They told me that if it is up then they have allocation. Fast forward to June when the set releases. I had to find out via reddit that Strange Adventures said that they do not have enough allocation to fill orders and instead would do a *raffle* vs queue order. They said they would post who won the raffle the following day. This never happened. They also said if you want to get a refund on your preorder, you need to *e-mail* them (vs them initiating the refund). There's also other reports of customers getting charged post-announcement as well. I've sent an inquiry e-mail days ago with no response. Fortunately, I finally found out that I could cancel the order from the Shopify web page directly (I don't think I saw the option via app) and was able to do so there.
