Been wanting to coming here for a while. I have heard a lot of good things about Coleman's and I gotta say, I'm not sure why I waited this long to try it. I called the order in and didn't have to wait much when I picked it up. They said it would be about 1 hour wait for links, so I just ordered to Wing & Tip orders. The wings were fried perfectly and the rib tips were tasty. Obviously what makes the taste food is properly good bbq and the sauce. The mild sauce here is really good. Definitely one of the best in the city and competes with the places in the south side. The tips were also good. They were cooked properly and very tender. The wings and tips are placed on top of fries and then topped with the mild sauce. The dish itself is well priced but also small in size as well. But it's still a very filling dish, you just won't have any leftovers for later. I'll definitely be returning.

Was on the Wesside of Chicago and decided to try Coleman's BBQ #2... BAD DECISION. It just isn't good. I grabbed a Tip & Link combo. It didn't grab me... The only seasoning was the BBQ sauce and the taste of lighter fluid. I wonder if the woman who kept nodding off while STANDING was responsible for the seasoning. Don't waste your time or money.

This is a neighborhood staple for me. They have the best mild sauce in Chicago, in my opinion. I've been eat here since I was a child. I think they still have reasonable prices on their chicken wings compared to others in the city. Coleman's will have a place in my heart.

Restaurants raise prices but don't keep the same quality. Food was horrible and I spent $50. I won't ever return.

This is one of the best Asian food restaurants in Oak Park. I highly highly recommend this place to any lovers of Korean food. I've been here 4 times since it opened recently! My top recommendations are the Tteokbokki (The Rose or Mala flavor), The Bulgogi Salad, the Braised Short Rib and the Mala Stir Fry. All the other meats like the Bulgogi and Short Rib are good here too. Service is prompt and friendly!

I am not a huge spicy person, but can take a little heat. 1 tamale = 6 spice level 3 tamale = 10 spice level The owner is Korean and the dishes are great and always being tweaked. I have had Korean food, but dang, the spice level is insane. I would love the option to tone down some of the spice for some of the dishes to try them. 1 tamale spice level for me was enough, my sinuses were cleared out! Whew They are known for their rice cakes! Tried the rose tyeokbokki and it was tasty with little sausages, cabbage, noodles, rice cakes. Beef dumplings were crisp and flaky. Kids: chicken fingers and fries is the only kid friendly option Service was friendly and quick and the restaurant is somewhat quiet with soft music playing in the background. Overall, great experience and will definitely be back to try more of the dishes!

We agreed upon Q-BBQ as the place to be, as we have both enjoyed sharing a big ol' plate of barbecue at other restaurants before. We did not regret going to Q-BBQ at all. You order at the counter, and you seat yourself with your order number in hand. The service is fairly quick and efficient. The main space includes a sink where you can wash up before and after you tackle your food. Three kinds of sauce are featured, and I'd say I favored the sweet Memphis sauce over the zingy Texas and the vinegar-y Carolina sauces, but I suppose that is a matter of personal taste. Buy a bottle of sauce to go if you choose. We went with the Lil Q Platter, which is a "smaller portion" than the Papa Q, but that was fine with us as this includes 5 kinds of meat items and 3 sides if you count the hushpuppies that are yummy corn fritters. Yes we had ribs, burnt ends (basically savory dense cubes of solid meat), pulled pork, beef brisket, and even sliced turkey. The Mac-Q-Roni with a smidge of cornbread topping is excellent and fought valiantly with the meats for my taste buds' affection. The cole slaw was OK as the most nutritious item of our meal. We also enjoyed cans of Revolution beers, and cups of ice water. We were very satisfied by the variety of food and the overall portion size of the Lil Q Platter.
