a couple miles away as you'll run into staffers from time to time and everyone is happy to lend a hand to new comers to MTG and gaming in general! Came in to meet a friend from out of town for a few board games. The place was a good half way point between my place up north and hers by the oregon border. Firstly, I've just gotta say they had the absolute cleanest bathroom I've seen in a game store, hands down. Staff was friendly and answered a few questions I had about being an official D&D Adventurers League DM at my own local game store (what the store has to do to make it all official, things I need to print out etc for players). The soda selection was good. Game selection as well, and the open floorplan makes it easy to find a table to play at. read more

Disappointing! I played Adventures League at this store last night, Escape from Elturgard. The Staff and DM were friendly enough however they allowed players to be vulgar. The jokes ranged from STD's to foreskin. This is not a family-friendly environment nor a place I wish to play again. While the store is not directly responsible for the actions of the players, they do have an obligation to monitor behavior and set standards of conduct. To allow such behavior to continue, by these regular players, in front of women or minors, is to condone it. Absolutely Disgusting. Came in to the place for the first time and got a welcome so that was a good start. Ask us if we need any help and me saying I'm just looking around. Got Warhammer 40k and a table setup the battlefield on top of the table feels like a mat so that was a good quality and a good feel for it. There's classic board games and advanced board games but no that many seeing how it's quite a medium size store but got to do what you got to do but the selection was pretty good. As a board and card gamer myself I looked around the store and they sell some really good board games and card games. They also got tcg of Pokémon and Magic the gathering which I don't know much about Pokémon or MTG but I could guess the ones in the glass cages are really rare cards seeing how most of them are 100$ plus. They also have a table and board games that are opened for you to freely play a game there maybe to test it out or to have fun and maybe if you like it, but it. Overall this is a good store and I would definitely come back again, sadly in its location not many people will be able to know about it unless they search it up online or in a map like I did but, hope this business rise and get more board games and card games so many people can come and have a great time. read more
