Next level is by far our go to for all things card and some collectable. The owner has always been nice and welcoming along with his staff . Highly recommend these guys and as far as value goes it very fairly priced .

I really like their large touch screen to check their inventory on singles especially for Lorcana as not many stores have singles and it's much easier to find that digging through a binder or box. However, since lots of people use it since it is the only one, there can be a wait. We have bought from them several times and never had a bad experience. The staff here are friendly and informative. The space is organized and well kept, as well as a handful of regulars or TCG players at tables playing. They keep prices pretty fair even on some rarer cards and it's nice to support local stores rather than dealing with the hassle of online card shopping. They also have better stock than other card shops as my boyfriend was looking for specific TCGs and no one else had them until we stopped by here!

The free play tables however, are great. Fun commander magic games and enjoyed a few sessions from dnd here. The dnd minitures that they sell here are pretty cheap, for the lower end minis at least. And they have interesting and large selections of those. I like their minor tabletop card game collections, some are really cheap and look awesome, so that's great.

More than half the store was playing tables and theres a tiny bit of BO stank, but that's to be expected with card playing spaces unfortunately. Wish it wasn't so, but I felt very unsafe in there. Bought nothing. Took a lap around the store and had to leave fast. They have a consistent group of people going in for tournaments (lorcana, magic, Pokemon, but not as much yugioh) Won't be back.

He accused me of taking pictures of the store to make a scam site online (I was just using my phone to zoom in on the small prices on the wall), and then while I was buying something from another staff member for the posted price, he interjected himself and repriced the item raising it nearly $100 while I was buying it (about 20% over tcgplayer price). The other staff member looked really uncomfortable, I asked him why he did that and he just walked away. I said forget it, went to walk out and another staff member apologized for his behavior, said he was having a bad day. There are a lot of places to buy cardboard, most of if not all of what they sold is cheaper online. I like going to a store and buying it off a shelf instead of on a website, but not if they're going to treat people poorly. There are a handful of other shops as well between tacoma and federal way. Again, the rest of the staff was great and I hesitated to even bother leaving feedback, but I haven't been back there since and figured I'd share so people know who they may run into when they shop there.
